1. Shuffling algorithm

   Hello, even today you can find me here talking about card shuffling and mana flood. Even yesterday Wizzard's support scammed me with the classic bot message, they don't even read what is written in the reports. Today I played in the standard event where I made 13 because I drew in 4 games in a row from the fourth card onwards in identical order 2x reckless impulse and 4x wrenn's resolve, for 4 games in a row, I lost 2500 gold "gaining" 50 gems.
   Now, I understand that actually this thing can happen in a real game, but 4 times in a row seems beyond the realistic statistic, to give you an example if we roll a D6 die it has only a 0.0046% chance of getting 3 times the 6. Now, without going into detail, the fact that he has drawn the exact same 6 cards 4 times in a row in the exact same order, we can imagine that it has a value much lower than 0.0046% without calculating it.
   This is the umpteenth time I've lost resources because of shuffling, do we want to do something or do you like to read criticism? Is this platform for anything? Again, if it had happened on MTGO, how long would it have taken you to fix it? 2/3 minutes? Money is nice, I know, Wizard, but I'll already give you a lot of it on paper, at least let me test the decks on Arena, so you'll only lose the audience and possible future customers.

2. Aggro Decks

   Future decks should not support the building of red aggro decks. They are really annoying and no fun at all. Either they win within three or for draws or they give up.

3. Rigged Mulligans

   I have observed frequently (ESPECIALLY in paid Limited Drafts), that the Mulligans are rigged. My decks will be 17-19 lands out of 40 cards in a deck, yet I will still get less than 3 lands in a hand, mulligan consecutively until I am down to 2 cards and still get no lands. But on the occasions I get 3 lands in a starting, I will then pull nothing but lands for 4-5 turns.

   This happens more and more the higher your win count and win streak.

   And several other reputable mathematicians and code writers have analyzed the MTG Arena script and found it to be rigged, just youtube "Rigged MTG Arena Mechanics meant to make users pay".

   Well I have spent over $200 on this game, and I’m not spending anymore until MTG stops rigging the game and uses a normal true random generator, and issues an apology to all players.

   There will be consecutive improbable occurrences the more you play, to the point that it proves the game is rigged, because if you do the math every time and compare, you will discover it is virtually impossible to have such bad luck if the game was truly random and fair.

   The worst part is that the game WILL PUNISH YOU FOR SPENDING MONEY!!! DO NOT SPEND MONEY!!! You will actually have BETTER LUCK if you don't spend any money at all, because if the game's program will assume you can't be persuaded/coerced into monetary purchases, and instead assign you to the aggressor role of trampling other paying players (especially the more you get good at MTG Arena).

   If you've ever made it to your final win required for perfect streak in Limited, you know exactly what I’m talkin about.

5. Shows me as Offline with no friends in friends list

   Whenever I'm online on the Steam version on my Steam Deck, it always shows me as offline and forcibly changes my status back to offline whenever I try and select that I'm online. Despite me having 5+ friends on my friends list, none of them are showing up, meaning I cannot direct challenge them at all. This has been going on for MONTHS with no sign of a fix in sight.

6. Invisible card in graveyard

   Turn two, opponent played smugglers copter, I pass. Turn 3, OP plays Restoration of Eiganjo. In response to the first saga trigger, I cast an abrade, targetting the smuggler's copter. Some unclear animations happened, and my abrade was put in the graveyard, but did not appear to resolve as the smuggler's copter was not destroyed. Opponent's graveyard showed that it had one card in it, but I could not view any cards in the graveyard. This occured in an event, and may have altered the outcome of the game, in which case I would like a refund.

7. Doubling season not working correctly

   Counters on planeswalkers are not doubling with doubling season or with vorinclex while doubling season is in play.

8. Fix the shuffler number 9

   Running a deck during a standard event, use 18 lands 21 creatures, 21 non creatues. both of my starting hands, i mulliganed 1x, had 1 cavern of souls and 1 shivan reef. i only run 2 caverns and 4 reefs. Odds of that happening are astronomically low, only lost because shufler ****** me once again, we came to play magic not bend over. This is the third loss during this standard event i lost solely due to shuffler cheating for the opponent. fix this ****, give rewards for cheating.

