How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Draft loss bug
At least twice in the last week, I was playing a premier draft or sealed event, and during the game the screen faded to the main screen. I was then awarded with a loss, despite the game status (at least the one of this morning the game was quite balanced if not ahead for me)
This results in early conclusion of those events, and resources were wasted.1 vote -

final fantasy midweek magic can't use basic lands bug
In Final Fantasy Constructed Midweek Magic event, my basic lands are not showing up. I am assuming this is a bug, because it says "any cards from Final Fantasy Set", and Final Fantasy was released with basic lands, I would assume, as is every set.
But, if this is not a bug, you should ALSO prevent people from using cards that search for basic lands and utilize basic lands, because I feel I just wasted 15 minutes of my life building a deck that I now have to delete and start from scratch, hoping I can build a decent multiple…1 vote -

Disconnected and couldn’t reconnect
I was playing premier draft on arena and I got disconnected due to connection, when I reconnected it showed as if I never played this game so I entered a new one. When the second one finished, it counted the first one as loss

bug de déconnexion en draft
je fais une draft majeur en bo1 sur pc, et quand j'étais en 1-2 je lance une partie, et le premier tour se fait, mais le jeu me déconnecte et je me retrouve dans la sélection de partie de draft (avec les victoires et les défaites), alors je lance une autre partie de draft que je gagne donc normalement je devrais être en 2-2, mais je me retrouve en 2-3. Je pense que la déconnexion de la partie précédente a été considéré comme une défaite après ma déconnexion. très frustrant

I was in my last game when the announcement of downtime was made.
When I finished my rounds and claimed my prize it gave me an error and then the draft is not showing as having prizes able to be claimed.
(I was undefeated in the draft and even earned the Undefeated achievement.)

Winning draft game results in no granted win
After playing through the second game of my draft event, my opponent conceded. The win screen was shown, and I was unable to exit the game. After closing the client and reopening, I was shown as only having 1 win in the event, despite this being the second game played in the event. I believe it just wiped the game away entirely because of a concession bug.

Remove Alchemy from Cube
I'm tired of you ruining cube with Alchemy cards. I DON'T KNOW THESE CARDS. I CAN'T PLAY AROUND THE MOST BUSTED CARDS IN THE CUBE BECAUSE THEY'RE FAKE CARDS THAT I DON'T WANT TO PLAY WITH. Cube used to be my literal favorite format on Arena, but you've ruined good real cards with Alchemy "balancing" while introducing clownshoes Alchemy mechanics and cards that were apparently designed by a 10 year old for all the restraint they show. So much for "restrictions breed creativity." WotC design is dominated feckless children.

BUG in ARENA DIRECT
I just got "lost" in Arena direct for 5000 Gems!!!!! approximately 35 USD!!!!!!!!! I had a good pool, was playing game no 3 (I was 1-1) and suddenly the game stopped like it was refreshing or some issue with the connection (internet was working fine). It logged back and I was out of the game so I immediately clicked play (I assumed I will be back in the game I was winning). Turned out I started a new game with different opponent. After a long battle I won. Got back to lobby and somehow I was 2-2!!!!!!!!!!!! I clicked claim…

Trample
I had a creature 10/10 double strike and trample. When engaging with the blocking creature it asks me to manually assign damage. It would only let me assign 10 damage even though the defending creature had 3 toughness, I was only able to do 10 damage to player and not 17.

Bug With Traditional Draft Final Fantasy Event - Only Let me play 2 of the three matches
I recently bought the Final Fantasy Play Bundle and a few days ago tried my hand at a traditional draft for final fantasy. I played two full matches before I had to stop for the time being. When I got home I found that the event had asked me to claim my rewards before ever giving me a chance to play my third match thus minimizing the amount of rewards I was eligible for, wasting one of my draft tokens, and potentially making me lose out on play-points. I have two more Draft tokens but I am apprehensive in using…

This truly is a terrible interface/process for bug reporting. The site just feels broken.
Bugs (multiple) - during a traditional draft in FF
I experienced multiple bugs, frustratingly enough, they happened in the same game:
I tried to mulligan when I drew only one land, but arena decided I didn't want to do that and started my turn anyway.
At a later point, I had mana available for a -2/-2 removal on my turn but was not allowed to play it, the oppponent's next turn they added a +1/+1...result: ultimately, I lost the match.
Normally, arena is pretty stable, but this cycle has really been frustrating from a usage perspective. This isn't the first…

quickdraft
2025 /6/13 霊気走破のQuickDraftで、ゲームマッチ後におそらく相手もこちらも動けない状態に陥った。相手が先手で、何もアクションがなく、タイムアップのエフェクトが起きたが、手番がこちらに回ってこず、投了もできないためアリーナを再起動したら３敗目になっていた。

Falla app IOS 13 de junio 2025
Me encontraba en medio de una partida, cuando simplemente me desconectó del servidor, al intentar reingresar a la app me pidió una actualización, luego de eso ya no pude reingresar a la app no me lo permite.
Todo esto pasó mientras estaba en una partida en un evento de draft, el cual obviamente perdí a causa de esto, por lo que pido se me reembolse el evento. Gracias.

Missing mastery pass points 6/12/2025
Not awarded all mastery pass points 6/12/2025. With all 15 daily wins and the daily quest completed I only got a total of 700 mastery pass experience at the end of the day rather than 750 and now am 50 points off.
