How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Color challenge Bug

    By looking for opponent, it can wait until 1h and it doesnt find any. Also is impossible to jump the Color Challenge

  2. draft deck missing

    In a Premier Ikoria draft the draft deck went missing after the deck building. Where the deck usually is, there is nothing at all and the choice of "edit deck" is not available, just the "play" choice so it's impossible to rebuild the deck or make any changes what so ever. This has happened once before but I've played several drafts in between without this problem occurring.

  3. Daily/Weekly reward not counting wins

    I played in a draft going 6-3 and just won 2 games in FNM but my weekly award status has not updated, but the daily did. The they day the daily did not update on my draft wins, so I did not get that reward either.

    I can add screenshots as needed

  4. no more 750 daily challenges

    As of the last two updates, I am unable to receive any 750 daily challenges. Even after a challenge swap, I only receive a 500 daily challenge. How can this be remedied?

  5. Game crashed during premier draft

    MTGA crashed during drafting. After that I couldn't restart the game immediately to rejoin a draft (An error occurred... screen appeared). I request full reimbursement for the draft.

  6. Missing third daily quest

    Hi, I play on android and for a couple of days I only get two daily quests and a weekly one. The third daily quest slot is always waiting for a new quest, even though the timer is at 00:00 see screenshot attached.

    Please also note that the game crashes really often on android i.e. every 2nd/3d game.

  7. historic with friends bo3 sideboard 7 cards

    Playing BO3 with friends in Historic format just show 7 cards of sideboard.
    I later play standard and BO3 std with friends is shown normal 15 sideboard cards.

  9. Unexpected disconnect during draft game

    There was sudden "Waiting for the Server" overlay during premier draft game, several seconds later screen faded out and draft menu has appeared with game loss.

  10. Disconnect from draft

    I am using android.

    I was disconnected during a strixhaven draft while I had two losses. The disconnect did not add a loss to the draft. I played another game and won. The win added to my rank tracker. When the current draft screen reloaded I had 3 losses.

    This is an issue for a few reasons -
    1. Why can't we reconnect to games? Every other digital card game has this functionality.
    2. Why was I able to continue in a draft I was already out?

  11. Quick Draft queue never finds game.

    After drafting in Kaldheim Quick Draft, I was able to play one game, which was found relatively quickly. After that, I waited 6 minutes in queue before giving up. When trying again, I waited over 20 minutes, still with no game found. Maybe people just aren't playing Quick Draft, but this seems like a bug.

  13. Limited rank dropped after winning a constructed match

    I was playing in a traditional constructed event (Historic), and after winning a match, my limited rank dropped. This has happened multiple times, and will likely prevent me from getting to mythic if it continues.

  14. Can't pick on draft

    Hi
    I was doing a draft but could'nt pick half of the time
    Was always on "waiting on other players to pass a draft pack"
    My internet was working
    Finished the first pack with 10 cards in my deck
    for the second I got only 1 and it says "pack 2 pick 4"

    I just bought gems to do a draft and having that kind of bug give me want to ask for a refund pretty hard ...

  15. Bug Angel of Destiny

    I played Angel of Destiny and my adversary played Harmonious Archon, so the angel became a 3/3 as it should be. After that I managed to get more than enough Life Points to trigger victory by Angel of Destiny (I think they were over 40), but nothing happened... Just after few turns the ability finally triggered and I was able to win the game. Please fix this bug.

    I attach a screenshot in which you can clearly see my 37 Life Points, the Angel in play and my enemy attacking (I didn't get life by any other means than attacking…

  16. Crash during draft

    Crash During Quick Draft Game, causing game loss: Some kind of disconnect happened during the second last game of a Quick Draft event, with the app crashing multiple times after failing to reconnect.

    Am currently unable to reconnect as well, after having completed the last game of the draft event (a played through loss) and closing the app and attempting to reconnect.

  17. "Unable to complete draft pick" bug in premier draft

    During a premier draft today I experienced a bug. After a pick (some time in the middle of the second pack IIRC) the new selection of cards briefly disappeared and then reappeared. After picking again, I got an error message along the lines of "Unable to complete draft pick" and then the screen went black. I had to restart the MTGA client to continue with the draft and missed a pick or two. I have attached a log file if it's any use.

  18. Card is picked with just one click.

    "Pestilent haze" is picked just one click at about 2nd draft-pick-phase.
    I remember other "one click picking" is happened at that draft but I was cautious after "Pestilent haze".

  19. Non-random matchmaking in draft

    In Arena premium draft and cube draft, you're disproportionately likely to be matched against decks with similar colours/archetypes. I think it's possible this effect is even more pronounced for your first match, but I'm less certain. (It may also be true for other draft formats.)

    I speculate that this is a bug arising from a matchmaking algorithm which is intended to make players of similar strengths or decks with similar win records be preferentially matched against each other.

  20. Single click while drafting automatically takes the card instead of reserving it

    Whiled drafting, a single left click on a card will normally reserve the card. At least 3 times now I have clicked on a card and it is automatically taken instead of being reserved.
