How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

Draft card lost
When I attended a draft event, the card I picked turned into another card. Then on the deck building screen the card was gone and I was forced to build a deck with fewer cards!

Shrines
Shrines are not recognised as a creature type on lands ,which needs updating due to the new creature shrines

Bad shuffling at start
My decks dont shuffle right i keep getting the same starting hand it makes playing boring because its a **** starting hand and everyone else is getting optimal start hands

Timeout issue
Stack Timeout is occurring - I'm running Scute Swarm and Ancient Greenwarden alongside Prosperous Innkeeper - This means the stack can easily be over 125 in 'height'
Because the system then 'works out' each part of the stack individually it then:
a) Goes into Timeout Timer mode
b) Says that I am taking the same action - if I don't change my action it will be a drawNeither of those are correct
Either you need to resolve the stack simultaneously in this case or allow time for the stack to complete

Crash at the deck selection screen
I suggest you to work on and resolve the crash that occurs when I want to change my deck in historic random battle.

Unable to cast spells at instant speed
During game 3 in Traditional Draft, I was suddenly unable to cast spells at instant speed. Could not trigger Ninjuitsu, and could not cast a Spell Pierce to counter my opponent's bomb. This caused me to lose the match-up.

Ban Paradox Engine, Was sitting and just watching my opponent to play his turn with a inf loop with paradox Engine+Tome of the Infinite
Ban Paradox Engine, Was sitting and just watching my opponent to play his turn with a inf loop with paradox Engine+Tome of the Infinite for over 40 min for a single turn......until he could kill me with Firebolt(from Tome)
If it would have been a real tour IRL, i would have called JUDGE after 3-5min.........40 min for a single turn Online should not be a thing.

Scute swarm tokens bug
I am having an issue of losing games due to a bug in the scute swarm token damage.
Initial result: when attacking or blocking, the swarm token is supposed to deal 1 damage and have 1 health. My tokens, no matter how many i use, do not do any damage. This happens when I attack or when I block.

frozen draft
Client frozen during ranked draft.
Hopefully a refund for myself and all of my draft partners. forced to leave draft and unable to drop from premier drafting because of the frozen draft state.

Paradox engine
Using paradox engine in historic play, it is not always untapping my Circle of Dreams Druid and other permanent. My deck uses Ashaya to give all creatures the mana tap ability, and as I cast fierce empath, the ability stacks but does not resolve itself and no permanent untaps.

Option to disable background animations (optional: enable custom backgrounds)
For my 2017-macbook air, background animations during a match are too complex. Please add an option to disable them.
Additionally, custom background uploads, or buyable static backgrounds/"playmats" would be great.Otherwise Arena in general and the possibility to play it on a mac turned out to be great!

Land bug
Land I played wasn’t actually counted as played. The land was on the table but didn’t give any mana. So I wasn’t able to play spells I needed. After reloading app during the same match I found this land in my hand. Lost Premier draft game because of this :(

Active Matches Check Failed
Had game 1 of my draft well in hand. Arena crashed and restarted quickly. When it checked for Active Matches it failed to remember my game, and proceeded to load the initial scene. Counted it as a Loss. The whole process took less time than two ropes.
Your Active Matches check doesn't work. This isn't the first time. Crashing is out of our control, and your programming is out of our control. Is this just a game of wishing and hoping that my time and efforts aren't wasted? My resources are valuable, and losing draft games for no reason is…

daily quest timer reset but no new quest
Third Daily Quests not resetting. Every day i don't get my 3rd daily quest. I'm unsure how i can recreate that.
PC
When the daily quest ticks over i'm only getting the daily win rewards quests as you can see in the below image. (the middle completed one is the weekly)
It should give me a quest.

Tired of Mirror Matches, Stop matching me with mirror decks it is not fun at all
STOP MIRROR MATCHING. ITS ******* ANNOYING. GET A ******* CLUE. I DID NOT BUILD A DECK SO THAT YOU WOULD PUT ME IN THE SAME ******** MATCH OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN.
ALSO FIX IT SO THAT I DONT ******* KEEP DRAWING FIELD OF RUIN IN MY OPENING HAND CONSISTENTLY AND MULL INTO IT WHEN IT IS AT MOST A 4 OF.
YOU ARE ******* OFF ALOT OF THE PLAYER BASE LIKE THIS TO CATER TO LESS EXPERIENCED PLAYERS.

クイックドラフトで正しくない敗北が付く
クイックドラフトでマッチング中にキャンセルを押したらキャンセルされたにも関わらず敗北カウントが進んだ。

Game client does not close on exit.
When I close the game, it freezes and I need to shut it by force through right click - Close window. Otherwise it gets stuck forever. Happened every day since last week.

jump in second pack option does not color match
Jump In offered a second pack option that violated the color rules.
First pack I selected Equipped (mono red).
Second pack, it offered me Mechs (mono blue) , Treasure ( red green ) , or Brokers ( GWU ).
Curious as to see what it did for land allotment, I selected the illegal brokers option, combining my mono-red with GWU. When I checked the land assignment, red wasn't prioritized at all - 3 R 3 G 3 W 3 U. (I was expecting 6,2,2,2 ). The dual lands covered all four colors (UR + GW) as expected.

Draft win not registering
I played a premier draft game and won a match (after losing the first match), but the win did not appear to register.

Punish salty rope burners
There should be some way to punish players, who just use their timeouts on purpose to get revenge for their loss on the battlefield.
Tbh I have 2 screens and just switch to youtube, I am not easy to trigger. Still I feel this should be punisheable behaviour.
Look at this example. You don't want to tell me, he needed 4 timeouts to ponder wether or not he should break his clue or not, do you?It's just poor and not sportsmanlike behaviour at all
