How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

draft loss after opponent conceded
I was given a game loss after an opponent conceded and this was my third loss causing the draft to end. I am disappointed that this problem hasn't been fixed since it has happened to me before. I hope I am able to receive my gems back as I don't have many and my ability to continue to play the game depends on having them

Not able to add/change cosmetics/card styles during limited deckbuilding.
For some time now, I have not been able to add or change any cosmetics or card styles other than default ones during deckbuilding in specifically limited events. Unfortunately limited events are the only serious focus for me when it comes to Magic the Gathering. It is not a bug that affects gameplay at all, but its come to the point that I'd appreciate having this bug fixed so I can enjoy cosmetics/card styles again during gameplay.

general feedback
This feedback site itself needs to be improved. Customer service send us here and tells us to upvote the problems we have but the search function is horrible. I can type five words into the search and the top result is some issue that has 1 vote and only has 1 of the words I searched for. If you are going to prioritize based on number of votes list the ones with the most votes first. Having a site with a ton of duplicate complaints with a diluted set of votes means that you are prioritizing fixes based on what the search function thinks it should show on the first page.

Prismatic ending
Hello Arean Team! Prismatic Ending not behaving correctly. Playing on my iPhone I have had this happen several times today as ragavan costs 1 cmc or I'll use prismatic ending on a token that has a cmc of 0 and the game requires and additional mana which is incorrect. Having already paying 1 white mana for the converge cost that already counts towards X. It has cost me 3 game loses today. I even tried going full control mode to tap for colors and it's still requiring an extra mana for all no land permanents. This should definitely get looked Into. Other than that the game has been running great and you guys are doing a killer job making my childhood game alive and well in 2024

Kicked Out of Games - Fabled Passage?
This was happening on Android.
In 2 back to back matches when I used fabled passage I got "please wait" and was thrown back to the arena home. When I tried to rejoin the match I was given a new match instead. This happened twice in a row before I gave up and came to report the buf.7 votes -
Osteomancer Adept's Broken Graveyard Interaction
During a quick draft game I played an Osteomancer Adept. I tapped it and there were 4 creature cards in my graveyard (no other cards). I used Osteomancer Adept's ability. When I tried to cast one of the creature cards I could not access my graveyard to forage because the cards were labelled as playable even though they were also in my graveyard. I should be able to exile those 3 creature cards to play the Bakersbane Duo using Osteomancer Adept's ability but it would not work. It did work later in the game when I had a land in my graveyard, then I was able to click and see all the cards including the creatures.

Will wizards ever address the rigged gameplay?
Seems to me like the blatantly rigged system is making them just enough money to where they don't actually give a **** about their player base. The greed of wizards ever since hasbro took over their company has been obvious and shamefully sad. A company that once cared what its entire player base thought and would try as hard as they could to make the game playable and enjoyable is long gone, a true shame that this company has fallen so far into the dumpster fire that is todays gaming industry.

Please give us a way to turn off card highlights.
Card highlighting is painfully obnoxious and constantly used to grief. Give us an option to turn it off.

Affinity for Artifacts
Some dude named HorniThopter was somehow casting cards with Affinity for Artifacts using my Artifacts. They had one Artifact and only three Basic lands, while I had four Artifacts. The Artifact didn't effect the way Affinity works, nor did it increase Mana from sources or add Mana. Homie was getting 7+ cost cards out. Did Wizards change how Affinity works,is this a bug, or is this guy cheating somehow?

Arena shuffler issues on recent patches
In the past few patches, the shuffler has been noticeably worse in all formats (I play bo1, bo3, and draft). Today was the final straw as for all of my draft games I either could not draw a land or only drew lands, and it has been incredibly frustrating to have rng so poor that I do not see an equivalent in paper. The shuffler did not have these issue about 4-6 months ago, but something in the recent patches has made things significantly worse. Was hoping it would get fixed with time but it has not

Error updating data
My MTG Arena does not initiate since the last patch before Last Caverns of Ixalan and, for some reason, it loads the "Error Updating Data" screen. I've tryed every single solution avaliable on the internet, but none of them worked. What could it be?

Card Rewards Not Received with Mastery Pass
Card rewards not received at max level Aetherdrift pass. Did not receive mythic card reward at level 58

computer player aura targeting is buffing opponent and debuffing itself in color challenge
I was doing color challenge, fighting the AI, and it used beneficial auras on my creatures and detrimental auras on the creatures it had. Ajani locked out one of his own creatures with the "remains tapped during untap" effect, and Vivien repeatedly buffed my rat +3+3 with Oakenform.

Please, for the love of all that's good, never use modern design elements again in future sets!

As a loyal customer and big fan of MTG since 1998, I'd like to take an opportunity to let you know that the modern aesthetics of Aetherdrift and Duskmourn absolutely suck (imho). The younger MTG players I know can call me a Magic Boomer all they want, but the inclusion of racing cars and cheerleaders doing backflips in gyms has essentially destroyed the immersion I've previously enjoyed when playing MTG. I mean, by all means, allow people to play with these experience-ruining sets, but don't make them Standard legal, for goodness' sake. Speaking of which, I simply cannot believe that you're going to make Spider-man Standard legal. How is this possibly justifiable?!
But to get back to the main point, while I will undoubtedly continue supporting MTG (allthough I won't be spending a cent on sets with modern aesthetics), I genuinely hope you get so many complaints about Aetherdrift and Duskmourn that you are forced to reconsider including modern design elements in future sets. Please lord, may these sets perform so poorly in sales that y'all learn from these design mistakes!!

Bug that allows legendary vehicles to be set as Brawler Commander.
Bug that allows legendary vehicles to be set as Standard Brawler Commander.
When selecting Commander in the search section of the MTG Arena, the legendary vehicle comes up. They can be set as Brawler Commander and registered as a legitimate deck. However, if you try to play against them with that deck, you will not be able to play against them due to a submit error.3 votes -
Lunar Convocation has a typo in Brazilian Portuguese
The card "Lunar Convocation" has a typo in the brazilian portuguese version.
Instead of "At the beginning of your end step, if you gained AND lost life this turn, create a 1/1 black Bat creature token with flying.", the card says "if you gained OR lost life this turn, create a 1/1 black Bat...".
This almost made me lose a draft because I wasn't understanding why the card wasn't creating any 1/1 Bats for me.

Osteomancer ability still doesn't work
Osteomancer Adept (BLB)'s ability still doesn't let you cast the cards in your graveyard with its ability if your graveyard is entirely creatures. Because no non-creature card is left in the graveyard zone you cannot select your graveyard to pay for forage. Instead all your graveyard appears as castable cards.
This problem has been reported more than two months ago and it still exists, how is this still not fixed? Reporting again in the hopes it gets attention. Adept is the only rare and by far the best card in my BLB quick draft deck. Cards not shuffling well
The last two days it seems like the decks aren't shuffling well. I got all one color lands, and all other color spells and creatures... in 5+ different games, in the last two days...
