How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  8. Unable to log in: Attach failed to drop other attach

    I am unable to log in on both desktop and mobile. Whenever I try, I get "Unable to log in: Authentication failed for Let'sGetKraken: Attach failed to drop other attach". This has persisted for about 20 minutes now.

  10. Black Screen After Today's Update

    I did today's update this morning and now I cannot play the game. I tried booting it up 5 different times and it just keeps giving me a black screen with the music and the cursor, but that is it. Can you please tell me how to fix it?

  11. "Invalid Deck, Deck contains cards not in your collection" bug

    As the title says, the game believes that my deck is missing one rare card and keeps requesting me to spend one.

    I own the exact number of each card in this decklist, and I have checked three times now while building this deck to see what I could possibly be missing. None of the cards are the usual "faded out" look they would normally have when you are missing a card.

    I also don't have a "Craft All" button appearing over the Done button that one would also normally see.

  12. friends list missing

    Both the Friends List and Daily Challenges disappeared from the homepage.

    They were there when the update dropped but disappeared after claiming rewards from completing a few matches

  13. No Card name, P/T, or life total displaying

    I can't see my Life total, card names, and creature P/T in draft and in regular play.

  14. Abundant Harvest (and feedback)

    The card is currently unplayable. The options, when activated, are "Nonland" and "Nonland Permanent". "Nonland gives you a nonland permanent, and "Nonland Permanent" does not work at all. You cannot choose land.

    Feedback: When choosing to pay for a land to come into the field untapped, please go back to the old UI, not where the option is on the bottom-right side.

  15. Ranked

    I can't play ranked games. Whenever I click on the icon to play a ranked game the only options made available to me are non ranked "play" games. This is a new bug I have only experienced since the last update for android.

  16. Unable to Play Standard Ranked

    Unable to play Standard ranked. Decks are all up to date and should be a nonissue. Unable to select play. Has been like this since the last update. Sometime restarting the app works.

  17. Sound stops during matches

    Sound stops during matches pc Windows 11. This happens also to my partner's pc windows 10. It has done this since the last update.

  18. Asset Error Detected

    After the latest update, I can't get in. I get "asset error detected" message. I tried rebooting, uninstalling/installing (both Epic and MTGA), and tried connecting to a different wi-fi. Always the same error immediately upon entering. I'm on a macbook pro.

  19. Secluded Courtyard Creature Type Missing

    The Shrine creature type is not an option when playing the land Secluded Courtyard. This inhibits decks with Shrine creatures in them.

  20. Liliana of the Veil ultimate UI

    Repro: Ultimate Liliana of the Veil, especially if opponent has a pile of tapped lands.

    Platform: Android, although I suspect all mobile clients would suffer this problem.

    Results: Every permanent has a selector for either pile "1" or pile "2", but for permanents stacked on top of each other such as lands, these are difficult to click, hard to read, and impossible to associate with a specific permanent. This impacts gameplay as you cannot effectively put opponents off a specific color or otherwise create the best/worst pile.
