How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

- Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
- Enter your feedback
- Add any relevant screenshots/videos
Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

Wrong Vraska style acquired via Orbs
As already explained here:
https://mtgarena-support.wizards.com/hc/en-us/requests/5359704?page=1I tried to acquire the Vraska, the Soul of Stone Card card style with a Orb I got from dailies.
Instead, I received the Vraska, the Cutting Glare Card Style (which I never bought).

Mastery Orb Random Uncommon Alt. Art Not Showing Up After Purchase
I purchased the random uncommon with a mastery orb and ended up getting Traxos, Scourge Eternal alt. art. When I went to my collection to check it out it is not there. I tried restarting MTGA and checked again, still not there.

Duplicate protection triggered for FRA when it should not have
I have been opening FRA packs that have been triggering duplicate protection when I do not have 4 of every rare yet. This started happening after I had at least 1 of every card in the set but I do not have 4 of each of rare and mythic. Yet duplicate protection is triggering instead of giving me missing cards. I would really perfer the missing cards. Thank you.

"Are you gonna go?" Emote
I purchased the Audio- Emote Pack from (i think its Garruk, the green-pink ones).
There are:
Are you gonna go?
Let me find the trail.
Those sure are nice wordsEtc.
Every Emote Audio works, except the "Are you gonna go?" Audio. You dont hear nothing but trigger the Opponents Pet instead i think.
I tried it on the Iphone and Steam and both there i didnt hear anything.

Gold pack rewards
I noticed last month all long I was denied gold pack pulls after getting packs off and on all month. I would like my gold packs please..

Some of the new RF voicelines are silent
"Consider all the outcomes..." from Jace, "Oh, I liked tht game" by Liliana, "Are you gonna go?" by Garruk. The voicelines are silent in the store menu, and Jace's one is also silent in the customisation menu(since it is the only one I've purchased)
Platform - PC Steam
All of the voicelines should have an audible version, but those to do not, in fact.

Answer my ******* ticket you piece of **** company
I just purchased the $199.99 big box of gems through steam and didn't get the gems on my account. Please respond to my ticket. This involves money so I expect you to answer immediately.
It's been 2 weeks and I have sent an email every single day. This is money that is being held ******* and is unacceptable.

Store - add an option to purchase multiple wild-cards
Please ad an option to purchase multiple wild cards (rare/mythic).
I play Brawl and purchase many wild cards for new decks. It is frustrating to have to do 10+ separate transactions and sometime triggers my payment card, stopping as they think it's spam.
Please also bring back common/uncommon purchases. I have spent a lot on wild cards (being new) though withouth an option to get common/uncommons on bulk, have stopped spending money on building new decks.

Store access
- How to reproduce: Unfotunately I was unable to find out the exact reason, however, it seems to be more potent when internet issues take place.
- Platform: PC
- Experience: Sometimes when launching and even sometimes during using the app and/or buying something in the store, the store becomes inaccessible. And requires restarting the client to access the store properly - sometimes even several times to success.
- Expectation: It would be really nice to be able to "force a reload" without the need to restart the full machinery. The whole exiting and subsequent loading takes rather long. This was most frustrating while…

Vraska’s Avatar missing from the store and Mastery Pass orb lineup
It would’ve been nice to have a Vraska avatar available to purchase with this set. Her and her alter have more importance to the story than some of the other available characters. I’m confused as to why she isn’t available.

Sérieusement!!....vous en avez pas marre de laisser votre logiciel faire gagner des pauvres débiles congénitaux avec des decks de débutants ou sans aucunes synergie ou stratégie gagner sur le mode Classement avec des tirages de cartes complétement truqués?
Simplement parce que des attardés mentaux vous ont donné quelques pauvres dollars, vous truqué la pioche des cartes en mode classement alors que ce mode de jeux devrait être le seul avec le maximum de neutralité et d'impartialité de tous les modes de jeux proposés.
Vous faites accéder au rang mythique tous les bouseux qui vous donne de l'argent même si ils…

No gems back from collecting 5th copies of rares and mythics in a set
Not receiving any gems back when opening new rares/mythics you already have four copies of? I crafted all the rares and mythics from Reality Fracture from wildcards but when i opened packs I received 5th copies of rares instead of gems

I just won a Reality boosters from experience reward, but no booster was added in my booster collection.

duplicate cards in pack
Opened a pack purchased from the store and received two copies of the same card. Expected each card to be unique within the pack. See attached screenshot.

Orb Redemption Bug
I redeemed an orb for the Lyra Archangel of Dawn. The screen took a while to load and I had to restart MTGA on my Mac. I went in and the orb is not there and the card is not in the store or selectable as a crafted card in my deck. Does it take time for this to post?

Orb Redemption Bug & Questions
Redeemed an orb on accident, said "Error" and then I don't have my orb, but didn't get the Echoverse Lyra Card style from the mastery pass. Also, there is a glitchy item at the end of the sotre that just says "uncommon card"
Can I please have my orb refunded so i can get the card style I intended to get in the first place?2 votes -
Reality fracture prerelease packs for MTGA not delivered
I see that everyone who went to prerelease got prerelease packs in MTGA. I did not receive anything and have linked my same email I entered the prerelease with for MTGA. How do I get this fixed?
