How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Jumpstart Locked Out - Home Button

    The Jumpstart screen only shows a Home button. I am not able to play, resign, get a new deck, etc. This bug occurs on both mobile and Mac.

    Steps to reproduce - Login to Arena, click Play or navigate to Jumpstart.

    MTG Arena
    Can't log in because of Network Error: there was a problem when communicating with the server.
    Checked status and everything is operational.

  6. Game starting screen glitch.

    This is a bug I found a while back but I didn't submit the report, but here I am. It is a small bug and here is how to do it, it is for all consoles. Load into a game in any format, if you are on the play, mulligan and go to the icon where you can see the field of play and click your opponent's deck so it shows how many cards are in their deck and their sleeves, then wait until your opponent chooses to mulligan or keep and then the glitch will activate, you then choose…

  7. menu error

    After finishing a Bo3 match, the top menu UI becomes white-on-white. All icons and text become nearly invisible or unreadable due to the lack of contrast.

  8. Can't start a game with user #werepizza#74091

    Can't chat or challenge user #werepizza#74091 probably because of the #hashtag. We used to be able to play games years ago but now his 'username' doesn't show up in the chat or in the tournament details. Attached png shows the friends list

  9. Suggestion: Sort land cards in the search library interface

    When I play Omenpath Journey it takes me a really long time to find all the lands that would already enter tapped. Sometimes this irritates opponents into conceding. I'm not trying to take forever, I just have to scroll through all these lands to find the appropriate non-basic lands. Please implement the same sorting structure that exists in the deck building interface so we can keep the game moving. This would apply to other land searching cards as well, particularly ones able to pull nonbasic lands.

  11. Opening Hand Bug

    Opened the game and walked away from PC for a bit, came back and had to reconnect, when I tried to get into a game, the client froze in loading screen saying "waiting for opponent" while the timer at the bottom kept ticking. After a minute or so I closed the client and reopened it, it opened right back to the loading screen. I closed the client once again, waited a couple of minutes, then reopened it. This time I was at the usual starting screen, I then tried to get into a game, everything was fine until I loaded…

    When changing the screen setting to full screen after completing any game mode the screen will come out of full screen mode and has to be selected again.

  14. game UI fails upon crash

    ok so game crashed while playing probably due to background app being open at the same time anyways when i log back in the UI got janked couldnt see OP life meter or their character anymore when i tried to use agg negotiations it wouldnt let me click where the op life hitbox would be so i couldnt use it also my info was missing and a few UI elements disappeared. rare but just wanted to let it be known that happens

  15. Start Your Engines Animation

    I play with the Italian version of MTG Arena, with the new expansion aetherdrift I do not see the effect "start your engines!", this error occurs on every card that has this effect . I tried to load the game in English and in that mode the effect is readable.

  16. windowed mode is bugged, maximize button is greyed out and the bottom part of the screen is covered by task bar so you can't see or click

  17. Dragonfire Blade Alt Art Bugged

    Hello,

    When you play the dragonfire blade with the alt art, it doesn't show the name of it at the top when it's on the battlefield. (on PC, started I believe around prepatch for final fantasy?)

    Attached screenshot shows it (it also looks blown out, but just ignore that, that's a snip tool issue)

  18. Bug

    Arena Store constantly shutsdown and locks store items disappear suddenly and don’t return at all ever in the future. Store often looses connection when making purchases and you have to close Arena and enter again over & over again

  19. Redownload Once A Week

    Once a week when the game updates on tuesdays, the ioS app fails to launch for me. For the past month every tuesday the game is updated but refuses to open past the loading screen, so I have to fully delete the game, then redownload the entire app and the 3-4GB of game files after logging in. It’s getting rather tedious.
