How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. MTGA crashes

    Since the latest update earlier this mtg arena keeps crashing repeatedly after seconds to a few minutes using it.
    i play mtga on mac via epic games.
    i add a log i captured on arena after restarting immediately after a crash.
    i already tried deinstalling an reinstalling arena and the epic client.
    when shutting down arena i receive the following error report (full report to long):

  2. BUG: Crashes after 12 Sep 2024 update, cannot enter main menu at all

    Steps to reproduce the bug:
    1. Launch MTGA
    2. Wait the game loading until the part where it says: "Loading initial scene"
    3. Crashes

    Platform: PC (Windows 11, 22H2)
    The actual results experienced: crashes before showing the main menu
    The expected results: can enter the main menu

  3. plantage booster boutique

    Je viens de faire la mise a jour 2024.40.30.6688.1090994, lorsque je vais sur l'onglet booster ou boutique, le jeu se met a planter et je suis obligé de ferme et de relancer.
    J'ai désinstaller et réinstaller mais le problème persiste toujours.

  4. arena keeps freezing when hovering over dailies or going to the store or finding a match

    Since the update on 9/13/24 I have been unable to do anything on arena. It loads up and when clicking anything and even hovering over dailies it freezes instantly and forces me to close the client.

  5. Sideboarding after a friendly brawl match

    My friend and I were doing a friendly brawl match, but when they conceded, it put me into the sideboarding screen with no way to exit other than hitting esc and conceding myself.

  6. Game Crashes When I Open the Store

    After the most recent update, my Arena client hangs and crashes whenever I try to go to the Store, specifically the Packs page for some reason. I have fully reinstalled the client, and this issue remains ongoing.

  7. Potential Fix for PC crashes

    Was having constant crashes on PC since the last update. Going directly to the Graphics options and changing the quality setting from "Low" to "Medium" instantly resolved the issue.

  8. Ever since ltest update the Arena client keeps freezing when my mouse hovers over certain items, this morning noticed it over the daily rewa

    Ever since lates update the Arena client keeps freezing on my PC when my mouse hovers over certain items, this morning noticed it over the daily rewards and the other day it occured when going into the store and hovering over the Duskmourn set items about to come out... anyone else getting this?

  9. "Low" Graphics setting causing crashes

    The 9/12 update has resulted in many crashes, most of them related to interacting with various features on the front page. As suggested by users on Reddit, changing Graphics settings from "low" to "medium" resolves this issue, at least for the front page.

  10. GAME CRASHES ON THE FIRST SCREEN

    I haven't been able to play for three days because every time the game crashes on the first screen: installed and reinstalled many times, with no results. I await solutions.

  11. Client crashing on multiple out-of-game actions

    Since the last update the client is crashing whenever certain actions are performed, for instance moving to the "Packs" tab or trying to switch missions (or even just hovering on top of the mission).
    I play regularly and this has never happened before the last update.
    I am on Windows, and when I try to perform those actions the game crashes, popping out the windows screen "MTGA.exe is not responding".
    Disk/RAM and GPU usage does not seem different than what it used to be.

  13. The program MTGA.exe version 2022.3.42.52074 stopped interacting with Windows and was closed.

    Since the recent update, the application crashes frequently throwing Microsoft COM exceptions. It is concerning that the Arena status page shows all platforms as operational with no reported incidents today when this is clearly not the case.

  14. Bug Report: Clicking store, packs, decks, and other things cause program to freeze or crash.

    Using PC/Windows 10. When selecting store, packs, or decks, or attempting to play certain games, game either freezes with "waiting for the server" and frozen ring or blank screen, or game crashes.

  15. Freezes and crashes since last update

    Hi,
    I've done the 9.53Gb update this morning and since then I'm experimenting different issues on my account (mainly freezes and crashes but also some lags).

    Roughly : I connect, I try to click on the store or on the daily challenges if I want to modify them and the game becomes unresponsive. To the point I get a Windows popup asking me if I want to wait for Arena to answer or to quit. Waiting is to no avail so far, the game never comes back.   16. MTG Arena switches to windowed mode constantly for ultrawide aspect ratios

    As of 2024.40.30.6688.1090994, everytime my client enters or exits a match the game switches from fullscreen mode to windowed mode. The issue only happens when I'm using an ultrawide resolution (3440 x 1440).

    The cause of the bug has actually been found by nexus mod user skebbZ, attached is his explanation. (His mod actually fixes this issue)

  17. full screen problem

    I have a 31:9 screen (PC on windows 10)
    I've clicked on the "full sceen" option in the settings several times but it goes back to window screen everytime I try to play the game.

  18. MTGA Crashes after doing specific actions (Mac)

    After the latest maintenance, MTGA has been crashing for me. Immediately after the maintenance and up until the mini-patch which customer support informed me of, this had included graphical glitches of flashing and noise across the screen. After that patch, things have improved, but certainly have not been fixed.

    In order to trigger the crash, I've been able to consistently reproduce it by hovering over a daily quest as if to reroll it (this will cause a crash even if you don't have the reroll available) or by entering the traditional draft event (where you would pay to buy a…

  19. MTGA Freezing then Crashing on Mac (Sonoma 14.6.1) after large 9/12 Update

    Successfully updated via Epic store on 9/12 and ever since Client will open but will subsequently freeze and/or crash before entering a queue.

    Uninstalling and reinstalling has not helped and MacOS is fully updated Sonoma 14.6.1

  20. Arena crashing and stalling out on Mac laptop after update

    I play in a mac laptop, using epic games as a launcher, ( running mac OS 14.5) - and after the big update yesterday, Arena is barely functional.

    I can sign in, go to the main homescreen, and get to my recent Bo1 game and play - but even then it frequently crashes after a game, freezes if I try to click on any of the other tabs (store, packs, etc) - would not let me start a draft, etc.
