How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

my friend list is not working
i see my friendlist dissapeared and also my name on the friendlist says username#12345 when i log out and then login my username corrects and says my id without the number... but if i close arena and reopen it it returns with the username#12345 name. and without my friends in any case

bug reporting button should not be hidden
You should not hide the Creat New Post button on your bug reporting webpage. It is not user-friendly to hide the button that is the main function of the page by default. If anything, the first thing on the page should be Create New Post. At the very least, you should state that user should "search for existing post to create a new post"
A bug reporting page should be easily navigated for your own company's sake. I had to go search on the internet how to report a bug to even find the button to report a bug. This…

Daily Win Count wrong after Midweek Magic
I played Midweek Magic today, and eventually earned 3 wins. After going back to the main screen, my Daily Win Count shows 2 wins (which is impossible). Is it just a graphical glitch?
For what it’s worth, I did clear two daily rewards (750 gold ones), during the same match where I got my 3rd win.

Scute Swarm Landfall Bug
Scute Swarm - Landfall does not generate additional tokens beyond 248.
To duplicate, play Scute Swarm and trigger its ability repeatedly by playing lands. Once the swarm of tokens reaches 248, no further tokens will be generated.

Brawl Ranked/Brawl Bot Match
In my opinion people who like to play just to win should stick to competitive formats. Brawl is my Format of choice and it is really frustrating sometimes to see competitive decks every other match. Having a ranked brawl would make people have more fun in the Casual Brawl because they would actually be able to play the game to play the game and have fun. With so many people copying competitive decks it is hard for the people that just like creating there own decks to see if the decks actually work because you cant do Bot Matches with…

Bug with Moraug, fury of akoum
Playing a game of draft and in the last turn of the game i played a land with Moraug on the battlefield and it not trigger the extra combat phase leading to a loss. I have attached a log. Any compensation would be appreciated.

Lost to timeout when I could not take any action during opponent's turn
I just lost a game because the client consumed my timeouts while the opponent was doing an infinite Heliod/Scurry Oak/Soul Warden combo.
I tried anything in the interface like pressing the skipping turn button, but it kept consuming my timeouts while the opponent's stack was resolving (see png).
Since I couldn't do any action or switch the thing off I ended up losing a game I would most likely win (e.g. by decking with Creativity).
Would it be possible to update the interface to avoid this in the future? If there is already a way, could you please make it…7 votes -
Won three Standard Rank, no progress in Bronze Rank Constructed
Over the last few days I've won three BO1 Constructed matches and received no credit (says that I must play a game this season to receive season rewards).

Missing cards
I bought a bunch of Strixhaven packs and as I opened them I made notes on the new cards I'd like to incorporate into my decks (or build a new deck with). But several of the cards I made notes of don't show up in the deckbuilder as an option for me. I have checked online to see if I wrote down the wrong names, but those cards are listed on general websites as Strixhaven cards so I don't know why they won't show up in my deckbuilder.

ENDLESS Roping after update
Just forced to restart Arena due to a maintenance update and now I'm stuck in a game because of the ROPERS. I'm on Win 10 PC and now, a Roper named "cloud" is roping with no recourse due to the fact that he has had 4 timeouts for 10 minutes now. Please fix this. Now because of his poor sportsmanship, it looks like I'm going to have to concede the match or forever be playing this match to no end. What happened?? It worked 30 mintues ago. PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS.

"Spectral Adversary" still has a bug.
There is a bug that the + 1 / + 1 counter does not get on when the phase out is inappropriate due to the ability of "Spectral Adversary".

App is crashing a lot since last update
Hey MTGA development team. Since your last update, the game is crashing a lot. It already happened in different parts, homepage, deck editor and mainly during battles. The game just close out of nothing. I have and updated android version on a Samsung Galaxy S10.

missing cards from collection
for the past 2-3 months i've played to build a decent collection so i can make some decks.
Some cards are dissapearing from my collection, even when i have used it.
cards of the events, cards of drafts (yes, the ones that should stay in your collection), cards from packs or even for the daily rewards.So far i can name 7 cards that are missing. some of them just 1 copy. but others 2 or more.
i've noticed that if the cards arent put in a saved deck... some of them just dissapear.
how can i leave the game…

Missing cards in starter deck
Finished the quest to get Selesnya Conclave deck today and none of the cards were added in my collection.
The deck is completely empty, appart from the basic lands.
I had none of the cards before and none of the cards were added after getting the deck: every number to the left of the cards are red.

time extension
Please remove the time extensions after the turn has timed out. It is annoying how people uses these to waste time when they are going to lose, and keep you awaiting for the extensions to finish, so you can launch last attack or whatever. Just because they don't want to surrender or lose the game with honor.
