How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Missing mastery pass rewards

    I am not receiving the cards from mastery passs rewards after lv 80. The exoerience counter restarts as if leveling uo but no reward is shown even if I go to my collection.

  2. MTGアリーナを始めようとする人へ注意喚起します

    MTGアリーナはMTGではありません。それどころか、ゲームですらありません。勝敗は全て運営が操作しており、プレイする意味も価値も全くありません。テーブルトップではあり得ない確率が連発しますので、デッキの調整も無意味です。不可思議な土地事故ばかり発生し、低コスト呪文と高コスト呪文は必ず固まって引かされます。デッキ構築努力もプレイングも不正操作の前には何の役にも立ちません。やる前から結果が決まっているので、恐らく世界大会とやらも出来レースなのでしょう。今のウィザーズなら平気でやると思います。ウィザーズはまともな企業ではありません。詐欺企業です。サポートも平然と嘘をつき、都合が悪くなると無視します。はじめからサポートする気など全く無いのでしょう。騙されないで下さい。MTGアリーナで得られるものは信じられないほどのストレスです。それだけです。MTG自体が嫌いになってしまいますので、絶対にやらないで下さい。人生の時間の無駄です。

  3. I paid 2000 gems for a sealed, I was unable to submit my deck, then my sealed event disappeared

    I paid 2000 gems for a sealed, I was unable to submit my deck, then my sealed event disappeared.

    I still have the card in my collection, but When I go in the sealed event, It only offers me to start a new sealed event.

    I'd like to be reimboursed my 2000 gems.....

  4. not receiving rare ICR from midweek magic

    I didn't receive a rare ICR from the first win in midweek magic, it didn't show anything and the gem count didn't go up. In collection there is no card with the gold halo and the "NEW" header.

  5. Did not receive Season rewards

    Did not actually receive season rewards for reaching limited gold and bronze constructed. The rewards, 6 packs and 2 card styles, showed when i logged in but they were not rewarded

  6. Bug ... "Jump In" event won't allow me to pick packs, or click the "confirm" button..also took my 1000 gold

    Same as everyone else...Jump In event is taking 1000 Gold entry, but won't allow me to go further than picking one pack of cards. I can't pick the 2nd pack and I can't click confirm. I need either my 1000 gold back, or cards equivalent in value. Cause I know the event will be over before this gets resolved.

  7. Daily Win Count wrong after Midweek Magic

    I played Midweek Magic today, and eventually earned 3 wins. After going back to the main screen, my Daily Win Count shows 2 wins (which is impossible). Is it just a graphical glitch?
    For what it’s worth, I did clear two daily rewards (750 gold ones), during the same match where I got my 3rd win.
    I play on iPadOS, running the most current operating system and app version.

  8. IMH Mastery Pass not giving Rewards

    I did not get the 2 uncommon or 2 mythic rare reward cards for passing level 9 of the new Innistrad Midnight Hunt Mastery pass nor did I receive the rewards from level 3 and level 7. No reward screen is coming up to show what is earned along with the missing button to "claim". I have not seen this at all so far on this Mastery Pass. Also, the small notification beacon under the "Packs" option at the top has been missing, even if you have new packs waiting to be opened. Less of an issue, but an issue…

  9. Game got stuck after opponent timed out, registered as a loss for me.

    After my opponent used his/her time out, the game got stuck. After I reloaded Arena, there was a loss next to my name.

    First time playing on a Mac, the client crashes after every match I complete, then crashes on the next restart.

    Client frozen during ranked draft.

    Hopefully a refund for myself and all of my draft partners. forced to leave draft and unable to drop from premier drafting because of the frozen draft state.

  13. Deck strength matchmaking in historic brawl

    The deck strength matchmaking is super messed up in the permanent brawl queue. Before the last patch it was working great and I generally got matched based on power level, now I just get matched vs fully tricked out decks with s tier commanders like golos no matter what power level the deck I choose is. If you don't factor the commander and deck strength back in I am just going to quit historic brawl.

  14. game win counted as win and loss after cancelling matchmaking

    Platform:
    - PC

    Initial State:
    - record of 2-1 in Ikoria Quick Draft
    Steps:
    - queued up for a game in Ikoria Quick Draft
    - state changed from waiting to "entering match..."
    - waited at this state for two minutes (see screenshot)
    - pressed cancel
    - observed stated of Ikoria Draft Event screen and saw my record was 2-1
    - queued up again for Ikoria Quick Draft
    - played and won against opponent
    - was taken back to home screen for Ikoria Draft Event

    Expected Result
    - record of 3-1
    Actual Result
    - record of 3-2, so it seems as…

    I paid 10,000 coins for a traditional draft and was disconnected.
    Now Traditional Draft is off the schedule and I'm out 10K Coins.

  17. 750 Xp from quest not giving 750XP ( PC )

    Atm finished my daily quest for 750xp and not gave 750 xp , cause i'lll count on my daily win to lvl up my mastery and i was aproximatively at 200 xp before and after at 725xp, 200+750 is not 725.
    I'm playin on pc.

  18. Daybound and Nightbound Mechanic not working

    I was playing in a innistrad sealed event and my opponent had tovilar, once it became night it never turned to day again despite me casting multiple spells. Pretty busted for the werewolf player

    No matter which queue I pick, I just get "waiting for opponent" endlessly, even on bot matches.

  20. Non-Standard Cards in Standard Ranked

    Dear Wizards/MTG Arena
    Please can you remove non standard cards from Standard Ranked matches. I believe if the name of the game mode is "Standard Ranked", players should be playing Standard legal decks. If I see my opponent is using one of these cards, I take a screenshot of the card and auto concede as I want to play standard games, not historic. As a result, my rank has gone down dramatically, causing me to be playing against players more likely to be running these cards, and so am stuck in a downward spiral.
    I understand new players need cards…
