How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Unable to see blockers
I'm in a limited event, and during the combat phase i'm unablee to see the arrows from the blocking creatures

Jump In! stuck at 2nd pack selection
Hi. My Jump In! event has been frozen at the 2nd pack selection since the release of Lost Caverns of Ixalan. I created a 'bug/product suggestion' for this almost 3 months ago and didn't get any support. It seems like the ticket has disappeared. How do I get in touch with someone from technical support to get this resolved? Thanks.

Employee gems
Soo this is a weird thing to rapport but it feels kinda scummy if I don’t. But I just received 10.000 gems for being an employee and while I don’t mind them gems, I’m not an employee. I just claimed them without thinking, thought it was like 100 gems for new release or something like that but yeah, not my gems

Can't Concede During Exquisite Blood Damage Drain Loop
I'm fine with the exquisite blood endless damage loop, but it would be nice if you could concede the match instead of waiting for the opponent to click through the endless loop.
Notice the lack of the gear wheel icon in the attached screenshot.

Jace, Wielder of Mysteries featured in Phantom Sealed MKM?!?!?!
During a game of Midweek Event "Phantom Sealed" of Murders at Karlov Manor, my opponent had in the deck a copy of Jace, Wielder of Mysteries of War of the Sparks. How is that possible? It's not a special guest of the set, and the event is ONLY for MKM cards. Explain this please.

Bost of 3 draft always says under a minute wait time even when it's not.
Make sure that the estimated wait time is accurate in Best of 3 drafts. It always says under 1 minute.

BUG: System allow Cheating in Premier Draft of Murders At Karlov Manor
When i play a Premier Draft of Murder At KArlov Manor, my opponent play a Card from other set "Jace, Wielder of Mysteries" from War of Spark. Convenient time and win the game.
Why the system don't check the cards from the draft pool to aboid cheting people?

Quando eu venci minha ultima partida do evento histórico, BO1, eu deveria ir a sete vitórias e duas derrotas mas oque aconteceu foi que contou como se fosse uma derrota, assim eu perdi um play-in-point, gema e um booster além dessa dor de cabeça sem entender oque aconteceu

During several games on arena cube bo1 match freezer and male me lose turn and a game.

quick draft doesnt show rank or gain of it
quick draft does affect your rank, and before we always saw our rank in quickdraft.
now the rank isnt visible anymore like its unranked but if we check our profile we see that rank is still gained ... so its a bug its not shown anymore i assume.
i not reported it for long as i thought u guys know and fix it but with no fix for so long now i start to worry2 votes -
Automatic Loss Given In draft
Premier Draft March of the Machine
I searched for a my second game in a premier draft while being 1-0 but was loaded into a game that just said draw. Upon clicking out of the game I was returned to the event screen with a loss. I didn't play a game or concede so I shouldn't have been awarded a loss. My log file is attached below.

Cube draft
Ontem quando iniciei um cube draft não me era possivel escolher as cartas, o jogo não estava encravado nem era problema do hardware, troquei de rato e tentei usar o pad do pc, simplesmente não funcionava e como é fácil calcular as escolhas foram random e nem tive deck para jogar e 4000 moedas para o lixo.

Mana flood - bug affecting drawing statistics?
I had 8+ turns of no mana draw in a draft event where 17/40 cards are mana... it should be really rare statically for this to happen and it doesn't make for a fun game.

Match loss
I was playing the arena cube event on PC, won a match but system registered as a match loss, making me reach the third loss, I was 4-2 before this, so is not big deal, but frustrating indeed.

App frozing during traditional draft
I was playing a draft and the screen froze so I could not pick cards at time. It is not the first time that this happens.

Claim Reward error
Failure to claim reward. Went 4-3 in quick draft and got no reward. When I hit the "claim" button I was greeted with the "waiting for server" spinner followed by a "Unable to claim reward at this time, try again later" message.
Then it booted me to the home screen. I went back to the quick play page and my run and claim buttons were both gone with no gems added to my account.

Lost game while sitting in "waiting room"
AS an Android user
I was waiting opponent for around 40 seconds, the cancel burton disappeared as such when your are about to enter the match. UI keep showing the waiting room withouth the button ti cancel until around 2 min of country.
Cancel btn reappered, so i left the room tapping on It.
Back to the event main page (LCI Premier draft) i had a loss more counted2 votes -
Arena cube draft bug
After i drafted my last card the game gave me a.message saying there was a problem with my draft, the game didn't go on, so i closed the app and reopened it, just to see that i didn't have an active cube draft, so the draft i had done previously disappeared and the golds i used to join were missing. I'm playing on android.

Press the Enemy Bug
During my recent draft event, I cast Press the Enemy with a lesser cost spell in my hand (swarming of moria) I intended to cast for free as part of resolving the card. There never appeared to be a window to select and cast that card for free though before the spell resolved. This resulted in me not getting the amass token to block, triggers off my spells matter card, and disrupted my entire game plan for this game.
