How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Can no longer see keywords on cards after ONE update
Can't see keywords neither in collection, deck building, draft, or in-game.
I had the unpleasant surprise of finding this out during my first premier draft, where I couldn't evaluate any of the cards properly because well, they were not only missing keywords but also specific numbers associated with them which is a huge problem for Toxic values and Equipment costs.After that I confirmed the keywords are blank in game as well. Tried different game window resolutions and graphics settings, closing and reopening the game, but to no avail.

I didn't get exp on daily wins,
When winning daily wins and completing daily quests I didn't get exp.
after logging out and in, the exp reappeared.

The Mac Client is getting stuck at Loading Decks or Store or Play button.
this happend After update 2023.24.0.1057.986775.Before the update it only crashed sometimes but I could do everything in the game, please HELP!

Connection lost
I get a "connection lost" message every time I open MTGA on the PC or on mobile. This is not a Problem with my Internet or Firewall.

Cannot click on buttons
Ever since the update on 12/13/22 I cannot use the touch interface of my MS Surface Pro8. The touch interface moves the cursor and interacts in everyway except clicking. When I use the touchpad instead, it will let me click on things most of the time. Though there are still random times that it doesn't and I need to select something else first before it will let me click what I want. This happens on all selectable buttons, in game, or on the main screen.

Missing details (Power/Toughness/Life points
Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
I´am missing a lot of card details ingame. I can´t see the Power and Toughness nor the cards name. Also the life points are not present.

Cannot select Avatar
Avatar changed from Teyo to Ajani(classic). Avatar select screen shows Jaya and NO OTHER OPTIONS.

Difficult logging in, cannot play "can't submit deck"
As of brothers war update I'm having a lot of troubles logging on (get 'connecting to server' for a few minutes and then told to check connection). When I can actually log in, I can't play any games, as soon as I press play or attempt to submit a deck (phantom draft) I'm told that it can't submit deck.
I have tried: restarting the phone, reconnecting to wifi, connecting through mobile data, and reinstalling the client.
Id love to pay y'all for some new cards but can't pay you until this is resolved.

App stuck on Retrieving Asset Manifest
Mobile app on iPhone. Posted the same a few days ago and issue was fixed for about 24 hours.
When opening mobile app loading screen is stuck on “Retrieving Asset Manifest” then “Error updating data”Have restarted phone, toggled Wi-Fi, uninstalled and reinstalled app. Same issue.

Cant connect to server
Still can't connect to server and have been trying all day! I tried turning my phone on and off, uninstalling the app and reinstalling it. Nothing is working on my Google phone.

Game chugging on slow hardware
The game runs fine in the menu, but when I start to play a game the performance drops. And if I, or the other player, perform any action which creates a large number of animations the performance tanks to an unbearable level. If that happens, often the countdown timer runs down several times before I am able to input a response.
Can you please add an option to the graphics settings to turn off animations?

Asset Error Detected
After the latest update, I can't get in. I get "asset error detected" message. I tried rebooting, uninstalling/installing (both Epic and MTGA), and tried connecting to a different wi-fi. Always the same error immediately upon entering. I'm on a macbook pro.

Disable animations
Enter settings that allow you to disable animations.

Draft recorded a loss for a canceled game
I canceled my game before queuing to make an adjustment, and it successfully canceled the game, but still recorded a loss for me.

Full art phyrexian lands are displayed incorrectly when played on the battlefield.

Not getting gold from daily
I'm not getting gold from trying to complete my daily quests before MOM launches on 4/18/23. I keep trying to cross the finish line but I'm not getting credit for it. My quest is to play 40 creatures and I'm stuck at 39. I've played well over enough creatures to complete the quest, but it's not happening.
