How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Freeze and crash of the general client user interface on PC following the September 12 update

    Following the September 12 update, the download of the update seems to have gone well. However, the game interface freezes as soon as I try to go to the Packs or the Store pages, or when I try to click on the quest renewal. The game freezes and it's no longer possible to access the menus, even if it's just to close the game. The bug concerns a PC platform.

  3. Freezes and crashes since last update

    Hi,
    I've done the 9.53Gb update this morning and since then I'm experimenting different issues on my account (mainly freezes and crashes but also some lags).

    Roughly : I connect, I try to click on the store or on the daily challenges if I want to modify them and the game becomes unresponsive. To the point I get a Windows popup asking me if I want to wait for Arena to answer or to quit. Waiting is to no avail so far, the game never comes back. I can play games (with 'waiting for server' lags sometimes), I can access…

  4. Error Updating Data PC and Mobile

    After the new update for MKM Alchemy on both my PC and mobile app I get the "Error Updating Data" message when trying to launch Arena. I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times (PC and mobile) including manually deleting the files on PC, switched between wifi and cell data and tried multiple different connections (mobile), run corrupt file search/cleanup (PC), and tried installing through Epic Games Launcher (PC) and I have had no luck. MTGA Status page says everything is fine, but I don't know that there is anything else I can do on my end to fix the issue.

  5. Indebted servant Bestow Bug

    After Indebted Servant is bestowed, once the enchanted creature dies and the Servant becomes a creature as it falls off, it does not join the row of other normal creatures but instead hides under them like it’s on its own layer, making it hard to target, tap, etc.

    I can not get into my account. It was created last night on 22MAY2024 and verified through verification email. Today I can not log in.

  7. After the Alchemy: Bloomburrow update, the daily quest XP and the daily win XP are stucked and not increasing

    After the Alchemy: Bloomburrow update, the daily quest XP and the daily win XP are stucked and not increasing.

    At the beginning of the day, I was at Mastery level 32 and 750 XP. I have completed the 500 XP daily quest and the 10 daily wins for 25 XP each. I would have been at Mastery level 33 and 500 XP, but I only recived 25 XP for the first daily win and now I'm still stucked at Mastery level 32 and 775 XP (750 XP + 25 daily win XP).

    725 XP were not credited.

  9. App crashing when trying to download data

    SEP 12, 2024
    Game crashed in the middle of a match on my s24 ultra. Tried to go back into the app but said an update was needed. Updated the app and went into the client. It says download an additional 6.46mgs. As soon as I click the download button the app crashes. Tried 10 times so far, cleared the data and cashe and even uninstalled. Still keeps crashing when I click the download button.

  13. Bug Report: Clicking store, packs, decks, and other things cause program to freeze or crash.

    Using PC/Windows 10. When selecting store, packs, or decks, or attempting to play certain games, game either freezes with "waiting for the server" and frozen ring or blank screen, or game crashes.

  16. Arena freezing

    Since the last update, Arena is continiously freezing (While playing, deck building, etc...) on PC.
    I do not have this issue with my mobile device (Android).

    This is a real issue as i do not like playing on my phone.

    Please, hurry up solving this bug.

  17. Arena freezes after any action

    Arena freezes if I try to do anything, e.g. re-roll quests or access the store. I'm using windows 10 and restarting didn't help.

  19. Crash on load after Bloomburrow update

    When the startup sequence finishes "loading initial scene" the application immediately quits to desktop. This has only occurred since downloading the Bloomburrow update a few minutes ago.   20. post update - freeze - if i change to change quest or if i try to open a pack

    After the update on Sept 12 I can no longer change quests (game freezes and needs to be restarted) and i can no longer open packs of cards (same result).

    Many, many more random freezes but those two are consistent every time.
