How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Screen don't change in smartphone
The screen doesn't change when I turn the smartphone upside down. This is bad because the socket is on the left side and the game only allows me to play in the upside down position.

Fullscreen mode does not remember previous resolution
Fullscreen does not remember previous resolution.
In past versions, exiting full screen mode would return the PC client to its previously chosen resolution . For example, I play on a 4k monitor, but in windowed mode, I play in 1440p. Last year, when I would exit full screen with the keyboard shortcut, the screen would return to its former size, but at some point, it just started becoming a window with the screen's full resolution. I play on three Windows devices, running both 10 and 11, and the behavior is the same. This makes playing the game in full screen…

Verification email
Users should be informed that they only have 10 minutes to use the email verification button or verification link. If they miss this timeframe, instead of just an error, there should be a link to request another verification email be sent to their email after confirming their email address (I discovered that currently the only way to do this is to try logging in to the overarching wizards account and that will give me the resend link...but it should just come with the error). I have had someone from Wizards send me an email saying "I sent you another link"…

Indicator for new store/mastery item.
Frequently the orange diamond indicator will appear under the store and/or mastery tabs even though I've already checked them.

Add feature to toggle/permanently mute opponents
It is very common to play a long game and enjoy it very much, only to have your opponent start viciously spamming salty messages. I would very much like to permanently mute opponents because nothing good has ever come from the chat, usually people just wait until they're about to go for the kill and then say something salty that takes a good game and makes it very, very frustrating and even hurtful at times. to mitigate the frustration of an already frustrating game, I would love the option to preemptively toggle the mute option for all opponents, rather than…

Several cards not showing up properly
Encountered the issue today, up to date Steam Windows PC version. Wasn't the case yesterday.
Spark Double, Chrome Mox, and Birds of Paradise don't show up properly in Deck Editor nor in Collection, and it's indescriptible how they show up in game: they remain on the stack even after setting as a permanent; and it's almost impossible to properly interact with them (especially when they start stacking under each other). I don't have an ingame capture but steps to reproduce: put them in a deck and draw them, they show up as a distorted black-and-white Fblthp with a warning triangle…1 vote -
Mastery pass - orb purchases - purchase all!
I usually play the entire season and buy the orb items at the end. It would be great if you could have a purchase all button if you have the max amount of orbs instead of having to click and wait 3 times per item.

MTGA Crashes on Mac
MTGA keeps crashing during the loading screen in Mac Sonoma 14.5 (latest version). I uninstalled and reinstalled MTGA through Epic Games to no avail.

Please give us a way to turn off card highlights.
Card highlighting is painfully obnoxious and constantly used to grief. Give us an option to turn it off.

Error updating data
My MTG Arena does not initiate since the last patch before Last Caverns of Ixalan and, for some reason, it loads the "Error Updating Data" screen. I've tryed every single solution avaliable on the internet, but none of them worked. What could it be?

Mana costs not visible
Since the latest update the game is lagging, but worst is the lack of mana costs in the cards.

Osteomancer ability still doesn't work
Osteomancer Adept (BLB)'s ability still doesn't let you cast the cards in your graveyard with its ability if your graveyard is entirely creatures. Because no non-creature card is left in the graveyard zone you cannot select your graveyard to pay for forage. Instead all your graveyard appears as castable cards.
This problem has been reported more than two months ago and it still exists, how is this still not fixed? Reporting again in the hopes it gets attention. Adept is the only rare and by far the best card in my BLB quick draft deck. Would be nice to play…5 votes -
Card names, life, P/T unreadable
The game is unplayable because so many aspects of the cards are garbled to an extent that renders them unreadable.

Unable to attach game log file to UserVoice tickets
Every time I try to submit a bug ticket with the game log attached I get a message saying "we were unable to submit your request". The log file is ~34 MB, and it says here that it has to be under 50 MB. Tried using Chrome and Mozilla browsers on windows PC.

New cards no longer highlighted on Collection screen
Since the update, new cards obtained from limited events are not marked as “New” in the collection screen. I have seen this in both an Italian quick draft and a Jump In. (I’ve checked my library and at least one of the Jump In cards should have been marked as New).
Cards gained from ICRs still show up as New.
In the past, if I did a limited event, even if I also won an ICR for a win in the event, the new cards gained in the event would be marked as New and appear first in the Collection…

Glitching on Mac
As soon I get into the app the game start glitching and a freeze all the command.
