1. Still can't play quick draft, stuck with "home" button

   I went 7/1 in quickdraft on Thursday. Series ended. No option to win, concede, or continue. Just stuck with a "home" button but can't do anything. And wizards customer service just keeps sending me here which doesn't offer any solutions. Please, someone ACTUALLY help?

2. Matches don't start

   After starting match in Quick Draft game returned me to main menu. That happened 4 times and I had 4 losses in draft menu

3. Auto loss after locking the Phone screen

   Auto loss in Sealed.
   I locked my phonescreen(iOS) for about 5 seconds and after reconnecting I got sent back to the Eventpage with a loss.

6. Event Rewards Bug

   1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug Have the quest “participate in a quick draft” but do not do a quick draft during the event it popped up during, instead doing it during the next event.
   2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS) PC and iOS
   3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing Should have gotten 1k gold and proceeded to the next quest
   4. Enter the expected results of the feature Stuck on current quest and didnt receive gold
   5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos N/a
   6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps. N/a

7. Sephiroth, Fabled SOLDIER

   I can't use instant spells when Sephiroth, Fabled SOLDIER comes into play, he always manages to combo into transforming and I can't play instants. He's already missed me 5 times and that's why I lose!!

8. Disconnected from game and was given both a win and a loss for the event

   I started a game on PC client with a record of 4-2. Midway through my first turn, I disconnected from the game. I was sent back to the quick draft event screen with the "play" button active, so I clicked the play button hoping to get put back into the game I was in. Instead, I was put back into queue and eventually was put into a new game with a different opponent from the first game. I played this game through and I was disconnected again right before attacking for the victory. I was again taken back to the quick draft event page, however, this time it said that I had gotten my 3rd loss for the event. I restarted the client, and upon doing so, was reconnected to the 2nd game and I finished this game out for a win. I was taken back to the event page, now with a record of 5-3. I have no idea what happened or what caused me to disconnect. I have attached the game logs to give some extra info.

   Username WIN is a time-wasting, stalling, roper. He roped me every single turn of the game. I don't know exactly when the game started, but I'm guessing that the game had already been going on for about 10 minutes when I checked my time at 1:32 pm, and I started taking screenshots from 1:35 pm to 2:06 pm as shown on the metadata from the screenshots. The game ended at 2:12 pm. I roped him back to show him how it feels, but I never let my bar get low enough to use a timeout as you can see from the screenshots - from the screenshot at 1:35, I had 2 bars while he had 0, and from the screenshot at 2:06, I had 4 bars while he had 0. This one single game took about 50 minutes to complete, and he's obviously doing this to every single person that he faces. This user must be banned.

11. Did not record victory in final fantasy arena direct.

    First win in arena direct attempt did not get recorded. Game seemed to lag a little bit on the victory screen, then when finally able to return to the record screen, still showed zero wins and zero losses. Very frustrating after paying so many gems for an attempt!

12. Quick Draft games ending

    I am on a quick draft atm. I played 3 games as expected. 4th to 6th were ended in the midle of the game and returned to quick draft screen without changes on victories and losses.

13. Given 3 match losses in quick draft despite not losing 3 games

    I entered a Final Fantasy quick draft event, and played a total of 3 games (1 win 2 losses), however I was given a third match loss from nowhere and my event was ended unfairly. I believe it may have been because I had previously joined the match queue but cancelled before the match was found, but as I cancelled searching for a match I should not have been given a loss for this. As this is an event that requires gems for entry, I don't think this is an acceptable outcome and would like a refund on entry.

14. Wins in final fantasy quick draft counted as losses

    Recently noted wins have been counted as losses shortly after the win page loads. This occurred twice in one draft and lead to early elimination. Loss of rewards.

16. Cant choose deck in starter deck duels

    I am playing MTG Arena on Android Mobile and haver played and unlocked only two Starter decks. I am trying to continue the challenge but Im not able to choose any other deck or to play any other game on the event.

    All the options I have on this mode is Inspect Deck and I cant choose or play. Please see the attached screenshot... Maybe there is another way but before, when I was able to play, I had different options on this screen

17. Arena gave me a draw midgame and it was counted as a loss

    I was playing a historic event, and I had already lost two games. I was in the middle of a game, and midway through my opponent attacking me for a nonlethal amount of damage, the "Draw" game conclusion symbol appeared above the game. Unfortunately, I clicked through and was unable to get a screenshot. When I exited the game, it was counted not as a draw, but as a loss. As a result, I lost my event.

18. premier draft match extra loss bug

    Today, for the third time in little more than one month, I experienced a very frustrating bug. I was in the middle of a premier draft, and without notice or any kind of disconnection, an EXTRA LOSS was counted against me for no reason. It happened after I got kicked out of a match for no reason (no disconnection, no problems with the client, no crashes).

    I already reported this twice and I was ignored (I had to use a different account because I had trouble to login with my real account). Here the link to the bug report that was ignored.

    I am quite furious because my reports are being ignored. I saw that many other people suffered the same fate, and there are many reports (I didn't answer to those topics because I saw that many answers are just spam, which is sad)

19. Achievement issue

    Just finished a Start Deck Duel game with 0 cards in the library, but the "All According to My Calculations@ Achievement was not unlocked, even though it doesn't say anything about the Starter Deck games. Didn't make a screenshot as didn't expect this, obviously.
    Is this right, or should the achievement have been unlocked?

20. premier draft disconnect, again...

    Once again in the premier draft directly after the last one I reported my game went unresponsive in the middle of the game causing me to lose this time I got completely frozen. Please fix and Please give me back the Premier draft resssources I just now bought gems for this its really frustrating
