How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

- Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
- Enter your feedback
- Add any relevant screenshots/videos
Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

Forgotten Perils Bundle
I purchased the Forgotten Perils bundle only to find that I can't use the Resplendent Angel card style with my M19 copies. I didn't realize that I would need the LCI version of the card in order for it to work, as I did not see that mentioned anywhere.
There is no reason for me to spend wildcards when I already have four copies of the M19 version. There should be a clearer warning that a style can only be applied to one version of a card, or better yet, allow styles to be applied to other printings.

Gold pack progression missing
I am missing three stages on my golden packs as of this morning and I want them back. I find it unfair that my stuff was rudely taken away. I've had those progressions since two days ago when I bought packs on lost caverns of xilion. This game just keeps getting worse and worse.

Mythic booster pack bug
I opened three Mythic Ixilan boosters and received one mythic, one rare wildcard, and one rare. The last rare should have been a mythic, and this is a bug. Please look into it, and if you have a chance refund send me a mythic rare since that’s what I was shorted. Thanks.

Please put the John Avon Unhinged full art lands back in the shop
Please put the John Avon Unhinged full art lands back in the shop. They are some of the best on Arena and were only offered in very specific circumstances. I personally only have two (Forest and Mountain) and would love to complete my set. I find myself being excited about playing Red/Green/Gruul decks just so I can use these lands. They have gained a large amount of popularity from content creators such as LegenVD and would be a fan favorite.

Unable to purchase welcome bundle
Unable to Purchase Welcome Bundle. It makes the purchase noise but nothing happens. Nothing happens when clicking "change payment type" in the bottom right corner. Followed all your troubleshooting guides - steam overlay is indeed enabled everywhere; antivirus disabled.
Please Provide a solution.

Still haven't received gems
Purchased the 400 gems for 1500 gold from the store, never received them. Also was awarded 40 gems. Haven't received those yet either. I have voted up many of the similar issues that are posted here. Its been many days though and it seems nothing is being done. SO I'm posting this, i would just like to point out, I could afford and would purchase the battle pass IF I had received these gems.

all of the cards say their the first copy ive gotten but its not
all the cards I open say their my first copy, even when their not
I open a pack and get a uncommon creature and it says its my first copy but then I open another pack get the same uncommon and it says its my first even though its clearly not

Used 4 mythic rare wildcards for cavern of souls, not in my inventory
I used 4 mythic rare wildcards for cavern of souls, on PC, and it went through the dialog window to proceed, followed by the purchase animation and the wildcard total reduced by 4. I logged out later and signed in on my iPad, now the wildcards remaining remains at the reduced amount, but cavern of souls is not in my card inventory! Help, this is the equivalent of losing 20 bucks

I bought the beast pack of the Lost Caverns of Ixalan in the store and o don't have it in my collection. The coins are gone and I don't have any card from that pack.

Hello, I bought the LCI travel showcase lands in the store, but I don't seem to have them in my cosmetic options and there is no other deal to buy them a second time. I would like to either be refunded or have my cosmetic lands. My username is SolartheSecond#16569.

Android store crash after update
Android app can't enter store anymore after 2023.11.14 update， also can't reconnect to server after matches.

I bought a pack and didn’t receive it
I’m on mobile, and I went to the in game store to buy a pack. I spent 1,300 gold on it, and lost that gold, but I didn’t receive the Caverns of Ixalan pack I bought.

Golden packs gone
I bought 80 packs of the caverns of ixalan edition and received 8 golden packs, but the golden packs disappeared.
I've tried logging into the account on several devices but none of them appear.
