How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Game freeze when a match ends up with draw
So after NEO updates this has happened multiple times on me. When a match ends up with draw(usually because of connection problems I guess, because it just shows draw right after I enter a match), the game would be completely "dead". Can only exist via restarting it.

Android app crashing
Since the recent Android OS update the app constantly crashes. I have uninstalled and downloaded again but the issue remains.
It gets unplayable because you need wins to progress but it keeps throwing me out of games and giving me losses

Can not end last step of colour challenge
Cannot end colour challenges (the final opponent; presumably pvp?) I get a message "Network error, Unable to join event- please try again later)
Please re-add my colour decks as this seems to be a solution as I read on forums, or solve this issue otherwise!3 votes -
Creepy Puppeteer bug
The card ask if I want to change Power/Toughness of other creature, I click "take action", nothing happens

Gravelighter did not allow crewing vehicle before I had to sac a creature
In response to my opponent playing Gravelighter, I was not allowed to crew a vehicle and then sac the vehicle. Other cards with similar effects (e.g. Debt to the Kami) did allow me to do this. So I have to assume that the Gravelighter issue is a bug.

Towashi Guide-Bot Interaction Bug
in my last game I cannot use ability to draw a card (tap, spend mana, draw) with TowashiGuide-Bot. Log attached.

Boseiju Map Broken
Your Boseiju map is breaking the game. It has stalled out the game at least a dozen times since Neon Destiny has come out. Sometimes my opponents time out, and other times I do. Please fix that. No one cares about your pixelated trees.

- last two games my opponents roped/timed out and both matches counted as a win both didnt improve my rank.
- I am playing on an MacBook via GeForrce Now.
- No rank up after winning matches.
- Rank Up after winning matches.

wrong result in premier draft
Hello
Im playing my bo1 premier draft crimson vow and I just won a game but instead of giving me the 2nd victory it gave me the third loss and pretends that my draft is finished
Why (I was 1-2) if I won the game Im 1-3 instead of 2-2?

Attach failed to drop to other attach. I know this is an account problem not a software?hardware problem, I just want it fixed.

Reimbursement request - Unable to select card to discard when resolving The Modern Age trigger
While resolving a draw-then-discard trigger from The Modern Age, I was unable to select a card to discard in order to advance the game. Note that I had been able to complete this trigger previously during this game, and that I was able to pick up cards in my hand and drag them over the battlefield, but with no effect.
The result was losing a game during a Neon Dynasty Premier Draft. If possible, I would like a reimbursement for the cost of the draft (1500 gems or 10000 gold, either is ok with me). Thank you!

Mana Emptied From Pool Bug
I tapped mana to use my experimental synthesizer, then the mana emptied from my pool and moved to attackers. This basically made me skip my turn. I lost the game shortly after.

Ao, the dawn sky only submit 1
Ao, the dawn sky triggered, look at top 7 cards, 3 were under 4 but it would only let me submit 1? The three highlighted originally would no longer be selectable and had to pick one and toss the rest

Shatterskull smashing and Dual Strike
IOS tablet
Chandra, Dressed to Kill +1 for red mana.
Dual Strike foretold from previous round.
Paid one red to foretell Dual Strike, paid 6 mana and cast Shatterskull smashing, targeted two creatures.
Expected Results: Shatterskull deals 4 damage (split 2 and 2) then Dual strike copies spell and Shatterskull deals an additional 4 damage (2 and 2).What happened: Shatterskull only cast once, no copy was cast Dual Strike no longer foretold and was spent.

Thousand-Faced Shadow Bug: Intervening 'If' Not Checked On Resolution?
Playing against an opponent who had two creatures out, and I could block neither of them. Before damage, they Ninjutsu'd in a Thousand-Faced Shadow, targeting their other creature.
I had a burn spell in hand to kill the shadow that wasn't big enough to kill the creature they wanted to copy. With the Shadow's trigger on the stack, I attempted to kill the Shadow. In response to that, they cast March Of Swirling Mist, targeting their Shadow. The Shadow then phased out (so no longer attacking, or 'on the battlefield' at all). Not letting me play Brawl in friend challenge, daily win reset mid day after winning games, not letting me cancel matches
Huge issues today with MTG Arena, challenging a friend today will not let me play brawl against each other. The game will not let me cancel matches. Game says I am part of another match already even though there are clearly no matches currently in the que. Game will not allow me to submit a deck into brawl. Why so many issues today, I get you do not make money from friends challenging each other but it is supposed to be a function of the game we can enjoy so please fix the bugs associated with it. cant run the game
I have a black screen with nothing on it. My computer is good enough to support this game (I have a 2070 super and a 10700k intel and 64 gb ram ddr4) So i guess is not my problem.. it happened again in a draft recently
