How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  3. Black screen on sideboard "view battlefield" screen

    During a Traditional game (best of 3, tested with Standard ranked ladder queue), clicking on the "View Battlefield" button during sideboarding yields a black screen with no information. Mousing over the screen also doesn't pop up cards that were on the battlefield at the end of the last game.

  4. BUG: Mac Client only works in Full Screen mode after KTK update

    If you launch the Mac client in windowed mode (i.e., not in Full Screen mode), you cannot click on anything. Nor can you easily quit the game! (You have to force quit it, e.g., via the Activity Monitor app.)

    The solution is to delete your preferences so that the MTGA client will open in Full Screen mode by default.

    To delete your preferences, open a terminal -- the Terminal app will suffice -- and execute the following commands.

    $ cd ~/Library/Preferences
    $ rm com.wizards.mtga.plist

    You'll have to log back in and reset your client preferences to taste. Just don't uncheck…

  6. some accounts can't login after Khans update

    arena is giving some accounts a bug that they're unable to login. i tried logging into my second account and had no problem but trying to log in to my main account gives me the pop up.

  7. Color Challenge stuck on resume

    I have completed all the color challenges, but a recent update that made some changes to the tutorial and the "learn more" section of the game has now placed a "resume" option on my home screen. There is nothing to resume, and therefore this flag will not clear. It's bugging me

    FIX YOUR F@$&ING GAME YOU ABSOLUTE FAILURES. HOW DO YOU CONSISTENTLY PRODUCE THE WORST POSSIBLE PRODUCT IMAGINABLE? HOW DO YOU CONSISTENTLY BREAK THE ONE AND ONLY THING YOU HAVE TO WORK ON?   11. Cannot Connect

    Stuck at launch screen since update started today (12/12). Device is irrelevant, reinstall is irrelevant - have used all prior troubleshooting articles. Customer service won't help

  13. Tutorial Spark

    As of 2024-01-22, the tutorial spark is showing up on the home screen every time I access it - just logging in, moving from other screens, and after a match. Any time I come to the home screen, I hear"Congratulations on completing spark rank..."

    I don't know if it's a bug or a 'feature', but I would LOVE to disable this spark forever after the tutorial is done. Nothin against the spark, I've got 10+ years in the game - I'm all good.

  14. Tutorial Voice Lines Repeat Indefinitely

    After completing the tutorial and color challenges, Spark is permanently stuck on the home screen. Every time I go to the home screen (start of program, click to it, or finish a match) it repeats the voice line "wow, you've beaten all of the color challenges"

    Please consider adding a 'disable spark' or 'disable tutorial' option while this is being worked on

  15. Error Updating Data

    Until Jan 25, I just played the game on a PC completely normally, everything was OK. after the scheduled maintenance on Jan 26, when I launched the MTGA, then there's the problem: Error Updating Data.
    I've done those things trying to solve the problem, but not worked at all:
    1- Complete uninstallation and reinstallation
    2-Try steam, epic and MTGAInstaller.exe version, all meet the same problem
    3-Turn off firewalls and antivirus software
    4-try a US-VPN
    5-try another network via my phone hotspot
    6-restart computer after all other try
    7-Flush DNS and Winsock Reset, way as https://mtgarena-support.wizards.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000834323-Flush-DNS-and-Winsock-Reset
    8-Proxy had always been turned…

  16. Can spark PLEASE STFU??

    Spark continues to "educate" me about my limited and constructed rank EVERY TIME I go into profile, it's incredibly irritating.

    Please fix before I lose it, spark is almost as bad as clippy.

    It says : "Error Updating Data - Please check your connection and try again".

    after a new patch launched on Jan 26th.

    I think this is a bug.

  19. Your app won't load after the update

    First of all, your bug report forums have one of the worst user experiences I've ever seen in my entire life. Truly a testament to how little you care about your players.

    Second, your bugfest of an app isn't loading after the KTK update. If it's not too much trouble, could you maybe make your GAME WORK FOR ONCE IN YOUR LIVES?????
