How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  4. New innistrad codes: PLAYMID & BORROWEDTIME dont work

    I redeemed the BORROWEDTIME code and the PLAYMID code on my account, and it successfully redeemed, but I did not receive the 4000 XP and the 3 packs I was supposed to. I tried to redeem it again to get the rewards and it said it was already redeemed. Please help.

  5. BORROWEDTIME Code Not Working

    I redeemed the BORROWEDTIME code on my account, and it successfully redeemed, but I did not receive the 4000 XP I was supposed to. I tried to redeem it again to get the 4000 XP and it said it was already redeemed. I still don't have the 4000 XP. Please help.

  6. The store

    Everytime i try to access the store Arena stays stuck on the loading page "Waiting for the server". I waited more than five minutes then decided to close Arena in order to come back to the home page.

  8. Nyx land bundle issue

    Been waiting months for the Nyx lands and now that they're finally back I'm trying to buy the bundles in the store but no prices or buttons are showing up that allow me to buy them.

    Months ago I bought the foil art style but I don't have the lands themselves so I assume that's causing the bug? I've tried closing the game and relogging but nothing has changed.

  10. Nahiri sleeve missing

    I prepurchased the Zendikar bundle before Sept 17 and received the Jace and Nahiri sleeves. After the patch and after modifying my decks, I noticed I don't have my Nahiri sleeve anymore.

    Please help!

    I do see two "default" sleeves - One next to the Jace sleeve. Is this supposed to be the Nahiri one and is it glitched?

  12. BORROWEDTIME CODE FAILURE

  13. PLAYMID code redeem bug

    I've inserted the code but then I had to wait indefinitely for the server ( I had "waiting for the server" for quite sme time). When it got back to me no packs were added to my collection.
    I tried to close the game and reopen it with no avail. Now the store says "code already redeemed" but I haven't got the packs.
    Could you please give me those packs. Thank you very much

  15. Redeemed Code Failure. PLAYMID

    I entered PLAYMID (Innistrad Midnight Hunt 3-pack code) on store page, got the feedback "You have redemeed bla bla bla" but no packs came to my "Packs Tab". Restarted the game and still no packs update.
    I dont know if the log helps, but im posting it anyway.

    Thanks for you time, will gadly accept those 3 whenever is possible :)

  16. waiting for server - shop

    The mtga client works fine except for the store tap.
    Each time I try to enter the shop the client gets stuck in black screen waiting for the server. All other functionalities work as they should.

  17. MTGA store doesn't load

    Whenever I try to access the MTGA store in the game client, it does not load and just continues to "waiting for the server...". It does not stop loading and does not show any error.

    Steps done:
    1. Restart mtga, open store, same issue, "Waiting for the server..."
    2. Reinstalled mtga, open store, issue not fixed.

    Is there an issue in accessing the mtga store? Please fix it ASAP!

  19. Draft Token not awarded after unlocking Mastery Pass

    I unlocked mastery pass using my gems, but I did not received the Draft Token - in the level track its marked with a check as if it was awarded but I don't have it/ can't use it when signing up for a draft.

  20. Cannot Download On Supported Mobile Device

    Hello,

    It says my device isn't compatible....I have a note 10+ 5g. I meet all recommended specs so I'm confused as to what's going on. I have been waiting for the mobile version for years and I even double and triple checked my phone would work with the specs provided and it most certainly does. Could you please let me know if this is a bug or if my phone somehow doesn't meet the requirements.
