How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

Quests complete with no progress - Was saving
This has happened many times, today was just the most evident. Log is 2G so can't share. I completed the quest "Kill 15 of your opponents creatures" in a deck THAT CAN'T KILL CREATURES! I think the opponent sacrificed his creatures or it counted all the creatures on the board when the game ended, but I completed the quest. I was saving it (it was a 500 I was going to re-roll later). This also happens with the color quests if you cast a card that has the Color Identity (i.e. the COLORLESS artifact that has a BLUE unearth counts…

Unable to login
- Steps : I run the app on my IPhone. The loading screen start and then a message is displayed and can’t connect to the game.
- I am currently playing on IPhone.
- I can’t connect to the game or play.
- I want to be able to connect and play.
- I added screenshots Ps: I tried almost any way possible to work around this and nothing seem to work

Bug/creature not available to block
Danithia, banalia's hope was not under summoning sickness or under a spell or ability preventing it from blocking, yet it was not available to block by the app. This cost me the match!

Unable to log in
Currently unable to log in to MTG Arena. It gives me the pictured error when I try.

phoenix exile
Immortal Phoenix not exiled by Eater of Virtue but instead returned to owner's hand.
- Took control of enemy Immortal Phoenix (with The Shattered States Era).
- Equipped Eater of Virtue onto the Immortal Phoenix.
- Used Fatal Grudge and sacrificed Immortal Phoenix as a part of casting cost.
- Immortal Phoenix wasn't exiled but instead returned to owner's hand.

Opponent cheating
Queue into Standard Brawl with Errant, Street Artist(Android)I cast Otherworldly Gaze, chose 1 card and Otherworldly Gaze was exiled and the card chosen was avaliable to cast and Otherworldly Gaze was exiled immediately with nothing stating for that to have happened.Game ended in DEFEAT due to time it takes to report bugged interaction.See attached.Not my job to do such.

Kicked spell visual indicator
When an opponent casts a spell that can be kicked, it would be very useful to have a visual indication if they kicked the spell while it's on the stack.

MTGA mobile froze while getting ready to draft
MTGA mobile froze after I pushed “ready” and waited for the table to be ready in a DMU premiere draft queue, I restarted app and found myself in the middle of pack 1, when MTGA already has autopicked some trash cards ((

Kotoes and Sheoldred
During a game I cast Kotose and exiled Sheoldred from my opponents graveyard and library. Then on my next turn I cast Sheoldred and was in control of it. Then I forced my opponent to draw a card at which point they should have lost 2 life. But I lost 2 life because they drew a card. I believe that because they owner the card in their deck it still treated me as the opponent

iPad/iOS Login Experience Could be Better
The iPad and iOS login experience isn’t great. The keyboard covers the username and password fields and I also have to open up my password manager and search out my wizards.com password—it isn’t automatically suggested. Maybe FaceID/TouchID could be an option as well.

Alchemy Draft missing
Had a premier Alchemy DMU draft go missing today after starting it yesterday (yesterday being 10/06/22) voted on other reports of the same issue but I'm not sure that is enough to ensure I am reimbursed for the lost draft so am creating my own quick report.

Arena downloads all assets from scratch on launch
On my M1 MacBook Pro, Arena wants to download all 6GB of assets again on every launch. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling Arena through the Epic Game Store. I also tried uninstalling Arena, deleting all files related to Arena in ~/Library then reinstalling.

Make the power 9 craftable for direct challenge and cube formats
When I saw the initial spoiler that the "power 9 were coming to arena", I was on the edge of my seat reading more. Utter disappointment filled me when I learned that they were not in fact coming to arena, except in a very indirect manner via one card, Oracle of the Alpha. While this is still pretty cool, in my opinion this diminishes the main source of excitement.
Anyone with any background in software engineering will easily understand that making these cards craftable is a trivial matter of configuration. The engine already supports drawing these cards, playing them, tapping…

Client froze during draft
Client froze after I clicked "Ready". I tried to restart, but then it download and installed an update. When I got back into the draft, the computer had already made several picks for me.

Alchemy needs to stay out of Historic
No one who plays Historic wants the nerfed cards Alchemy is bringing. Keep Historic as it is, with Alchemy as its own format. Otherwise me and my dollars are going elsewhere. We get that you're trying to be Hearthstone, but when you "rebalance" existing cards that have already been printed as such and then tell me I have to use them in my existing Historic decks, we have a problem.
KEEP REBALANCING OUT OF HISTORIC. IF YOU NEED TO BAN A CARD, FINE. BUT IT SHOULD NEVER BE TWEAKED.
