How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Opponent timer ran out then game froze
Opponent timer ran out then game did not proceed. Showed his hourglass for a few minutes then I closed program and restarted. When I came back I had a loss. Please reimburse the gems, thanks.

Commander
Please introduce Commander to Arena, you dont have to include every card ever made, that can come in time, people just really want commander and the option to play more than just 2v2

Can sacrifice toke to bargain if used to convoke
If you give a a Bargin spell convoke and tap a token creature to pay the convoke cost you can't sacrifice it to the bargin. But since you get to decide the order costs are paid this is very wrong. Lost several games to this bug.

Alchemy: Eldraine cards with off-color adventure do not have appropriate color in the frame.
Alchemy: Eldraine cards that have an adventure with a casting cost that has a color different from the main card do not display the appropriate color in the frame of the adventure, unlike their counterparts in WOE. The adventure frame should reflect the color of the casting cost of the adventure.

One Ring Upkeep Trigger
Had a food token and 3 burden counters on One Ring with 2 life left. I was expecting to respond to the trigger but it killed me immediately on the upkeep when I had untapped lands and no interruption from the opponent.
Game would have kept going because I was going to continue making foods but for some foolish reason Arena didn't let me respond to the trigger on the stack.

Severe performance issues with Scute Swarm
Platform: Android
As the title says, I am experiencing extreme slowdown and crashing issues related to Scute Swarm. My phone's antivirus even flags Arena when I make a lot of Scute Swarm copies. There's also significant issues with the turn timer and Scute Swarm in which the timer counts down while Scute Swarm copies are being created, resulting in me losing my turn and frequently costing me the match.

デッキ作成/コレクション画面での日本語カード検索に関して / Regarding searching for Japanese cards on the deck creation/collection screen
バージョン2023.27.0にて、デッキ作成/コレクション画面での日本語カード検索に関してバージョン2023.26.40まで可能であった「漢字が2文字以上連続するカード名」の検索ができなくなっている。
正確には、バージョン2021.07以前と同じくふりがなを回避して検索する必要がある（連続する漢字2文字以上の各文字の後ろに空白を入れると検索が可能になる）状態にロールバックされている。
火急的速やかに修正を求める。In version 2023.27.0, it is no longer possible to search for "card names with two or more consecutive kanji", which was possible until version 2023.26.40 regarding Japanese card searches on the deck creation / collection screen.
To be precise, it has been rolled back to the state where it is necessary to avoid furigana and search as in version 2021.07 and earlier (search is possible by inserting a space after each character of two or more consecutive kanji characters).

Game Crashing upon playing creature card and continued crashing upon reloading.
Game crashes when playing a creature card. this happened three times already playing a best of 1 ranked mode, on my turn playing a creature card, already having 1 creature on the field. it crashes and upon reloading. it just keeps crashing until the match is over. <_<

Mosswood Dreadknight
There needs to be a way on arena to distinguish between a Mosswood Dreadknight that can be cast from the graveyard and one that cannot. If I play Graveyard Trespasser I should be able to correctly exile the Mosswood Dreadknight that can be cast on my opponent's next turn, and not confuse it for the one that cannot get itself out from the graveyard.

Store error: internal error
I can’t buy things in the store with gold or gems that I have. I bought the $5 beginners pack or whatever it’s called. Now I get “store error: internal error”. Don’t know what to do. Wanna spend money but it won’t let me.

Cannot complete purchase on steam version
On the Steam version of MTGA, the store purchase cannot be completed due to an unknown error. There are enough funds to complete my purchase in my Steam Wallet.
I am running MTGA on Windows 10, and my Steam region is in China. Other functions of the game seem to be running fine.

Bad Shuffle fix
Every time the game shuffles a deck it begins with the deck in alphabetical order so that identically named cards are stacked together. Once the game shuffles using the algorithm you most likely bought, it then locates those similarly named cards closer together in the deck than they would be in the real world. You fix it by having it shuffle from the order they were played. My email is reggie668@gmail.com. Feel free to email me to elaborate further.

Ban the one ring
NOT LIKE THIS WILL EVER BE SEEN! BUT BAN THAT BULLSH!T CARD THE ONE RING PLS! That card is one of if not the most toxic ******* card wizards has made holy ******* **** the advantage you get from adding that into your deck is stupid insane.

Forced draw
Played a match and was winning easily when suddenly the game paused, a sign came up and said the game forced a draw.

Golden Packs given Alchemy Cards
I do not play Alchemy nor have any desire to play Alchemy. When I opened up my most recent Golden Pack I have received cards from Lord of the Rings.
I now don’t want to open up any more of my Golden Packs because I don’t want to waste the rare spots from them.7 votes -
Lag in Deckbuilder When Using Search
When building a deck in my sealed or draft event, I will add all my cards to my deck, expand my view, and search for "t:creature" separating my deck into creatures and spells. For a while now, when I hit enter after typing in my search, there is an 8-9 second lag before the search completes and separates my cards. Then, any change I make in this mode takes another 8-9 seconds--for example, clicking on a card to return it to my pool. This was never this way in the past and it has made a feature that was once…

Coins total not updating
I'm not getting all my won coins. This has been going on for a few weeks. See screen shots 1) announcing 1250 coins won and 2) immediately afterwards when I have only 825 coins.

Stop having so many Draw First when surrendering. Red mono in free play should be isolated
Red mono in free play should be isolated.
They just push their firepower as fast as they can and surrender as soon as it doesn't work. The play experience is very poor.Since it is no fun to play games with red mono, I give up the game, and obviously "Draw First" becomes more and more frequent.
Only once in 4 or 5 times does it become a fun match.

XP score won't change
Even after two wins in a row, the Mastery XP score didn't change from 850. Therefore, I was not able to level up.
