How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Scurry Oak Combo/Tokens on mobile

    When trying to play the scurry oak combo on mobile the tokens don't stack, they continue to spread out as individual units. After so many you have to scroll all the way back to scurry oak, this takes forever and is a time waste for the player and opponents. When playing on the pc the tokens all stack together, for whatever reason they do not on mobile. Please fix this. This deck is fun but pretty much unplayable at the moment on phones. Thank you!

  2. Loading card database

    After a clean re-install on windows 10, after the sign in screen, when it tries to download the 6. whatever GB install, it stops and tries to endlessly load card database. What a good game.

  3. Server connection

    I can't connect to the game at all with this message :

    " Connection Lost

    You've lost your connection to the server"

    But my internet connection is working perfectly fine as I can play other games.

  4. Card Selection disappeared during Draft

    In my first Strixhaven draft, I had 3 cards left in (i think) pack 2. I tried to select the only one on colour, but the card disappeared instead. My choice wasn't locked in, and the gap where the card was just had nothing in it, so it wasn't simply a visual bug (clicking where it was yielded nothing and I was forced to auto pick another card).

  6. Deck Name Infinite Loop

    Accidentally named a new deck with a name I'd already used. This ended making the 'you already named a deck that' and 'you cannot have a deck of the same name' error messages to pop up endlessly.

  7. Game Crashing constantly on Android

    The game is crashing constantly on Android. I'm on the latest patch, have a 2022 Samsung mobile phone, & my internet access was strong while playing.

    The most recent new catalyst I've found for this ongoing was going to the Sleeves tab in the Profile & either clicking on a Sleeve or simply attempting to scroll down on the page.
    Twice the game immediately crashed, on the 3rd attempt the screen went black for a few seconds then crashed.

    Not to mention it's now extremely rare to be able to get through a SINGLE match without the game crashing &…

  8. Sideboard bug

    Hi,
    I have a problem in traditional standard game with sideboard. As you see in the images instead having number of cards of my deck, i have a drop down menu with writing option A, option B and Option C. This means when every time i modify my deck in best of 3 matches i have to count all cards if there are 60 cards in the main deck.
    I only encountered this problem on my phone galaxy s9+ android. Fix it, i've already reported this bug 1 month ago but situation is not changed. Wake up Wizard.

  9. no es capaz de cargar la pantalla de carga, se queda en la parte de comprobando partidas activas

    no carga la sección de comprobando partidas activas, he probado y con los mismos datos funciona en otros equipos por lo que no se que podría ser la solución, ya he probando reiniciando la cache.

  11. Match History

    Arena NEEDS a match history that at minimum records matches played, opponents, and wins/losses. I've searched for other threads about this, replied, upvoted, and am now posting my own suggestion.

    I just played an amazing match, where the opponent made a play just to point out something that I'd missed before beating them. I want to send a friend request to them to say "that was awesome, thanks!", and maybe play them again - but there's no way for me to find their full ID#.

  13. progress not shown in standard ranked after win or loss

    After I finish a match in standard ranked, most of the times, I don't get to see the progress I made (either win or lose), the bar does not appear at all

  14. MTG Arena hangs when trying to exit game (only happens when run from Epic Games launcher)

    MTG Arena shouldn't hang when I'm done playing! Has been happening constantly since updating the Epic game launcher last week. When running MTGA.exe directly from the install location, the issue doesn't occur, so it seems to be related to the EGS launcher.
    NOTE: other games launched from EGS do not have any such issue...

    Windows 10 Pro, Ryzen 5600, 32GB RAM, NVidia 3060ti

  15. Stuck at black screen after restarting arena after game freeze

    Steps to reproduce: Close the arena app after a game freeze in the middle of a match. Start the app again, at this point the game automatically rejoins the match. Complete the match by winning or loosing. You see a spinner and get stuck at a black screen. This hasn’t always been the case, one or two updates ago I had several game freezes but never ended up at a black screen.
    Platform: iOS
    Expected result: End up in the game lobby

  16. Issues Challenging Friends from Friends List

    I'm able to challenge a friend to one game. Afterwards, I am unable to challenge them again or receive challenges from others. Posting log to support.

    i can't login to my account. on my pc or android. every time i login it says unable and i can either go to forums, reconnect, or log out. please adcise.

    Mac m1 12.4 . Can't login since June 24 2022 update. I am stuck at login queue. It works on my iPad. I have reboot and reinstall the game, it is the same, stuck at login queue

  20. 「選定された平和の番人/Anointed Peacekeeper」のETB能力によるカード検索UIが日本語で正常に機能していません

    日本語環境において、「選定された平和の番人/Anointed Peacekeeper」のETB能力によるカード検索UIが正常に機能していません。
    漢字を含むカード名を検索する際、漢字の後に括弧付きでフリガナを入力しなければならないようになっています。
    フリガナ無しで検索にヒットするようにしてください。
