How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

    After Final Fantasy update, my color mastery progression restart to 0, and I already had almost 250 from typical achievements.

  2. Arena wildcard mythic packs

    1. Received rare wildcard after purchasing mythic pack
    2. PC (windows)
    3. Paid for 2 mythic packs, received only 1 mythic card
    4. I expected 2 mythic cards

    When I try to pay using paypal, I reamin stuck in the "are you a human?" phase, it's not a paypal problem since I can use the app or pay other things with that. Only on mtg Arena I have this trouble

  4. Can't leave reviews on the Play Store or on Steam

    For upwards of 6 months I have been unable to review the game on either the Play Store or on Steam. I've tried 3 different devices on Steam and 2 different devices for the Play Store. After emailing wizards, I'm directed here.

    Current background at the store is too pixalized(bad image quality) and is unpleassant to look at. Also it looks like the store is laggy.

  6. Mastery Pass Rewards Not Received

    I completed level 49 of the Mastery Pass today. I have already purchased the Mastery pass to receive the extra rewards. I should have received 2 mythic rare cards from the Final Fantasy set but did not receive anything.

  8. Not getting mastery pass reward - twice!-FF

    I should get a reward of a card after level 50. I just completed a level and got no reward. This happened to me once before. I just let it go. Now it happened again. So I wanted to report it. Completing a level is hard and a promised reward should be given.

  9. Purchased planes swamp and mountain lands in store this morning. They are not correctly showing up. Now not available in store.

    Purchased new planes, swamps, and mountain land cards from the store this morning. They are not correctly showing up in my inventory. They show up as lands that I already have now they are not available because I purchased them in the store. The coins were deducted from my account. I am using Apple iOS system.

  12. MISSING MASTERY REWARDS

    MISSING MASTERY REWARDS, I paid good money for these rewards and many of them don't even appear as though they've been activated, despite me consistently leveling up. Please send a refund for the pass or give me my rewards.

  13. Mythic pack did not include mythic card.

    A Bloomburrow mythic pack i bought did not include a mythic card. The pack was bought from the store, "packs" section, Bloomburrow subsection. The pack was immeadietly opened after purchase. The picture shows the rewards received.

  14. EOE Mastery Orbs Wrong Texture

    I own the Premium Mastery pass at level 51. Upon completing my game, the rewards screen showed, showing the card style I gained, and a mastery orb. This orb did not look like the black hole, as I assume it should, but instead was a baby blue color.

    Steps to reproduce: Be at level 50 or 51, (the bug was observed both times) and gain XP until you level up. Then observe the rewards screen.

    Platform: Steam, Windows 11

    Actual results: Reward is not showing EOE mastery orb, rather a blue one

    Expected results: Reward shows the EOE mastery orb

  16. Mastery Reward

    Full Mastery Pass Rewards were not given after achieving required XP.

    I received the free pass reward, but not the paid mastery pack at Lvl 45.

    And yes i payed for the full mastery, please help.

  17. Wrong crystal received from orb redemption

    I used my two orbs to purchase the black and red crystal cards. When I went to add those cards to a deck, my library indicated that I had the white and black crystals instead. I returned to the store to double check and I did on fact purchase the red one because it's no longer listed. However, the white one that have in my library now is still listed as available for purchase.

    I bought nine Mythic Packs and opened them.

    I received eight Mythic Rare cards, one Rare Wildcard (, and one Bonus Sheet. )

  19. Duplicate Protection Not Fully Reducing Final Fantasy Brawl Deck

    It's my understanding that the duplicate protection on preconstructed decks should allow that protection to extend to any art version of cards we own.

    Using just the FFVII-themed Brawl deck as an example, I notice a few cards like Professional Face-Breaker, Rootbound Crag, and Furyborn Snarl, where I have a non-Final Fantasy version of the card, yet the Brawl deck in the store seems to act like I don't have the card at all.

    This may have the effect of not fully reducing the cost of the decks, if I'm understanding Duplicate Protection correctly.

  20. Edge of Eternities Preorder Bundles NOT available in Arena store

    Latest Arena News via Arena Mail (ttps://magic.wizards.com/en/news/mtg-arena/announcements-july-7-2025) indicates that the bundles are available yet I don't see them in Arena. I've restarted the program, my computer and performed the 'Repair Games Files' function.
