How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

-1 Achievements After Earning "Mastery Master"
I just earned the "Mastery Master" achievement, and now my Core Achievements each read as -1 out of the total number of achievements available and all of the achievements I have earned in that category have disappeared.

Graphic not clean or clear. Its been like this for some time I play on phone some graphics show up like this while others are crystal clear.

Get a ******* fair shuffle algorithm god all mighty, people have been ******** about this forever and I’m getting ******* sick of it!!!
Get a ******** fair shuffle algorithm it’s getting really ******* old!!! I can have even mana in a dual color deck, and only get one color, even after multiple mulligans, if one of my decks win too many times, I’ll ether get all mana or no mana, and all the high cost cards in the ******* deck. Fix your ******* ****!!!!!!!!!!!!!!’nnnnnn

Bloomburrow Asset error detected loop
at loading card database I get a message stating "asset error detected /n Arena will relaunch to verify asset contents." I click ok, arena restarts at retrieving asset manifests, and error pops up again. Have restarted my computer, uninstalled the client, to no avail. On Mac through Epic Games Launcher.

Image texture bug
I have the same problem since weeks or maybe even months and didn't bother me too much at first but it's still very annoying so I post it here. I have a problem with image texture, it often happens when I play a game, then for the 2nd match the bug appear, like in the following screenshot. I have already tried to uninstall and re install the arena but it didn't work, I don't know what to do. The only thing working is quitting the game and coming back, but eventually, after a few games the bug come back, out…

Bug: Can't equip more than 9 phrase emotes.
The bug that causes stock phrases to count against number of phrase emotes you can equip is apparently back. Can only equip 9 phrases. Please fix. I didn't spend time and resources to be unable to use what I gathered.

network error - unable to get collection
Can't get in to the main user interface. Can't attach a log when no access to the main menu.
Error displayed: Network error - unable to get collection.
The client asks either to reconnect, log off or check Arena status server (all operational).
Restarted my PC, restarted my internet modem+router. Still same error.
I logged in earlier 6 hours ago, no such problem.

Android/Samsung phone no menu text glitch
This glitch is still persistent despite multiple reports. Why is this still happening like a year later on my Samsung phone?! The menu sometimes pops with no text. Transition text glitches out. Rendering gets funky. WHY?!

Starting/Ending a Match Kicks Out of Full Screen
My client updated this morning to 2024.40.30.6688.1090994. Now the client will not stay in full screen mode. I run 3440x1440 display. When starting or ending a match the system kicks it out of full screen and into a 2560x1440 window.

Bug: Osteomancer Adept UI doesn't allow casting
Osteomancer Adept (BLB)'s ability doesn't let you cast the cards in your graveyard with its ability if your graveyard is entirely creatures.

Companion hidden
Companion is now hidden behind the camera on iphone 15…. This is a big deterrent to getting more companions.

Display Issues on Galaxy Fold 4
1/21/25 The new update made the way cards display on my Galaxy Fold device significantly worse. The cards on the board are way to large and will go past the edge of the screen making it hard to see all of the lands or enchantments, the keyword icons are inconsistently sized, the cards in my hand take up too much space. Overall the UI is distractingly worse in the newest update and it is much more difficult to read the board state.
Note: The aspect ratio of the galaxy fold 4 is ~6:5

When app goes in background during match it automatically gives loss
On Android, when I receive a call during a match and the app goes in background, when returning to app it automatically gives match loss, previously I was to able to continue the match.

MTGA Crash
Sometimes when I start the game it freezes from the begginig, sometime I get to play a match but the it suddenly freezes. On other occasions, if I move the cursos above the daily quests it also freezes. In short, I can play MTGA Arena on my PC.

Hundreds of Users Unable to Connect, MTG Arena Status site shows everything OK --> clearly everything is not OK
Today 1/16/2025 hundreds of users cannot connect to MTGA-- and yet the MTG Arena Status site shows everything operational.

crash when logging to the app on Mac
Crash when launching the app on Mac
Problem :
- Since yesterday, I cannot play to MTGA anymore while I'm a regular player since months.
- Each time I launch the app on my device , ) the app crashes during the launch after the "loading initial scene" phase.
- There is no error message - I just come back to my deskMy Config
- Macbook Air Apple M3, 16 go
- MacOS = Sonoma 14.6.1What I already did :
- desintall and reinstall the app with Epic Game launcher ---> no impact

started a new update and all i get is a reoccurring "asset error detected" over and over. My PC is Mac.

そろそろフィルターを機能させてほしい
現状、表記でスペースがあったりするせい
なのだろうが、
フィルターに正常にヒットしない現象が多く発生している。日本語表記ではスペースを入れている
そういうことが原因だろうので、カード表記とはべつにフィルター用に文章情報をつくるか、
フィルターの論理で、もしスペースがあるなら除く
という参照時の工夫を入れるなりして、
フィルターを意図したものがヒットするようにしてほしい。2 votes
