1. Can't buy gems or change payment method

   I tried to purchase some gems from the store, when I click any $X button, it brings up the option to pay $X or Cancel, and when I click to pay $X nothing happens. There is also a button that says "Change Payment Method", and when I click on it, it also does nothing. This is on PC on Steam.

2. Draft card auto pick

   During Brothers War draft phase the card i wanted to pick disappeared and it auto picked a different one. I used a draft token for that part.

4. Retrieving asset manifest

   I want to play the game, but I am constantly getting “Retrieving asset manifest” on the load screen and nothing else
   This is an issue with YOUR app, not my phone, not my network. Don’t try to tell me otherwise, that is a lie.
   Fixe it or want a refund from the last purchase I made, which was just before this issue with the app started happening

6. Trample

   Trample didnt work correctly. I had a creature with 6 toughenss block a creature with 6/3 with trample. Somehow it did one damage to creature then 5 to me which was the rest of my life total. Since it was one damage it feels like the other player hacked the game and assigned damage as he saw fit. His name is TheGreyOne

7. Can't exit tutorial, even after restart.

   I've entered the tutorial and there is no way to get back to the regular game mode unless I complete the tutorial (which I don't want to do). Exiting and re-entering the game doesn't help.

8. Take Alchemy out of Historic Brawl

   I use Historic Brawl to playtest REAL cards in a format which is the closest relative to EDH. Separate alchemy from historic brawl! It's hard enough reading a double sided card when you're on a timer let alone a specialize card with 5 different variations. Also Oracle of the Alpha was a mistake, especially in a format with a max deck size. The fact that only blue players can play a card which adds 9 cards to a 100 card limit deck and the fact that those cards are not available to other players in the format unless they play oracle is not a balanced feature. Conjuring as well is adding cards past the max card limit and seek is not a mechanic that can exist in real game play. None of these Alchemy mechanics are fun to play against as they break the traditional gameplay laws that exist. I understand balancing certain cards but keep alchemy in it's own category.

9. Priority stuck and game freeze

   This happened twice today (29/05/23) in a raw on RANKED game :
   I start the game as usual, play a few turn when suddenly after I do an action that should pass the priority to the opponent (e.g declaring attaquants or casting a spell), the game freeze and the priority gets stuck on me.

   Please fix this ASAP. This kind of bugs will make me stop playing very fast it it keeps happening.

   NB : I play on iPhone.

10. Unable to connect to Arena using Android App on Home WiFi (mobile data connection works fine)

    Steps to reproduce:

    1. Have CenturyLink fiber as your ISP
    2. Have a NETGEAR AC1750 router
    3. Launch the Magic Arena app
    4. The app will attempt to connect to the Arena servers (Note: the app is able to download and install updates, but not able to connect to the game servers)
    5. The app will fail to do so, and will report a "Connection Lost" error

    Expected Results:
    Ability to connect to Arena via Home WiFi

    Workaround:
    Use a 5G mobile connection, or connect to Arena via a PC which is using the same router and ISP.

11. Turbo Mode + shuffle issue

    Hello, it would be interesting to create a "blitz" mode, forcing players to play within the allotted time from the start... like chess. This would avoid AFK players when losing and/or when only one choice of game is offered to them and they stay voluntarily until the end of the timer.

    In addition, I have the impression (I play between 40 and 70 games a day) that the shuffle of the cards is badly parameterized. Indeed regularly I find myself with 70% of my lands after having played barely 20 cards on the table when I only have 20 lands in all in my deck (for example)... Or a consecutive draw of 5- 6 land card in a row... This never happens in "real life"...

12. Cards that steal from your opponents deck are toxic and not fun

    Cards that steal from the other player's deck are NOT FUN to play against. Breach the Multiverse, Etali Primal Conqueror, siphon insight, etc are some of the least fun cards to play against. Make people craft their own interesting decks with powerful cards. Being killed by your own win con feels ******* terrible. When someone mills 10 cards or exiles the top cards of my deck and then kills me with my own win con I just stop playing for the night. This is a **** mechanic that feels terrible. The whole draw of standard is to understand the meta and craft a deck with tools you have to counter what others can do. Just milling the opponent and taking whatever good stuff they have is a good strategy it takes all the thought and interesting play patterns out of the game and says "counter this or die to your own stuff" which is really really not fun.

13. Large Stack ended in auto loss.

    Had an opponent end up with a 400+ stack with a combo of Mondrak Glory Dominus, 2 Dawn of Hope and 3 Ajani welcomes. Then they played a card with X cost and created 52 tokens. Which doubled to 104. During the stack processing, my opponents own timer ran all the way out. Then my timer counted all the way down, even though it was their turn and there wasn't anything for me to do to interrupt. Then when the stack finished resolving I lost due to my timer running out, even though their timer ran out first. ****** me off because they had 3 cards left in their library and I had a Ruin Crab out with a land in hand. All their creatures but one had summoning sickness. This would have been my victory had the game not robbed me of my last turn.

16. Clicking "Cancel" when waiting for match to start results in a lose if status changes to "Entering match" at the same time

    When you click "Cancel" while waiting for match to start (I was playing Quick draft), it results in a lose if the status on the screen changes to "Entering match" at the same time you click "Cancel".

    In this log I was able to play one more match, which I won and then when returning to Quick draft -screen, instead of a win I got my third lose.

    My suggestion is that there should be some kind of timer in the software for this situation, so you can freely click "Cancel" and the game actually registers it, even if the screen status changed to "Entering match" at the same time.
