1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Mail-address change
When I wanted to change the mail address associated with my account, I was asked to send my user information (First, Last, User-Name, mail, billing-info) back through mail.
E-mail is NOT a secure means of communication.
Not only is there a risk of information leaking it is also not good for user identification because it did not require me to use my accounts password.
After the change I was even able to log in with the new address before verifying it.Please discuss a secure solution with an IT-expert.

Opt to play in a pool where number of mythics are limited
There is nothing more frustrating, tasteless, and stupid than losing to a deck that has 15 mythic cards when you have 2. It's like playing chess against an opponent with 6 queens. Not to mention that it completely defeats the whole definition of the words "mythic" and "rare" when those cards comprise 75% of a player's deck. The automatic matching system seems to do little to prevent this kind of matchup. I would like to see an option where I can explicitly select to only be matched against players with the same number of mythics (and/or rares) in their deck…

Recurring Draw
I have no log to add since I'm on mobile. I ha been experiencing a lot of Draw in Arena for mobile (Samsung S10 plus).
It's a terrible experience because climbing in ladder isn't easy and drop 400-500 position for a system failure are really frustrating.
Sorry but I'm Brazil and english aren't even my second language.Waiting for an answer.

Nokia 5.3

I'm writting Just to report that my device, Nokia 5.3 has the requirements to run the Magic Arena Mobile, but still marked as not compatible in Google play store.

user names
There should be a way to screen out taunting/poor sportsmanship usernames. Recently I have played against usernames "Enjoy your loss" and "Like ur gonna win". I would have declined the match before it began if that had been possible. If there's no way to opt out of playing against someone like that (like there is with people improperly using emotes, by deactivating them) then such names shouldn't be permitted.

Asset Missing on "Ram Through"?
My opponent played the spell Ram Through, and when the visual affect happened, it was just a bunch of pink squares, as though the relevant assets weren't being pulled correctly or something. I didn't capture a picture, but I saved my capture log.

hi, i won a match on history bo3, by 2-1, i was 1 win to diamond, after i won the last game, my client got stuck in the 'victory', didnt show the rank goin up and didnt let me leave the screen, i had to restart the client, and guess what? when i came back i was still w the same rank, its like the match had never existed, the client was loading the w8ting for server right b4 i started the match, also when i tried to join the qeue b4 that game, i got the w8 for server…

Auto Loss/Thassa's Orcacle
While playing a Historic Ranked match i scaked a woe stride and its goat token with a priest of the forgotton gods, once the opponent played thassa's oracle i sacked in responsed to its trigger and then once its trigger resolved i lost the game for some reason.

Y’all gotta start making people make their own decks
Playing against the same deck back to back is getting ridiculous, you gotta fix something. Magic is about people creating their own decks not copying the winning decks just to advance. Y’all know that deck you’ve played against 6 times back to back. At least ban them in events or something

Magic used to be about strategy and intelligence. The understanding of how cards interact with each other. It used to be a game where anyone could win and all it took was out thinking your opponent, like chess for cards.

Cast out bug
I was playing the Azor Control mirror match, but with decks slightly different. Mine is more oriented to Yorion and Omens, and opponent's deck more about the Narset and Memory combo. Opponent plays Cast out and exile my Teferi, Hero of Dominaria. Later in the game he plays Shark Typhoon, i try to catch a counterspell with Azcanta, but instead i get Heliod's Intervention. Shark Typhoon resolves and at the end of his turn i play Heliod's Intervention with X=2 targeting his Cast out and Shark Typhoon. The spell resolves and those two permanents are destroyed. The PLAY TAB and PLAY MODE UI need to be completely rehauled.
Hello, I just actually missed a Strix Quick Draft because of how terrible this current UI is that we have suffered with for over two years now. It's barely even changed. It's like nobody is home on the UI team. We don't get any better options for viewing cards at larger sizes, we get a few enhancements for deck builder, and almost nothing else.
You guys are going with this absolutely daft three event tab and then an advanced tab that does almost nothing else. It's shocking that this is our UI still. I give you guys all the benefit…

New Game Mode - Free Card Practice Mode
Hello! I'm reaching out to recommend the addition of a game mode on MTG Arena. A "practice" or "free wildcards" mode, so people could test cards/decks before committing all of their wildcards and money towards things they might regret and just wanted to test, this lacking feature makes myself and others recoil from the game. To keep making Wizards money, there would need to be drawbacks to this mode, you could detract benefits from the mode like XP, Ranked games, A.I. or Direct challenge matches only, etc. I believe this would attract many more players long term. Kaldring, the Rimestaff
Just lost 2 games IN A ROW in my mtga draft due to "Kaldring, the Rimestaff". This Abomination isnt even a legendary Card. Well my Red/Black deck didnt have artifact removal. My Bad. That poor designed card doesnt even have a downside. Lose 2 life etc. Had the upper hand both times but couldnt do anything. This isnt magic. 3 mana: win the game.

I can´t start the game (mobile app)
When I try to start the app for the first time, It appears a message saying that additional content will be downloaded. After appearing a message that the content is being requested by the server... I wait for a long period and nothing happens... I can't pass through this screen to definitely enjoy the game.
Its good to comment that, even I choose to not download de content, the start doesn't begin.

tidechannel pick is backwards
tidechannel land displays blue on left green on right, but to pick in game it's blue on right green on left, has often messed up my game
