How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Server issues
I lost in Premier Draft because I cant play a land and the time was over, then the connection to server was lost. Yesterday 07:30 pm.

The Last Airbender OR The Last STRAW!
I’m not sure if it’s my device or something on MTGA’s end, but ever since the Avatar: The Last Airbender set dropped this week, the game has been extremely unstable for me. I’ve been running into constant server connectivity issues and getting booted out of matches mid-game. Because of that, I’m forced to forfeit, which tanks my rank and makes climbing feel like an uphill battle.
On top of that, the game went into maintenance right after the Avatar set released—and it’s still buggy. The avatar I purchased shows up everywhere except in matches, where it displays a completely different…

countdown appears on events when it shouldn't
Y'all are crying wolf!
At least once per set cycle, a countdown appears on the homescreen link to various events. The ones I'm concerned about are Limited events.
The important thing here is that for some reason, this countdown is fake. It says "Signup ends in xx:xx:xx", but when the timer ends it doesn't do anything! My decks are still there.
So, when it actually comes time for an event to end, as it did yesterday, I don't think I actually have to finish up - because before, the timer rolled over and did nothing.
Can I at least get…

Cannot view table when drafting
While playing mobile on Android device I cannot click on my name to view the draft table and see where the packs are currently sitting.

Unable to build a draft deck
During a draft event, i'm unable to validate my draft deck, see screenshots below for error message.
Also there are 3 snakeveil into the side, i don't know where thy came from. 3 others have been drafted , and are well in the deck part of the screen1 vote -
Draft deck does not update after rebuilding
After drafting an Edge of Eternities draft and playing two games with my deck, I wished to change some cards in the deck. In the deck building menu this worked fine, however when I entered my next game I found that my deck still had removed cards in them and had not correctly updated. Returning to the deck overview shows the deck AFTER changes. (I sadly have no images from ingame; I had removed Galvanizing Sawship and Scout for Survivors but started the next game with the cards in my hand).

Premier draft gone from events
My premier EoE draft event is gone, can't start the evnt and it won't even show the event.

Quick Draft is gone and rewards not given
This morning 9/15/2025 I paid 5000 coins to play a Quick Draft - Foundations. I won 2 games. At the time my gems were 730. They still are as nothing was rewarded upon finishing. There is also no Quick Draft option available to play anymore. I am thinking this is a wide spread issue but I am owed whatever 2 wins from a Quick Draft amounts to.

Crash during draft
Crash During Quick Draft Game, causing game loss: Some kind of disconnect happened during the second last game of a Quick Draft event, with the app crashing multiple times after failing to reconnect

Land style in draft
When playing in draft, the lands I get have the style that I have favorited in my collection. I don't understand why that's the default, when I play in a draft, I would like to play the thematically fitting lands from that draft, and the worst part is that it doesn't allow me to switch styles. Clicking on the arrows on the basic lands to open the styles does nothing. The only way is to go out of the draft deck editor and switch my favorites in the main deck editor so that is the land that shows up in…

Jump Into Magic: The Gathering | Avatar: The Last Airbender deck with 28 lands
I chose 2 decks, Roku and Powerful, this resulted in a deck that i believe is not correctly built and cannot possibly win. the deck has 28 land and only 12 non-land cards. not only did I not get my gold worth of cards, but I also dont think I could fairly win with this deck and get the cosmetic reward.

Not Allowed to play chromatic cube event games
Hi,
I have a chromatic cube draft deck, and i haven't been allowed to finish my games with the deck, every time i try queue I get an error, even though there is still an hour left of the event to play the games. Would appreciate a refund for the event gold if that's ok as this has cost me the gold i need to do drafts for the new set. Thanks

Kicked during EoE draft
Accessed an EoE draft with a draft token. Completed all of the picks (lucked out on 3 mythics) then have been repeatedly unable to access the app on both mobile and Mac. Once the function is reinstated, if unable to access the draft, I would like a refund for the draft token. I imagine I'll be out of luck for the awesome picks.
Edit: I'm able to access the app, but not the limited formats and 3 packs are gone but the cards are not there. The draft picks are in my library, however.

CANT PLAY JUMP IN EVENT NO MORE!!
jUMP IN STUCK HAVING ME SELECT MY SECOND PACKET BUT WHEN I DO IT SENDS ME TO THE HOME PAGE BEEN THIS WAY FOR OVER 2 MONTHS!!! I CANT CANCEL IT I CANT USE TOKENS. THIS WAS MY MAIN WAY OF HAVING FUN ON THIS PLATFORM AND SPENDING MONEY AND NOW IM GOGING TO QUIT IF THIS IS NOT FIXED!!

Standard events missing
“Standard Event” and “Traditional Standard Event” are missing from Arena. Why is this? When will they be back? I can’t find any indication that WOTC is even aware of this.

Card styles during draft are not applying after draft (Regression Bug - Steps to Reproduce)
There has been a regression bug with paralax / alternative card styles not being applied in draft after the card is removed from the deck and added back.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Own the "Lightning Strike" paralax style from Dominaria United (DMU)
2. Heart the "Lightning Strike" paralax style from DMU (so it is the preferred printing
3. Do a draft of Avatar
4. Draft "Lightning Strike" (which should show up as the DMU paralax style)
5. Remove "Lightning Strike" from the main deck
6. See that the only version available is the Avatar version, not the paralax DMU version…1 vote -
Bug
During the midweek magic event I selected Revelling Firebenders and the deck ended up in multicolor instead of red and had 27 lands and only 13 spells. This could be a tough way for a new player and looking at the deck lists online should not include half of the cards in the deck. Since this was midweek magic for jump in there was no cost or loss to me but wanted to make you aware.