9. fix shuffler number 8

   Running deck with 18 lands, 21 creatures, 21 non creature spells. started hand with 2 land 4 creatures. proceeded to draw 3 lands. making the total cards seen by turn 4 5 lands 4 creatures 2 non creatures. Odds are extremely off from 1:3 deck ratio. Fix the shuffler, this is why arena is dying

10. Red mono aggro should be quarantined at midweek magic events and free play.

    Trying to play MTG for the first time in a long time at a weekly event and getting matched against red aggro 5 times in a row and being pushed one way.
    Regardless of winning or losing, nothing is fun.
    The percentage of red aggro is ruthlessly high due to the rewards, which reduces diversity and makes the game more boring.

11. Phantom interference does not counter spell

    The 'Phantom interference' counter spell mode did not counter the 'Thunder Salvo' spell. I was not even given the chance to select a spell like you normally are when I played the counter spell on the stack. This resulted in a blow-out turn and their mythic lived to see another day. You'll never win a game after that.

12. Continuous Bug Metagame Challenge

    I'm here to report continuous bugs in the metagame challenge, one above all is the sideboard bug! When I have to do the sideboarding process, the card screen goes blank and I can't read the quantity of cards present, this leads to a side board management problem and consequent impossibility of playing correctly!

13. Casting spells with alternative costs

    You can't cast spells from exile using alternative costs if you do not have the mana open with lands eg: using phyrexian mana or convoke. They only work if you have enough mana open to pay the original casting cost.

    When using Drown in Ichor to apply -4/-4 counters to Tajic or other indestructible creatures, they are not being put into the graveyard when toughness is 0.

15. Can't Purchase Gems in Steam Version of Game

    I recently switched to the Steam Version of the game so that updates would be managed by the steam client. Since doing so, however, I am no longer able to purchase gems.

    I have already confirmed that the Steam In-Game Overlay is enabled both in the Steam General settings and for Magic Arena specifically. My steam wallet has a payment method linked as well.

    After clicking the price on the "Confirm Purchase" screen, the screen returns back to the store, and nothing else happens. There are no errors, or any feedback given. I have attached my log, which seems to indicate there are errors in the background.

16. Future Sets

    In the future, please stop creating cards that allow decks to cheat cards out of their graveyard. It's getting really old seeing people play Zombify or Abuelo's Awakening on my turn 3 and getting out Omniscience or the 9/9 Lifelink Ward destroy 3 permanents and just having the game be over on the spot. It's not fun to play against and requires no skill or ability at the game.

    Additionally, did you really have to make an aggro deck as a raid boss? Playing at high mythic it is 50% Red Deck wins or Boros Deck Wins, or Gruul Deck Wins. And all of them are ridiculous to play against. Card Draw? Got that infinitely with Emberheart, Questing Druid, Feather of Flight, etc. Removal? You bet! Sheltered by ghosts (which definitely needed removal, lifelink, AND ward 2 by the way for 2 mana). And Screaming Nemesis, I'm sorry but who designed it so no one could ever gain life again? It's strong enough reflecting blocks back at people. And then you also give a 2 drop mouse that gives trample and double strike and for 4 mana can give it twice each turn. Why?

    Please give more thoughts to future sets and get rid of these unfun mechanics. Aggro decks should have to sacrifice SOMETHING for their aggressive nature. Not have infinite value. And the reanimate is just a joke.

17. Monthly ban for time thieves

    When will you add an option to ban selected players?? Those time thieves are the worst thing that could have happened to Magic. Let us ban those players for a month (or until manually removed from ban list) - this should allow normal players to enjoy the game while at the same time should lengthen the queueing time for the ropers, meaning more play for people who really play Magic and less for the ones breaking the game.

18. Daily Deal packs do not give Golden pack progress

    I play on Android, the game is up to date. Today's special in the store is a MoM pack at 10% off. I bought one, expecting to get 1/10 progress towards a Golden Pack, but instead I remain at 0/10. The prompt under the Golden Pack progress bar says that progress can be earned by purchasing packs from one of the latest sets, including MoM. There is no indication that a daily deal pack is any different from a regular one in this regard. Please increase my Golden Pack progress as advertised.

19. Unable to take game action

    Opponent passed turn, I was unable to take any game actions or cast spells. Turn tracker in bottom right was missing, my timer started ticking down. Restarted the app but by the time I got back in it had skipped my turn, lost game because of it

20. Mobile iOS Crash
