How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Update Historic Brawl Ban List

    The current Ban List does not include Ugin, The Spirit Dragin, but he is banned in historic Brawl. Please update the ban lists on the site.

  2. Mastery XP Card Rewards Not Being Received

    After completing level 80 of the most recent mastery tree (D&D Mastery), I did not receive the Mythic Card reward, and have not received any of the uncommon card rewards since. (I am now on level 94 of the mastery tree.) There doesn't appear to be an issue with the XP wheels themselves. I am granted the correct amount of points, and it does roll over to the next mastery tree level, but without releasing card rewards. Please help!

  3. Can’t remove cards from deck

    I cannot remove cards from my deck after Alchemy altered them. My deck is invalid until I can remove or replace the altered cards, but it will not allow me to do so

  4. Ban Golos in Historic Brawl

    With Golos now even banned in Commander!!! it shows that he is cleary to strong and no fun.
    When he is banned in Commander where the powerlevel is so much higher, isnt there a good point of finaly ban him in historic brawl too ?
    As Historic Brawl in Arena has no ladder, its basicly a "fun" mode to play so one commander where the best way is to "leave" should not exist.

  5. Hey guys, 8 games of 10 are white/green "gain life" decks! It's so easy to play... and so boring for the opponent! Can you restrict that?

  6. Bought card bug

    I've bought one card a week ago or so at the "dily offers", and the card never appears for me to choose.

  7. Hate playing against 250+ card decks

    I think my win percentage against people with 250 card decks is 0%. It feels like 250 ways the AI can rig up answers against my deck. Seriously, come on.

  8. Got 20 gems instead of a rare

    I opened a Kal pack and I received 20 gems instead of a rare. I don’t have the entire Kal rare collection.

  9. Missing Cards

    I woke up this morning and started playing some MTGA mobile (iOS) and shortly noticed that may of my decks are missing cards. I played some last night, built a new deck, and after playing a game with it went to bed. On reflection I had cards missing then too. Not all my cards were available to build with. Many of the missing cards are from starter decks, but not all the cards will be missing from a single deck, some will be left. Also, some of the decks with missing cards are still playable.   10. Land draw in sealed is just scripted.

    In the 50% of the time you draw wrong land that makes you die doing nothing. 16 lands, 8 per color, you draw 6 of the same color, this happen 50% of my games, this is not fair and you die doing nothing because most of the time you keep drawing other color cards. The game is scripted, just assassinate you to make you pay more for gems. FIx this or i'm gonna uninstall, this is a scam, non way is just misfortune, probability is a different thing.

  12. didnt receive any cards after opening packs

    Upon opening 10 packs of the new set i did not receive any cards from the set, can you please have a look at this and maybe reset it?

  13. Missing decks and missing cards collection

    While playing again mtga this year on mobile. I found out that lots of my cards in my collection were missing. Including decks that I built last 2018(my red deck with lots of rares and mythics) my esper deck, and my boros feather deck card inside have missing cards inside. You can also see my scrnshots that my other preconstructed decks also have missing cards inside.

    I can't test decks that i just built. Each time I try to select an other deck, the application shut down.

  15. bot戦でアルケミーの調整カードをプレイできない

    bot戦でアルケミー調整カードがある場合bot戦を始めることを出来ません。
    bot戦のデッキ構築画面からデッキを編集することは出来ますがその際に調整版カードではなくスタンダード版のカードしか入れることができません。
    対応お願いします。

  17. Standard 2022 too predictable, same cards, same decks, boring boring boring

    Hi. Can´t you design a more predictable standard game? Every game is turn 1 shambling ghast, eye twitch, extra turn, blood in the snow, same boring decks, same cards... I do not play for fun, Ive been forced to play decks to achieve victories to win daily coins. So I do not build decks for my fun, Arena forces/direct a player to a kind of playstyle, so there is no individuality, everyone just playing to win. I like standard because I like new cards, new sets, but you have designing powerful/broken cards that there is no reason not using them.…

  18. Missing cards

    I bought a bunch of Strixhaven packs and as I opened them I made notes on the new cards I'd like to incorporate into my decks (or build a new deck with). But several of the cards I made notes of don't show up in the deckbuilder as an option for me. I have checked online to see if I wrote down the wrong names, but those cards are listed on general websites as Strixhaven cards so I don't know why they won't show up in my deckbuilder.

  19. missing cards from collection

    for the past 2-3 months i've played to build a decent collection so i can make some decks.
    Some cards are dissapearing from my collection, even when i have used it.
    cards of the events, cards of drafts (yes, the ones that should stay in your collection), cards from packs or even for the daily rewards.

    So far i can name 7 cards that are missing. some of them just 1 copy. but others 2 or more.

    i've noticed that if the cards arent put in a saved deck... some of them just dissapear.

    how can i leave the game…

  20. Missing cards in starter deck

    Finished the quest to get Selesnya Conclave deck today and none of the cards were added in my collection.

    The deck is completely empty, appart from the basic lands.

    I had none of the cards before and none of the cards were added after getting the deck: every number to the left of the cards are red.
