How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Asset error detected
App gets stuck in a loop trying to log in. Gives me an "asset error detected" message asking me to restart the launch. Using a samsung galaxy s21 5g. All software upto date. Tried reinstallation several times.

(Security Issue) Password exposing will trying to import deck
When trying to import a deck in the deck collection the app immediatly return an error message saying "Deck import failed with the following message : The input string contains an invalide line: my password"
I use mtg arena on both android and windows. The issue was first discovered on windows. I've been able to import decks before, the account is pretty old (3year at least I would say but hadn't been used for months and I started playing again 3 days ago)
On android the error message is "Deck import failed with the following message:The input string is empty."…

I've done all the color challenges and starter deck duels, and I still can only play bot.

why should u be able to sidebard in bo3 just soem useless timewaste no one needs right? right?? multibillion dollar company but cant even get most crucial part of their game right well played

Bonjour, j’écris ici car aucune solution n’a encore été trouvée. Depuis plusieurs semaines je ne peux pas me connecter à mon compte malgré un changement de mot de passe, avoir désinstaller et installer mtg arena sur mobile. Une message d’erreur s’affiche : un problème inattendu est survenu (code d’erreur forbidden). Veuillez réessayer. Connaissez vous le problème et savez vous comment le résoudre ? Merci d’avance.

Permanent Arena connection loss
After starting the color challenge and beating the first green challenge, the game crashed and is now on the ‘Connection Lost’ screen. It works fine if I log out, but if I log back in, I can’t get into anything anymore and it boots me back to the ‘Connection Lost’ screen. I only just started playing Arena yesterday so I could get better at playing MTG and I’m upset that I can’t do anything to fix it. Avatar/Card sleeves not changing in game when selected

Check Status
Whenever the website is down the check status option always reports that systems are functional even though they clearly aren’t. My suggestion is that you fix this issue so i actually know when I’m just disconnected from your **** server or because the server itself is down for maintenance again. It gets old waisting my time turning off my laptop just to connect to your server, then find out I can’t connect anyways but with no real explanation. It’s 2026 people, with as much money as WOTC makes off MTG you’d think they can afford to improve issues with server…

Vaan, Aspiring Sky Pirate shows up as Captain Lannery Storm in deck list.
BUG: I have selected my Vaan, Aspiring Sky Pirate card to put in the deck. In the deck it says Captain Lannery Storm. Mouse over shows Vaan.

pack opening alternate art styles are always marked as 'First'
The pack open interface has a small bug.
When opening an alternate card style it is marked as 'first' even if you have 4X of that very style .1 vote -
Not find decks
When I tried to play standard brawl, I selected an incomplete deck, then I completed it and tried to play, but the deck selector screen doesn't find any deck.

Graphical Glitch
I went onto the store page and all items were expanded to immense scale covering whole screen. I moved to other pages, first deck, then battle and it persisted.

MTG Arena won't startup successfully most of the times
I'm using MTG Arena from Steam (2026.58.20.12269 (12269.1265462)). Most of the times when starting up the application, it takes a long time doing "Retrieving asset manifest" and then says "Error Updating Data: Please check your connection and try again." When hitting the "Retry" button some 10 times (on average), the application succeeds and starts. After that, Arena works without issues.
Other applications I use have no connection issues whatsoever, so I'm guessing it's a problem on MTG Arena's side.

Ui turns White and Unreadable
After Sideboarding or after editing a deck, the top screen ui where all the option menu are shown turn white, unreadable and sometimes stops working. this has been a problem for over 2 months, hopefully its something you'll fix soon.

filter condition more than 4
Steps:
1)Go to decks
2)Go to collection
3)Chose advance filter
4)In the collection separator select x4Result:
All cards that you have more than 4 (i.e. cards that you have from more than 2 editions, for example crackle with power 4 from the cowboy set and 1 from mystical archive) will not show up.1 vote -
Opened packs with mythic wildcards and didn't receive wildcards in my overall total.
I opened up 2 packs from the mastery track rewards. One was Strixhaven the other was Lorwyn.
Both packs contained Mythic wildcards (total of 2).
My mythic wildcards never updated with those two new opened wildcards.
Same with uncommons from the same pack from the wheel icon that fills. Total account number of wildcards did not change.
