How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  4. cosmetics purchase bug

    Question for the MTGA staff. Is there a reason ranked season rewards are styles I already bought in the store? i.e. Fateful Absence & Chaplain of Alms. I thought reward/event styles had a warning in the store saying this style cannot be purchased at this time to prevent this. I feel like I got ripped off and bought something that I was gonna get for free. If you try to buy Burn down the house it gives you the warning and won't let you purchase it, but the the cards mentioned above I was able to purchase and did and…

  12. Welcome Bundle Server Timeout

    My welcome bundle shows up as available for purchase, but when I click the $4.99 button (and then click it again on the "Confirm Purchase" page) it says, "Waiting for the Server...", before eventually timing out with the message "We've gotten Totally Lost trying to follow that link. Please close this window or return to where you were."

  13. [BUG]Mastery orbs can be applied to same slot if network lagged

    Hi,
    I find I lost 2 mastery orbs since there are 11 empty slot in my mastery tree but there are only 9 orbs which haven't be gotten.

    Fortunately I think I partially know how it happen. I remember when I bought the advanced mastery, I got a lot of orbs. But at that time, my network seems not stable so I remember I couldn't lighten one of the slot, and I tried to lighten that slot for many times. I think my orbs lost at that time.

    It probably caused because my orbs was consumed on the server side,…

  17. Pumpkin Cerberus is invisible

    I purchased The pumpkin Cerberus Pat today. When I tap on the pet space on the battlefield I can hear the sound effects, but I cannot see the pet. I spent 15K in gold and this is really frustrating.

    Purchased the Zendikar Rising pack from the daily deals (10/12/2021) for 900 gold. It deducted 1,000 gold and flashed that I had a pack, and the deal remained. I bought the pack again for 900 gold this time. I went to my packs and only saw one pack available.

  19. Can’t Access Store

    I can’t access the in-game store on the IOS app. Whenever I click on it, it starts loading, and then immediately closes out of the game, leaving me at the Home Screen.

  20. Redeem codes

    I created a new account and redeemed all codes available. Did It from the wizards Page, but when I open the Game from my phone (Android) nothing appears, nor the Booster packs nor the sleeves. Its annoying since I've already put money on the Game.
