How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  3. Corrupted Deck Stuck Loading

    So yesterday I was playing a token deck, black and white. I went to go change the cards in the deck and then I was stuck on a loading screen. Whenever I restarted my game and tried again, every time I click on the deck it does the same thing again. However, I can create new decks or do anything else. Until I click on the deck and it happens again. Then, I remade the deck and was just going to avoid it, but then today it started doing the same thing again with the new deck! What is going…

  5. Unable to access deck for editing

    I have a deck in my collection which has become inaccessible when attempting to edit it.

    When I open the deck collection and try to open the deck for editing, the game hangs on the "Waiting For Server" screen.

    I'm able to play with the deck without issues. Clones of the deck produce the exact same error.

    The deck is on my account at danielhynes@live.com. Deck is titled Grixis Obeka Tempo

  6. Incomplete deck edit won't view

    I am going through my decks that I have edited or imported, and I can't open a couple of them. What will happen to them is I click is loading bar will come up and never open the deck.
    Names of decks having issues:
    "Imported deck(3)" (never got to open and view deck after import.)
    Grixus Scam (Haven't edited it in a while. and all cards in deck are in my collection.)
    "Juggle heist" (opened it made edits than had to close cause it bugged and now can't open) Main thing I edited was format, to Timeless traditional.

  7. Favorite copy not working after latest update

    As of the October 10th 2023 update, my favorite set/ art isn't saving. I have Dracula lands and they have been marked as favorites since it became a thing. They aren't maked anymore. I go through and add them as favorite. As soon as leave the game and come back they are back to default. Other cards aren't saving either( Thalia). Pictures are all favorites selected, relaod game and not selected again.

  9. Expressive Iteration banned in Historic

    It seems my deck isn't letting me use Expressive Iteration in Historic even though it says it's not banned in that format

  10. Opening a specific deck crashes the game with endless spinner

    The game crashes with and endlessly spinning Waitong for the server... screen when I try to open one of my deck. I attach the log and the deck list

  11. Pact of Negation is Explorer legal

    PoN is not legal in Pioneer. Also, Gatherer says is banned in Explorer (for some reason)

  15. Can’t put Lands in my deck!

    I’m playing in MOM sealed and I went to change my deck and I can put basic lands in my deck. The suggest land button and basic land cards aren’t here. When I initially built my deck it auto filled my deck with lands, but when I changed the deck I no longer can put lands in my deck. I’m very frustrated I’ve been messing with this for like 30 min. Can I please just get a refund or sealed token? I hope this gets fixed I only play limited.

  16. Is it okay to use a card whose design has been plagiarized?

    Wizards of the Coast, a thief company, does not collect cards with plagiarized illustrations.

  17. Duplicate protection

    Duplicate protection is not working. I still have some rare and mythic cards missing in my LOTR collection but when I am opening packs I'm getting only gems.

  18. MTG Gatherer improvement

    On the MTG Gatherer card database search tool I would love to see the following:
    1) The function to search for specific Commander deck names so I can view the entire deck with info details.
    2) The function to omit unwanted columns/fields in search results
    3) The function to save the page or entire list as txt or pdf file

  19. gems from packs

    I never commented on this as others have already posted similar stories in this forum but seeing it has not been fixed to this day I'll give it a try as well. For most of the older sets cards in the packs are not duplicate protected. Certain sets just always give me gems even though I have not collected close to the entire set yet. For example I have Throne of Eldraine 91% complete with a bunch of cards (even commons and uncommons!) still missing, but anytime I open a pack I get either gems or a wildcard (very very…

  20. Sorin the Mirthless by Ayami Kojima image bug

    Sorin the Mirthless by Ayami Kojima image seems squeezing relatively real card, It's cost me 800 gem for this doesn't right.
