How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Missing Mythic Card Reward

    Upon reaching level 28 on my Theros mastery pass, I did not received the listed mythic rare card reward. I did receive the daily card reward that was awarded as a result ot the same game, but no mythic card. I checked my collection and there no new mythic cards added.

  2. bug reports not taking

    I have been trying to post a bug (with logs) for 2 days and this site won't accept my reports.

  3. Ooops something went wrong while updating

    What the title says. I can't launch the game because it started updating. Then gave that error. Now gives that error every time I try to launch.

  4. People forced to mute opponent to mute pets

    Please allow us to mute pets permanently.

    Even once you fix the mute/unmute issues that don't always work for pets I'd prefer to have no sounds for my pet or my opponents pet without having to mute them.

    please fix the mac client asap, game crashes constantly upon taking the first action after start up. and also please give us full screen support. honestly it's embarrassing how bad this client performs

  7. El juego se bloquea y se cierra a media partida y es imposible entrar hasta que se ha perdido la partida.

    El juego se bloquea y se cierra en partida y es imposible entrar hasta que se ha perdido la partida. Soy nuevo y he perdido todo mi oro en el draft el cual estoy perdiendo porque se me cierra el juego y no puedo reconectar, al intentar abrirlo de vuelve a cerrar....
    En el draft me ha pasado al empezar la partida, llevábamos 4 rondas .
    Otras veces me ha pasado al final de la partida.

  8. Game crashes continuously

    Since June, I am having continiously issues with MTGA.
    Just now, I started the game, it automatically logs me in, everything fine.
    I started matchmaking for a regular game with my Deck "White Breeze", Game Language German, it started a game, and before phase 2 the game crashed.
    It just freezes and then closes itself. Sometimes windows detects "No response from the program"...
    If windows detected it, it automatically restarts the game, if not, and I start the game again, it again logs me in, auotmatically starts a match and before even loading the arena it crashes again, this loops,…

  9. Game crashes

    The game crashes whenever I play certain cards, I believe because of animation. (gyruda, the Royal Scions, among others)

  11. Fullscreen is actually Borderless Windowed Mode

    As the title says, it is obvious that the Fullscreen Option actually enables Borderless Windowed Mode. There is no actual Fullscreen option. This can be seen by either alt-tabbing (which happens instantly, not possible in actual fullscreen) or by minimizing another window, which shows Arena behind it, proving that it is running in a window. I really don't get why this is a thing.

    Após penúltima atualização. As imagens das cartas pelo celular ou tablet Android estão com imagem pixeladas. Não é o celular pois sempre funcionou bem. Minha versão é a 2024.38.40.2689.1078427. seguem imagens de como fica.

  13. Winning games that should grant me XP don’t do anything

    Even though winning the daily game should win me mastery pass xp, it doesn’t. I definitely won and got the other rewards (coins and hideaway tickets), and it definitely told me that the game should win xp. Not sure what is going on
