How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Got timed out after finishing a game in final fantasy sealed? not sure why my game timed out but I am now unable to connect to arena on any of my devices and it gives me the message timeout. Unsure why this bug happened but its very frustrating to not be able to play on release day of a new set

Jump in. overpowered deck
Is this really a deck for jump in? do you really consider this temur deck a balanced deck?

Bug- Game crash after changing from fullscreen to window
I was playing the chaos premier draft and chnanged my screen from full to window while my turn started then the game crashed.

Sealed
I do not like sealed events for any type of competitive event. Can we start offering draft or anything else instead?
I understand why you are designing the game how it is currently designed and distributed. However, it is very clear that designing for competitive sealed is not a priority at all. I agree with this approach given that sealed is mostly played in prerelease events but I do not believe it is appropriate for any sort of competitive level event. A safety valve to allow players to retire decks in phantom draft MWM
This week's phantom draft has made it clear that we need an option to retire a phantom deck and draft a new one. Obviously we don't want this to be something that can be abused, but if a player loses say 3 game in the event, there should be an option to retire and redraft.
This keeps the event fresh, while also allowing players who have a below average draft to try again, instead of having a potentially miserable experience where they can't progress towards the 3 wins for the event. Given this is a low stakes event, concerns about…

Game didnt count win after winning.
After swinging in for lethal, my opponent didn’t block instead he stalled until the timer ran out. However when the timer ran out the game froze and then cut to the opening menu. The game didn’t count the game as a win or a loss however I lost a great bit of rewards because it didn’t count the winning game.

Draft loss bug
Hi, I just lost a major draft game before even playing it. I got disconnected and was sent back to the draft title page during the hand selection screen, causing a loss without even getting to play. It really sucks. Lost a token.

Arena Cube exited match and counted it as a loss
Device: Android, Google Pixel
Event: Arena Cube
Description: I was on the draw. While my opponent was taking their turn, the game quickly changed to a loading screen, then took me out of my match. The game did not say draw, win or lose at this point. I had no losses in the event yet. I quickly entered a new match, which played as normal. When I lost this match, I now saw 2 losses on the event rather than just 1.

loss with out losing
I was playing Arena. In the middle of the Chaos Draft event, the game suddenly stopped and said I had lost connection. After a few moments, it returned to the event home screen and let me join a new match. After I won that match, I was taken back to the event page with a loss that caused me to reach three losses.

Achievement "need for speed" Progress doesn't trigger
I was wondering the last days, why I have 0 Progress at this achievement, because I'm playing a Deck with mostly Haste-Attacks.
So this time I checked it out in my last game and still have 0 Progress at this achievement.(v 2025.48.50.8733.1147079)

Draft Lost
During the last match of a draft the client stop working and when connected to the match gives an instant loss. Mixed draft 1500 gems 10000 gold

match loss by arena reseting the match
While in drafth the game terminate the second match and send me back to the lobby of the drafth.. not count the second game has a win or loss, then, afhter game 3 arena count the game it therminates has a loss and clossing the event for me.

Kicked from tournament game early
Kicked from game before winner was decided. Sent to lobby where no immediate loss showed. Played again and ended tournament with 4 losses.

Draft loss without playing the game
On May 25th, around 15:30 Italy Time, I had just finished the draft portion of a Premier TDM draft.
I was on my home PC, with Windows 11 installed.
During the first or second game played (The other one was a loss), I started the match, and after a couple turns my opponent didn't take any action,and his time fuse started to consume
Without ending the fuse, the game brought me back to the main screen
