How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Stuck in Tutorial - can't leave without playing it
The UI keeps telling me that that all Tutorials are new.
So I clicked the first one, if I ever played them, it has been years, so I thought I might check as I saw that here supposedly are unlocks I wasn't sure I got.So I finished the tutorial, but didn't get an unlock screen. I assumed I already had them, but wanted to check the tutorial section again to see if the unlock path now looks different. But this started the tutorial again at Chapter 1.

update for mac client tells you to run an exe - it should point you at the epic games launcher

Right Click Inspection, Click off Ignored.
After Right Click Inspection of a game then clicking on the magnification or off anywhere with right or left click. The Enlargened inspection will Remain on the screen.
It would take several clicks (3+) or several seconds (10-30seconds+) to disappear.

falscher rang
Im Match-Ladescreen werden die Ränge aller Spieler als Diamond angezeigt, inklusive meinem, obwohl ich Silber-Rang bin. Im Match werden die Ränge auch falsch angezeigt, sogar in Nicht-Rang-Spielen.

Arena client unusable on Mac
The Arena client is completely broken on Mac OS. For months, it has been slow, unresponsive, and crashes when opening any tabs including shop, decks, and even starting a new match. Since the update for Edge of Eternities, it has begun to crash my entire OS and cause full unprompted restarts.
I have repaired the files, uninstalled and reinstalled them through multiple platforms, and the issues persist. I cannot even open the settings menu in game to open a bug report and needed to come to the website manually.

This Company ignores reports. Don't pay any real world money until they respond!
The interface is buggy.
Simple stuff — Some cards do not give you the option of priority when the rules state that you get to have it. Some cards also give you priority when there are no targets, forcing you to pass at every single step (ie Jolted Awake).Less simple stuff — Other players that auto-concede are either disconnecting/disconnected or are running a trainer that force quits. Us legit players will have to sit through it when it gets stuck. These should NEVER turn out to be a "draw". Give the win to the person who showed up and…

American Flag Sleeves Bugged
Why are the american flag sleeves bugged? on mobile, the sleeves are available, and can be seen by at least me, but on my mac/PC and ipad, they are equipable, but not viewable by me or other players.
can someone answer why this is? Ive obviously tried all the easy stuff like restarting and re-installing.

game reset resulting in game loss
Recently, I experienced several times a strange and very annoying phenomenon : while playing quick draft games, I am suddenly brought back in the middle of the game to the game launch screen. When I launch another game (immediately), I enter a new game with a new opponent but discover when the game ends that I received a game loss. I assume that this loss is linked to the game I was kicked out of.
I think it happened at least 3 times during the past 2 or 3 weeks. Did anyone experience a silmilar bug ?

Error with Relentless Lawbreaker and Deep-Cavern Bat
While playing Alchemy on PC (Windows 10), My Relentless Lawbreaker was taken from my hand when the opponent played Deep-Cavern Bat. When Deep-Cavern Bat was destroyed, my Relentless Lawbreaker stayed attached to the Deep-Cavern Bat. I could open my opponent's graveyard and still see my card attached and no Relentless Lawbreaker appeared in my hand.

cannot boot up arena
I cannot play the game at all. I cannot get past the retrieving asset management page of the loading screen. It says error updating data, please try again. I have completely uninstalled the game, multiple times and tried running the game from steam, and directly from the mtga launcher on pc. no matter how many times I uninstall I cannot get any further than retrieving asset management. I can connect from my iphone just fine.

MTGA Always Crashes Just After Startup (Windows)
MTGA Version: 2025.49.50.9127.1160287
The log is from just before a crash but shows the hardware/software configuration.
I have done a clean uninstall/reinstall of MTGA. Graphics drivers are up to date.
I suspect a graphics issue because I was able to get farther into the game after turning all graphics options to the lowest setting, but it still crashes within a few seconds of loading, regardless of any user interaction.

Android app crashes when Planeswalker are cast
My Samsung galaxy a34 phone with android 15 crashes when playing magic the gathering arena version 2025.52.0.4555
When certain cards are played the screen blanks for a second and then the application gets minimised and I'm seeing the home screen of my phone but first without icons and then they slowly load in.
It is reproducable when certain cards are played, mostly Planeswalker.

Customer support text box is broken
Typing in these text boxes is a nightmare. Each new sentence or backspace seems to flip what I'm typing backwards and into CapsLock. Including pics of my attempt to submit a request regarding a draft. Had to retype it several times. What gives??

My client is crashing with every interaction.
My client is crashing with every interaction. It happens whenever I interact with the store or try to change daily quests. I am on PC. Simply hovering over the quest change icon causes a crash. This started with Edge of Eternities. I tried re-installing the software and it still happens every time.

Cancel challenge button color is wrong
Currently, when waiting for a friend in a challenge game to select their deck, the Cancel button is a bright orange Call To Action button. This is confusing, and leads to accidental cancellations of the invitation, as it is the incorrect usage of the orange CTA style. That style should only be used for the most common, most desired action, like Play. In this context, the cancel button should be a smaller, gray, secondary button.
