Search for Azcanta plus Good Game crashed Arena
I'm on PC on Windows. I countered my opponent's Gargadon. The turn passed to me. While the game was switching turns, I clicked my icon to say "Good Game". Close to the same time, my Search for Azcanta triggered and showed me the window that lets you drag and card to the graveyard or not but the window had no picture in it. It showed only card backs. I was able to click past this but the game is now crashed. I cannot proceed. No timer appeared after waiting a while. There's no gear in the upper right to exit.…

Seemed to get into a locked state
Somehow got into a locked state in game play.
Im not sure what happened, but I got my game into a state where I could not play cards, or concede.
Nor could I close the application.
I had to open up my task manager and end the program from there.I will attach a screen shot and logs.
System:

Why don't you make a Back destroy target creature and then take an extra turn spell?
because thats what it does anyway.

Cullblade
Malakir Cullblade did not die after I brought them to -1 toughness. Since they killed a monster they went to 0 toughness, but then did not die and get removed from board.

Mila/Lukka attack prompt
Creating an attacking token (at least with Adeline, Resplendent Cathar) while my opponent controlled Mila, Crafty Companion caused a prompt for me to "select which player or planeswalker" my token was attacking. At the time, my opponent controlled no planeswalkers, so I assume the game recognised Mila's back side Lukka was a planeswalker despite the fact the permanent was not a planeswalker in that moment.
The bug occurred each of the three times I attacked with Adeline in play, and at no time did my opponent control a planeswalker.

Unable to target Acquisition Octopus
I couldn’t destroy opponents acquisition octopus because it was hidden from screen under their blue artifact that taps for mana by tapping another artifact.
Reproduction Steps:
Opp taps for mana with acquisition octopus and blue artifact, can no longer see octopus as an image on screen, lose due to them continuing to attack.

夢貪りによる予顕と両面カード（裏面プレインンズウォーカー）バグ。
夢貪りの予顕能力で、嘘の神ヴァルキーの裏面「星界の騙し屋ティボルト」を予顕。次ターンに場に出すと、予顕コストを払ったにも関わらず何も作動できない状態になります。ティボルトだけでなく狡猾な相棒、ミラでも同じ現象が発現。3回ほど確認しております。1 vote -
Book of Exalted Deeds Issue
I just played a game where Book Of Exaulted Deeds was used and lost. My opponent had 2 of them (or maybe the same one) in their deck. He combo'd Cave Of The Frost Dragon with Maskwood Nexus, and placed the enlightened counters on that land card. I'm newer so I didn't understand because he had used a all wipe, meaning everything was wiped aside from lands and indestructibles. Fear of death/wedding security
My opponent enchanted my wedding security with fear of death. I could no longer block with it nor could I sacrifice it to rot tide gargantua. I lost a draft game as a direct result of this bug, taking at least 9 unblocked damage from this.

I believe user "Sec" hacked the game. Super annoying.
I believe user "Sec" hacked our game. Super annoying. Items didn't trigger and then I randomly lost with 13 life when nothing on the board or in graveyards explained the loss.

the script is rigged
I demand a refund of my latest draft. Look at the screen shot and tell me what kind of scripted nonsense is this?
I drew 13 cards and ELEVEN OF THEM ARE LANDS! The same opponent that I played against in the first round, I drew TWO LANDS from 14 cards!
I demand a ******** answer or I swear I am forming a committee to press a legal suit against WOTC for SCRIPTED CHEATING of players money and time.
This is ABNORMAL BUSINESS PRACTICES and AN OUTRIGHT CRIME!

as of 1/14/21, I am able to foretell alrund's epiphany in historic brawl for 2 mana when it says it should cost 7 mana.

Could not pick cards with Azcanta the Sunken Ruin
In a game just now I activated Azcanta the Sunken Ruin and the client did not allow me to pick either of the two legal cards revealed. As a result, my turn timed out, I missed my land drop and could not play my spell that turn. I lost the game before I got another turn. This is especially frustrating because it was the third loss for an otherwise powerful deck.

Rampage of the Clans causes game to hang.
Opponent cast 'Rampage of the Clans' after attackers were declared with 11 enchantments on the field. My timer runs out but does not use the other timers. Game hangs until I alt-F4 and when relaunching doesn't return me to my match.

MTGA Crashes at end of game - no rewards.
Twice today I won a BO3 match in Historic and upon winning, MTGA crashed. When I reopened, it appears that I did not get any rewards.
