How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Remove Alchemy cardd from Historic/Brawl formats.

    I need to express my extreme dissatisfaction with MTGA/WOTC product Alchemy and request that you remove the cards from the historic and brawl formats.
    I understand people like Alchemy, and so they should play the Alchemy format. They should not be allowed to dominate other formats with these cards.
    I am INCREDIBLY distressed when ever I have to endure this inordinate disadvantage. I feel like all the time I spent building decks is wasted when playing Historic Brawl and a card hits the board that has onboard tutor effects, or allows a player to pull from a wish board/side board…

  3. Game Engine Screwed Up regarding lands/shuffling

    The game engine is super screwed up. I'll either draw 10 straight lands or 0 lands for 7-10 straight cards. All of my decks have 40% lands, yet I repeatedly get these extreme outcomes, which makes the game completely unplayable.

    I'll get things several standard deviations outside the expected results, like drawing lands on 9/11 cards to open a game, or going 6-8 straight draws with no lands. The mulligan feature is especially bad... if you mulligan a draw for having either too many or too few lands, 100% of the time the next draw will have the opposite problem.

  4. Arena stuck on Initializing localization database

    Reproduction steps:
    1. Open Epic Games Launcher
    2. Open Arena
    3. Log In

    Platform: Mac M1, macOS Monterey 12.3.1

    Results: The app is stuck on "Initializing localization database". The three dots are animated. After several minutes (10-15), the "Reconnect" popup shows up. Whenever the app is reopened, the same results occur, causing the user to be unable to enter the app.

  5. Keep Alchemy and Historic separated

    Just let us have an eternal format on the client. This is magic, not some cheap digital only game, let us play Magic.
    If we wanted to play any other clone we would by now.

  7. drawing lands only

    I'm drawing lands only, two games in a row. played 19 turns, drew 17 lands... next game I drew 13 lands out of 15 cards... It's not fun! It doesnt happen in paper magic. Is it something wrong with the game today? Game also froze while oppoent turn but I lost my ranks because I quit the game after 4 hours. Can you Wizards fix these problems. We are using money on your product and all we get back are losses.

    Getting "Network Error Unable to join event. Please try again later." for every match I try to play. I have uninstalled once already and there is no change.

  10. Scurry Oak infinite combo

    I've been losing matches with Scurry Oak infinite squirrel combo, becasue my time ends even If I didn't interact with the priority of my opponent, On my turn, my time is also consumed with the combo of my opponent. Time of my opponent only should be consumed and not mine. Becasue on my turn I have a response to clean the board

  11. Alchemy historic

    Wotc the changes to historic cards in addition to alchemy makes me think your abusing ***** or common thrives. There is no reason whatsoever for this change you even have to code in the original first so it’s not about card copies and if it is then fix it. No one cares if you wanna make alchemy go for it but please don’t nuke historic. But on the brute side we are not whores cause whores get money when you *********, you won’t even give us back wild cards….if this happens I’m done

  12. Card stuck on stack

    Often Cards stay in the Stack when a short disconnection happens in the mobile app. This bug made me lose a lot of games in the last weeks.

  13. "Set collection" tracker should only include cards actually in packs.

    According to the set collection tracker, I am missing 13 cards from Kaldheim. So if I want to finish my collection, I should buy Kaldheim packs, right?

    As it turns out, those 13 cards are special uncommons from Kaldheim theme boosters. I can buy all the Kaldheim packs I want, and it won't make one iota of difference towards the Set Collection tracker.

    This feels horribly misleading. The Set Collection should only track the cards that are actually in packs.

    After every game when it comes to sideboarding my decks list gets a white highlight with some cards box being completely whited out

  15. Please don't mix Alchemy with Historic

    If those changes happen I will uninstall the game, I love mtg and have played for more than 15 years now, I have my Arena account since the closed beta and have convinced multiple of my friends to ditch other tcg's for Arena. I play exclusively historic, as I prefer non rotating formats, a long time ago you promised to implement Pioneer onto the client, but you lied about it, now you plan to terminate the only eternal format available without ant consideration to your player-base. If Alchemy affect historic without any news about pioneer, in the 8th I will…

  17. reclamation sage being forced to destroy artifact or enchantment

    1) Using Thassa, Deep-Dwelling to bring back Reclamation Sage forced me to choose an artifact or enchantment without letting me 'Submit 0'. The card says "you MAY destroy".

  18. Game registered as loss that I actually won

    I won a game by casting Crushing Disappointment with opponent on 1 life and me on 17 (I think - double digits anyway). Arena registered it as a loss. My 3rd loss as well so I couldn't play any more games with my draft deck!

    System says "Sorry, we couldn't submit your request" so I'm trying without the game log now.

  19. sealed loss

    I just won a game of sealed but it was counted as a loss. I was 1-2 going into the game. This "loss" puts me at 1-3 meaning that I can't play anymore games. I don't know if it is relevant, but my opponent conceded during their second main phase.
