How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  3. Unable to purchase Edge of Eternity brawl decks

    After patch 2025.50.20 and patch 2025.51.00, I still can't buy any EoE brawl deck. So, despite what you say at "bug fixes" at 2025.50.220 patch notes, no, decks are no back in the store! Tested in Windows PC and Android

  4. currency incorrect in arena shop after vpn use

    Hi,

    I live in the UK where the currency is Great Britain Pounds (GBP). I downloaded MTG Arena and originally the currency showed in GBP and I made purchases. I have used a VPN since then and now the currency has changed to Euros and none of my purchases will go through. Every time I enter card details or use Paypal I get a blank screen when I hit the final confirmation button and the purchase doesn't go through.

    Troubleshooting attempts: I have changed the VPN back to the UK and turned the VPN off completely and that didn't work.…

  5. Currency in shop incorrect after using VPN

    Hi,

  6. Inconsistent pricing in store

    Store pricing for Arena Anthology I and II inconsistent with other pricing. Most (all up till now?) pricing in coins is 5 times the price in gems. The pricing for these items it 5X plus 5000. Was this a deliberate price choice?
    1 Go to the store -> featured.
    2 Using PC - Win10.
    3 Inconsistent pricing.
    4 Expect all coins cost to be at 5 times the gems cost - or consistent with what multiplier is chosen int the future.

  9. BUG: Unable to select province when adding credit card

    Steps to reproduce:
    1) Open MtG: Arena client (localized to Canada, English)
    2) Click "Store"
    3) Click "Change Payment Method"
    4) In the Xsolla window, click "Card"
    5) Enter card information and click "Save"
    6) Scroll the Xsolla window to "State or Province"
    7) Click the State or Province dropdown
    8) Observe that there is no scroll bar within the dropdown, and the last province shown is Nova Scotia (leaving out Ontario and beyond) -- additionally, the interactable area for the "Nova Scotia" entry extends past the bottom of the dropdown

  11. LIMITE ECHANGE DE CODE

    Sur les 2 codes présent dans le STARTER PACK FF, seule l'un des 2 a "fonctionner". Pour l'autre, je n'arrive pas a échanger un code, car cela me précise que le compte a atteint sa limite d'échange.
    Alors que j'ai acheté le produit dans un magasin affilié et j'ai bien ouvert le DECK STARTER FINAL FANTSY en main propre.

  13. No inclusion of Edge of Eternities Pack rates in the MTG ARENA BOOSTER PACKS section of Wiki

    I've been waiting for over 2 weeks now for MTGA staff to update the drop rates wiki Reward Distribution https://magic.wizards.com/en/mtgarena/drop-rate
    for Magic: The Gathering Arena for Edge of Eternities. I'm a content creator, and I'd like to simulate the pack openings to find the optimal distribution of regular vs mythic packs so people don't waste money.

    It's a simple question of consistency and transparency. They've released the rate for every other pack.

    One would assume they would update the wiki with the pack rates on the day of, if not before the release of the set. But they haven't. What's…

  15. Overcharged for gems

    Sorry, I can’t find any other way to file this complaint on your site. I’ve been buying the $19.99 gem deal but I’ve been apparently getting charged $39.98 each time. It’s happened at least five times I can see. Can someone help me?

  18. Buying packs from store not available

    After purchasing the 49.99 presale for Final Fantasy, the ability to purchase packs is no longer available. Clicking the "Packs" tab takes me to a screen where I can see the presale bundle I purchased, but no option for getting any packs, Final Fantasy or otherwise.

  19. I have not receive the golden pack after buy de 10 packs to get it

    I bought the last 2 packs to get the golden one, but i didn't recieve it and now i am 0/10 for packs to open again, it doesn't fell fair, not all the people have the same time to spend to loss that kind of progress.

  20. Mastery Pass Rewards bug-glitch (probably caused by orb animation)

    At the beginning i thought i lost the rewards (several Mythic cards) from Mastery Pass of the previous expansion (Final Fintasy), but then i contacted support and verified that actually i got them, even if i didnt see the showcase when i completed the levels.
    Afrter i noticed (it keeps happening in the present with Edge of Ethernity) that it always happens after the animation of the Orb reward. So for some reason when i complete a level that includes an Orb and something else i see the Orb animation and nothing else. I dont see packs, i dont see…
