How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  2. When i try to purchase gems the "waiting for server" load screen never stops

    When I try to purchase gems the "waiting for server" load screen never stops and I have to quit the program to get out. I'm a Mac user.

  3. Gem purchase unsuccessul -> endless "waiting for the server.."

    Gems can't be purchased. Whenever I click on purchase, the screen "waiting for the server.." appears and nothing happens for ages.

  4. unable to purchase anything from store

    Tried purchasing Bundles and Gems from the store the past 2 weeks, however once I click purchase. The screen is stuck on a "Waiting for Server" loop and I'm unable to complete the purchase. Any feedback or support to correct this would be very helpful.

    I tried to purchase some of the outlaw junction pre-release bundles and the Mastery Pass bundles while they were on sale but were unable to, which was unfortunate.

  6. Unable to purchase Gems on MTG Arena

    I am unable to purcahase Gems on my MTG Arena account. Whenever I go to purchase them, the screen goes to 'Waiting for server', then either freezes or eventually after about 7 or 8 minutes goes to 'unable to access Server or something Similar.

    I can play games and Draft fine, but cannot buy Gems with which to play.

    Please advise as to what to do; i have contacted Customer Support and they Directed me here.

  7. Golden Pack Progress

    I purchased packs with gems and no progress to golden pack was made. Purchased more packs with gold and still no progress for golden packs made. Issue run into on PC. Stuck at 0 progress

    I can't get to the paying interface on Mac os. If I get to the point where I'm supposed to pay it just hangs and I can't spend my money on the store.

  9. Golden Pack error

    I have bought the ten packs i need for getting a golden pack, in fact, the progress bar is full but the golden pac wont appear in my inventory

    I have tried to reestart the game and oppened it in different devices but it wont work

  11. Refund/replacement for mythic pack - Mythic Pack False Advertising

    I purchased a mythic rare pack and did not receive a mythic rare nor a mythic rare wildcard. This is at least the second time this has happened and seems to be an issue that has been happening for quite some time. Please fix this issue, that's false advertising!

  12. Trade in System

    Please make some way to trade in cards for wild cards. I’ve spent a couple hundred dollars on this game and can hardly finish a deck. It’s very difficult to get the cards you want because there are very few rewards for you to earn… so then I fall into the trap and buy gems. As a new player, I’ve made a lot of mistakes. Please come up with some kind of way to trade. I don’t care if it’s only rare! Or even if you have to trade in 5 or for just 1 wild! At least that’s a…

    I have been at 6/10 progress with Golden Pack. Purchased 3 packs for 3000 gold and 1 pack for 1000 gold (all Brothers of War packs)... Golden Pack progressed to 8/10.

  14. Bought Mythic Pack, got a Rare wildcard

    I purchased a new SNC mythic pack using 1300 gold, when I opened it, I got a rare wildcard. That doesn't seem right to me. I figure it is a bug, but if this is how it can work, you should fix it. Worse case you should get a mythic WC.

  16. Cards not showing up after purchase

    I purchased a bundle using 1900gems and my cards aren't showing up. Gems were deducted, the bundle(which was one of 3 in the store) isn't showing anymore, but no cards. Please advise..

  17. Can't buy gems or welcome bundle in the Store, keep getting Temporary Error 2001

    I have been trying to buy Welcome Bundle in the MTG Arena Store for days, but I keep getting temporary error 2001. I have tried contacting Xsolla, but haven't heard back from them for four days...

    I am pretty sure problem is not with my credit card, since just today I bought a game from steam with the same card.

    EDIT: I downloaded MTG arena to my android, and bought welcome bundle there. However, this does not fix the issue that I can't make purchases in my computer. This is just a workaround.

    Spending money on this game(buying cards) has completely broken my matchmaking. I was enjoying this game until I decided to spend money on it. Since then I am winning less than 10% of my games and I’m going up against people that have special skins for every single card. Had I known that spending money on this game was going to produce this result I obviously wouldn’t have done it.   19. Missing rare and mythic rare wild cards after opening packs

    I was opening M21 packs (the 50 pack bundle) and I was monitoring how many mythic rare and rare wild cards I was getting.

    Doing that monitoring I saw on the wild card section that several rares and mythic rares wild cards that I opened weren't updating the values on the wild card section.
