How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

    Can we get some form of jank queue? I would like to enjoy playing jank decks without constantly matching the top 5 meta decks while in unranked.

  2. CARDS DISAPPEARED

    Hi, after many months i'm back on this game and i've noticed that a lot of my old cards have been disappered! Anyone can tell me how its happened? Especially cards from my old control decks but in general i ve lost a lot of cards!!!

  3. Game keeps freezing and closing

    The game keeps freezing and randomly closing when I play against other people and also while I'm building decks. It is incredibly frustrating to deal with multiple times within an hour of playing. This issue has been going on for a while now and needs to be dealt with IMMEDIATELY!

  4. Bug report

    I played an Akroan war and I wasn't allowed to take control of my oponents creature. There was no reason why I shouldn't have been allowed to target it.

    I lost the match because of this.

    Sure would be nice if the money I spent on this game would go towards making it actually playable. There's an idea!

    And now I cant even post this bug report on your website. What are you guys spending all this money on if your sites aren't even usable?

  5. Double strike broken

    I blocked a double strike creature with a deathtouch creature. Toughness survived first strike, then did not kill the double strike creature when normal damage was applied. Will not purchase until resolved.

  6. No gems were given for opening duplicate rares

    I recently opened packs where 20 gems were offered for duplicate rares, but my gem counter didn't go up with each pack opened.

  7. make the programmers PLAY MTGO and learn from it , PUT IN AUTOYIELDING for any card! right click to select yielding!

    another idea that should have been implemented since the BETA.. just like MTGO, you need to be able to right click ANY card and have a way to select "ALWAYS AUTO YIELD TO THIS CARDS EFFECTS"! its so obvious! i dont need to click resolve or resolve all a zillion times. i dont need to click autopass and lose because of autopassing something important.. it needs to be on a card by card basis.. for instance a lame harmless card like midnight clock and all its counters.. i cant do a darn thing about the counters and especially if there…

  8. i cant side board cards

    during the metagame challenge event, the side board screen did not show the cards and I was unable to exchange cards from the deck with the side.

    posted this (alot) few weeks back but no response,
    still no rank gain in BO3 only BO1 sometimes even loose rank when i win please fix cause i'm missing out on wildcard rewards because of this..

  10. Kaya's ghost Form bug

    Kaya's ghost form did not return my creature to the battlefield after the creature was targeted with eat to extinction. This seems to be a bug from the latest update.

  11. CANT CAST INSTANTS

    CANT CAST INSTANTS

    I HAVE MANA TO CAST MYSTICAL DISPUTE AND CANT CAST, ONLY OPTION IS TO ALLOW MY OPPONENT TO RESOLVE ASHIOK

    NEXT GAME AGAINST DIFFERENT OPPONENT, I HAVE MANA TO CAST NEGATE IN RESPONSE TO OPPONENTS ABSORB, ONLY OPTION IS TO ALLOW OPPONENTS SPELL TO RESOLVE

    BOTH CASES I HAD PRIORITY TO RESPOND, TRIED TO CAST INSTANT SPELLS WITH ENOUGH MANA AGAINST NON-CREATURE SPELLS, SHUT DOWN AND UNABLE TO CAST.

    ALL OTHER SPELLS I CAN CAST BY MOUSE CLICK AND DRAG TO PLAYING FIELD AND RELEASING, INSTANT COUNTER SPELLS WOULD NOT ALLOW IT

  12. desactivating animations

    Hello
    I am writing because I am really upset after all the money I spent in the game I still loose too much just because my computer is too slow or because of disconnect problems. WHY THE **** don't you make it possible to desactivate much more 3D animations that are completly unusefull and often bad for concentration ???? I already did all I can to boost my computer it's at max and don't have the money to change for sure. So please do somethin because I am loosing all the pleasure I should be havin in the game !!…

  13. Turn skipping

    Another day, another bug to report....

    During the Workshop Power & Glory, my turns were getting skipped. I'd draw, play on 1st main phase then it was opponent's turn. I was not able to attack or play any cards in 2nd main phase. My opponent did not have any abilities causing me to lose half my turn.

  14. Card stuck to mouse pointer during Draft

    So... i paid to play a draft, and i missed one card pick because a card got stuck on my mouse pointer, very frustrating

  15. I need to be able to install all my software to my D: drive

    Please make MTG Arena able to install to my D: drive. My C: drive is an SSD that is not large enough to hold my programs. My D: drive is plenty big. Most software that I install allows the user to install to a drive of their choice. Why doesn't yours?

  17. Server Disconnect

    Whenever I try to log in it says I'm disconnected from the server, and when I try to reconnect it won't let me. Do I need to update the game or something?

  18. No text on menu buttons

    There's again, no text on my menu buttons. Sometimes there's no text in the deck editor menu, so if I wasn't done with a deck but wanted to go play a game, I had to remember and guess which button saves the deck and which one just deletes it.

  19. Packs not visible during draft

    During Zendikar Rising traditional draft, the pack contents were not visible for approximately 30% of packs. After returning to the home screen, and then resuming the draft, the cards would appear about 10% of the time.

  20. Missing Mythic Card Reward

    Upon reaching level 28 on my Theros mastery pass, I did not received the listed mythic rare card reward. I did receive the daily card reward that was awarded as a result ot the same game, but no mythic card. I checked my collection and there no new mythic cards added.
