How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  7. Freeze and crash of the general client user interface on PC following the September 12 update

    Following the September 12 update, the download of the update seems to have gone well. However, the game interface freezes as soon as I try to go to the Packs or the Store pages, or when I try to click on the quest renewal. The game freezes and it's no longer possible to access the menus, even if it's just to close the game. The bug concerns a PC platform.

  8. Card Selection disappeared during Draft

    In my first Strixhaven draft, I had 3 cards left in (i think) pack 2. I tried to select the only one on colour, but the card disappeared instead. My choice wasn't locked in, and the gap where the card was just had nothing in it, so it wasn't simply a visual bug (clicking where it was yielded nothing and I was forced to auto pick another card).

  9. waiting for server

    game loads and then stays stuck with a black screen saying "Waiting for server". Its been happening for the last two days. a friend has the same issue for a week now..

    My internet and laptop are fine; this is an issue with arena..

  10. Color Challenge stuck on resume

    I have completed all the color challenges, but a recent update that made some changes to the tutorial and the "learn more" section of the game has now placed a "resume" option on my home screen. There is nothing to resume, and therefore this flag will not clear. It's bugging me

  12. Aetherdrift game board distracting propeller animation

    The new Aetherdrift game board has animated spinning propellers adjacent to the player avatar. Their constant motion is very annoying and distracting and I anticipate drafting less to avoid seeing it. Please remove the animation so I can enjoy the game as normal.

  13. my friend list is not working

    i see my friendlist dissapeared and also my name on the friendlist says username#12345 when i log out and then login my username corrects and says my id without the number... but if i close arena and reopen it it returns with the username#12345 name. and without my friends in any case

  14. Can't use Ultrawide Fullscreen

    Ever since the last update, ultrawide (and other unsupported screen resolutions) are now resetting to non-fullscreen mode every time we switch to a new scene. I press Alt+Enter to go into fullscreen, hit Play to search for a match, the game loads the searching scene and exits fullscreen, I press Alt+Enter again to enter fullscreen, the game scene loads, the game exits fullscreen again. It's really frustrating... Before this update, I believe I only had to manually enter fullscreen if I made changes to the video options and only because ultrawide resolution is not an actual option.

  15. Turn off card / board animations

    Hello.

    Now that Arena has a good player base, with some of them who are playing for a long time ago, i suggest, with a button on the interface, the possibility for the user to

    switch off all the card animations / board animations.

    For those like me who play a lot and since a while, we get tired of the same animations again and again and it would improve our game experience.

    For those with little configurations it would perhaps avoid some crash and improve fluidity of the game.

    Well. I see only advantages in this options doesn't you…

  17. Card stuck on stack

    Often Cards stay in the Stack when a short disconnection happens in the mobile app. This bug made me lose a lot of games in the last weeks.

  18. Error Updating Data PC and Mobile

    After the new update for MKM Alchemy on both my PC and mobile app I get the "Error Updating Data" message when trying to launch Arena. I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times (PC and mobile) including manually deleting the files on PC, switched between wifi and cell data and tried multiple different connections (mobile), run corrupt file search/cleanup (PC), and tried installing through Epic Games Launcher (PC) and I have had no luck. MTGA Status page says everything is fine, but I don't know that there is anything else I can do on my end to fix the issue.

  19. Freezes and crashes since last update

    Hi,
    I've done the 9.53Gb update this morning and since then I'm experimenting different issues on my account (mainly freezes and crashes but also some lags).

    Roughly : I connect, I try to click on the store or on the daily challenges if I want to modify them and the game becomes unresponsive. To the point I get a Windows popup asking me if I want to wait for Arena to answer or to quit. Waiting is to no avail so far, the game never comes back. I can play games (with 'waiting for server' lags sometimes), I can access…

  20. Unable to connect

    Since this morning, it is impossible to connect. We have an error during connect to server just before loading the main page. I have tested on different device (pc or mobile) and it is always the same result. The servers looks operational according to the website. So what is happening, and how can i access to the game?
