How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

Mobile interface bug
After game 1 when sideboarding the interface have graphics bug on my phone (see attachments for visual reference & model number). Furthermore after exiting the event the graphic anomalies persist.

Reset password strength check broken
On the wizards.com website, the reset password page (after opening the reset password link from my email). When I enter a new password it is stuck on the password strength check (must enter one lower case and one upper case letter) and won’t let me proceed with submitting my new password. I tried many variations of different passwords, and none seem to satisfy the strength check

Error al obtener recompensas maestría
Hola,
He completado el pase hasta el nivel 50 actualmente, habiendo obtenido todos los orbes posibles, al tratar de canjear algunas recompensas, algunas quedaron cargando y no se completaron, actualmente no se me muestran los orbes canjeados por duplicado, podrían revisarlo?

虚空の杯 のバグ
相手が、虚空の杯を2 で置いたとき、 降霊(コスト3) は打ち消され、 永遠 (コスト5) は通る。降霊も通るんじゃないのか。 双刃の霊 と 典雅な襲撃者 のケースでどちらも最初のコストは2だが。

Authentication Failed for Username: Timeout (following Aetherdrift Update)
Following the Aetherdrift update, the PC version can't log in. Keeps coming up with "Authentication Failed for (my username): Timeout." Sometimes the white box starts to spin as it continues to wait for the server. Works on iPad, though.

Deck Sorting Options Do Not Change Display
In the deck menu, the options to sort the decks by Last Modified, Last Play, or Alphabetically only sorts them alphabetically regardless of option chosen.

My play button is broken
When I click play on pc or iOS it shows standard rank, historic brawl, and bot match. when I click on historic brawl it won’t let me play it

Tutorial constructed format text bug
In the text for new players explaining the various constructed formats there are some card examples that are overlaid on top of the text descriptions of multiple formats making it impossible to read the descriptions of the formats. I am on android, on a Samsung Z Fold 5.

Achievements saying -1/10
Like others, my achievements are now reading -1/10. Please fix.

"Liliana, Dreadhorde General" Foundations card style appears stretched
The Foundations variant card style for "Liliana, Dreadhorde General" appears distorted when selecting her abilities on the battlefield, and also when using the card as a deck image. See attached.

Menu graphical glitches
The Quick Draft menu has graphical glitch issues. So is the main menu. There are white boxes as well as weird anomalies all over.

mastery xp not updating
While playing on my iPhone, I have been getting wins, which with the daily wins, I should be getting 25 xp per win. I am currently at 8/15 so I should still be getting xp. However, my mastery xp has not increased and has been stuck at 225/1000. The only xp I have available to earn is the daily wins - I finished the quest for the day so the daily wins is the only way for me to earn xp.

Failure to launch
PC player, since the latest update (Sept 3, 2025), when I start the application it does the first couple steps (initializing, verifying card database, requesting format data) but when it gets to/past Loading Initial Screen, the screen goes black except for the cursor. I have tried a few times now over a couple days and get the same result.
I am hesitant to uninstall/reinstall because I haven't been able to successfully complete a download for MTGA for years now without it stalling out so that I have to force close the application and try again (usually takes 3-4 attempts for…

Ejection de l’application en plein combat
Cela est arrivé 3 fois de suite : je lance un combat, le début se passe normalement puis un bruit et l’application s’éjecte. Impossible de retourner dans le combat, tant que le temps avant la défaite automatique n’est pas passé. Ces déconnexion intempestives gâchent totalement l’expérience de jeu !!

Arena Mac trackpad requires double-click
Mac version of Arena is virtually unplayable. Using an M3 MacBook Pro. Do do anything often requires either a physical click on the trackpad or a double-tap on the trackpad. It's random and inconsistent which one is needed. Please fix the UI to unbreak it. Used the system wide setting for track-pad clicks. Having to first double-tap a card in hand to select, then double-tap again to play is awful.

Touchpad Horizontal Scroll in Store freezes at gaps between items.
When in the store, using a touchpad, horizontal scrolling can interrupt if the scrolling lands with the mouse pointer on a gap between items, when using two fingers on the touch pad scrolling side to side.
Method to reproduce:
Visit Store - Bundles
Mouse-over an item near the middle of the screen.
Using a touchpad, use two fingers to scroll to the right and left, repeatedly.

Details not displaying on Mac PC
I can see the pictures on the card, but no text. Playing on MacBook Pro - MacOS Ventura
Give us the steps to reproduce the bug -I login, and most of the graphics are blacked out - I attempt to play a round, and only the images appear for both my cards and the opponents. My cards are cut by the bottom of the screen.

MTG Arena does not work after the last update
I can't log into the game after the May 10 update. I use PC. I reinstalled the game many times and also flushed my DNS, but it didn't help. After entering the login and password, the message "waiting for the server" appears then "authentification failed" and nothing more.
