How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Craft All Button Bug
While importing a deck, the game notified me that I was missing 7 mythic rare cards. I began replacing those missing cards with alternatives from my collection. However, even after replacing them, the game continued to display the message that 7 mythic wildcards were required.
Eventually, I finalized my deck without those 7 mythic cards, but due to oversight, I clicked the "Craft All" button before closing the deck editor. As a result, the game deducted 7 mythic wildcards from my collection even though those cards were no longer part of the final deck list, and no cards were actually…

Server problems
I've been unable to play for eight nights. Every time I try to connect, there are server issues. I've been waiting for the problem to be resolved and filing reports for over a week now.
I'm very discouraged; at this rate, I might quit the game.

Error de servidor

Bug Report: Phantom Network Error Upon Rapidly Tapping Play
1: Rapidly tapping play puts out a Network Error, even as you are successfully entered into the queue
2: Both PC and Android
3: As 1 above; will sometimes require multiple clears of the error if tapped rapidly enough. Will be queued up successfully.
4: Prior to Edge of Eternities update, the Network Error was not put out. Perhaps it's trying to enter the queue multiple times and kicking an error out for every queue attempt after?1 vote -
Mastery Orb Visual Bug
Mastery orb received shows color blue which should be purple.

Visual Bug with G.F Cerberus Copy
There was a visual bug of a spell never leaving the stack with the Summon Creature G.F Cerberus. The copied spell remained on my screen even after resolving twice.

App crashes on launch (Android)
After the March 18 25 update, the app crashes after it finishes loading but before I get to the main screen. It reaches the point where it says "Waiting for Server" and then crashes back to my phone's home screen

Game stutter/lag
As soon as I open the client, the game begins freezing every 3-4 seconds similar to when trying to play a scratched disk. I am attaching a log in hopes it can help. I have attempted repairing the game files, validating files through steam, and changing some setting that are known to cause lag. If anyone else has had this issue and knows a fix, please let me know.

Detectado error de contenidos
En Magic de Android que ejecuto en mi teléfono, un Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G, constantemente me advierte que he perdido la conexión, lo cual no es cierto, le doy "Volver a conectar" constantemente, luego de unas 4 veces, aun en ocasiones debo cerrar y volver a abrir el juego, me da un "Detectado erro de contenidos... Arena va a iniciarse de nuevo para verificar los contenidos," le doy Aceptar, al reiniciarse pasa a "Obteniendo listado de recurso... ¿Descargar 3,44 GB adicionales?... Descargar", esos son todos los contenidos del juego, al hacerlo, me deja acceder normalmente al juego mientras permanezco…

Graphics issue with some overlays in rewards screen
I first detected this after coming back to the game after a few years, I got a lot of rewards and while hovering cards with abilities such as Warp and Flying etc, the abilities tile seems to have some opacity issues. Or something like z-index or some graphics bug. Image attached.

Tamiyo, Field Researcher's -2 effect reminder doesn't show which creatures were targeted
The targeting arrows appear briefly, but immediately disappear unless a player gets priority in response, making it difficult to see which creatures were targeted, and hovering the effect reminder box doesn't work.

Create a feature allowing players to "ban" a few cards so that they don't go up against decks with those cards.
Players are recognizing cards that are unbalanced sooner than WotC is implementing effective changes to rebalance the game. Additionally, since we don't have the ability to choose who we are getting matched against we don't have the ability to say "No, I don't want to play with that person" until after the match starts. For example, if I were playing Brawl in person and my opponent was running Ugin, Eye of Storms as their commander, I would tell them to play a different deck or find a different opponent because I'm not going to waste my time.

error updating data
after the last update on march 5 with the relase of alchemy karlov manor i keep receiveng the message of ''error updating data'' i tried to reestart my internet, didnt work, tried to delete and donwload the game again still didnt worked, and this error keeps ocurring in my mobile as well, please solve this problem as fast as you can.

I lost approval 6,000 Gems suddenly between log-ins.

戻るボタンの挙動(Android:モバイル版)
ストアと他の画面で戻るボタンを押した時の挙動が異なる。
ストア以外で該当のボタンを押すとキャンセル(1つ前の状態に戻る)なのに対して、ストア内で該当のボタンを押すとオプション画面が表示される。

Fallo al comunicarse con el servidor
Llevo 4 días consecutivos sin poder conectarme por las noches, cada vez que trato de iniciar sesión aparece un fallo de comunicación con el servidor. Los días previos, al comprobar estado aparecía notificación de mantenimiento, pero hoy simplemente no conecta. Esta mañana puede conectar, pero ahora de nuevo por la noche me es imposible. Espero puedan solucionar el problema.

ASSET ERROE DETECTED
Both on PC and smartphone, for a couple of weeks. If I am connected to WiFi, upon starting the game it shows me "asset error detected" and starts a download. The connection does not give me any issues with other apps, but I have still contacted the provider who confirmed that there are no blocks or network problems. The technical service of Arena has not been able to help me. Has anyone experienced the same issue?

ERRORE DI RISORSA
Sia su PC che su smartphone, da un paio di settimane. Se sono connesso al WiFi, all'avvio il gioco mi segnala "errore di rete individuato" e parte un download. La connessione non mi da problemi con altre app ma ho comunque contattato il fornitore che mi ha confermato che non ci sono blocchi o problemi di rete. Il servizio tecnico di Arena non mi ha saputo aiutare. Qualcuno ha riscontrato lo stesso problema?

Account error after most recent update
My computer won't start Arena
My laptop does, they both run the same version of windows
The error shows that there's a problem with updating/fetching it's earlier dataIt won't even start the game on my computer even after reinstalling and checking for corrupt savefiles
