1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

issues with the game for new/ old players
There are a ton of issues that are effecting new players and old players that dont have time for best of 3. First is the hand smoothing garbage, it is rally bad as since it has been brought in the shuffler wins more then the players do when playing a crafted deck. It has been about a month at 30 mins a day since I had a game where I didn't have to mulligan twice. And even after the mulligan more often then not its either all lands or no lands. Hinterland Chef Food artifact perpetual bug
I cast Hinterland Chef and drafted an Ironshell Beetle which I also cast. I tried to sacrifice the Ironshell Beetle to Oyaminartok, Polar Werebear's activated ability but couldn't. I think this is a bug because I expected Ironshell Beetle to become a Creature Artifact - Insect Food according to Hinterland Chef's wording but it doesn't.

Surveil
During start of the game it show surveil, during discard it show surveil and no possiblity of discard, game is broken completly unplayable, already lost several games in Mythic!

Make a Nintendo Switch 2 Version
Thanks for providing a good place to play Magic online. The game is tons of fun. I am writing because I'd love to play on my couch, and the Switch 2's mouse controls would make it perfect for that. Switch 2 also has touch controls for handheld mode, so it just feels like the perfect combination of features for the game. Thank you for reading this far!

Doubling Season interacting with Doppelgang major issues
I am trying to play simic in standard, and play around interactions with Doubling Season and ways to duplicate it such as Doppelgang and Oko planeswalker -5, and you would think this is the perfect kind of deck to play online virtually, since we are creating a silly amount of tokens a lot of the time, you would think. However deeply disappointing at the climax of this deck's potential, when large amounts of triggers are on the stack and are being duplicated by doubling season such as Overlord of the Hauntwoods and Spelunking giving about 500 untapped mana, or doppelganging…

"Play" and "Resign" buttons are not displayed in Jump In! event.
When I accessed Jump-In! event, "Play" and "Resign" buttons are not displayed.

every time mox amber is played the game crashes immediately as soon as it starts its animation and continues to crash until the game is over because I can't access it. this is extremely frustrating and has caused me to lose many games. please do something

How to Train your Dragon!!!
How to Train your Dragon!!! The cartoon, AND the New Movie!! I like the Final Fantasy set, yes. BUT... should have made a tandem set with the movie... Toothless is a black dragon!! each color... characters too. Tooo easy to make a Magic set for this "theme". Sure feels like a missed opportunity! Just saying... I make no money off these ideas.... Your WELCOME. I would so totally want and play with a "Toothless" Night Fury Dragon Magic card!!! Pay/hire me and I will keep it up....

Ban Tibalts Trickery in Best of 1 Pioneer.
So Bo1 Pioneer is absolutely pointless at the moment due to the sheer number of people doing 0 cost into tibalts. It's fine in Bo3, but Bo1 is a seperate format and should observe different bans, especially ones that turn the games into coin flips.

game freezes
im dubbing them turn around freezes, cause whenever you go to turn the game around, by vasting, tapping, declaring battle,the game freezes and opponents wins by default, 5 forced losses todat, 3 cheaters with either free lands, free spells or lands of a different color. but at least thagame stopped crashing after every match.

Website won't allow report player
Your support website loops when attempting to report a player for misconduct. Clicking "report player" in the articles list produces wrong instructions with the alternative to "click here." clicking there results in a page claiming I'm not logged in, even though I am. Thus there is no mechanism to report player YouPlayLikeAFgt#15689 for blatantly obfuscating the offensive phrase "You Play Like A ******."

Network error unable to join queue.Please try again later
Hello i think since last update i get this message between games "Network error.Unable to join queue.Please try again later."
But the games load normally and i play them, just get that message close it and carry on. i think is a bug.Thank you

Ban omniscience and toxic decks
Please ban omniscence from standard and alchemy; it's becoming a very toxic combo deck and creates a negative environment in these two formats. And also pay more attention to mono green devotion in historic, the addition of Temur cards from the last Tarkir set has negatively changed the deck, that is becoming more and more toxic, with infinite annoying combo. Generally, every combo deck in a platform like Arena should be carefully monitored.

Draft Rigged Game rigged
The game is rigged in every way, you get to 3 wins in a row in Premier Draft with a solid deck and you have to lose 3 in a row because the game doesn't like free to play players.

The Masamune Bug
I just played a game of sealed in which I had the Masamune attached to a Gaelicat, also with the Monk’s fist equipped, making it a 4/3 flyer with vigilance, and first strike on my turn. The card text also reads “As long as creature is attacking, it must be blocked if able. The opponent had a PuPu UFO untapped in defense. I declared attacks and they were not forced to block. On the next turn, the PuPu was able to attack and did damage, when it should have already been dead. I am unclear why the opponent’s creature did…
