How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Game crashes after playing Legendaries in "The Ultimate Showdown"
I went to try the mode as it seemeed fun, my first match was completelly fine with Timmy Power Gamer, then i went for the second, the moment i played Ghalta , Primal Hunger the game crashed, whenever i re opened it would try load back the same match, however it would just crash again.
After some minutes i was finally able to open the game, i decided to try another deck, thinking the bug was with that one card, i switched deck to Vorthos, but once again when i played The Locust God the game crashed, this time i…1 vote -
Came back to the game to find missing cards?
Just came back from one year of pause from the game, just to find myself with missing cards.
I started to build some historic brawl deck, and find myself missing some commons I for sure drafted many times back in the past;
I noticed other people having the same problem, and i'll keep spamming until some WOTC personal answer this claims.1 vote -
Sylveun of sea and sky bugged
Sylveun of Sea and Sky is bugged. I targeted it with my merfolk trickster and it tapped, but it kept its abilities and kept granting ward to all my opponent’s creatures. This happened on iOS.

Jetmir's avatar's horns obfiscate card casting cost for commanders in Brawl if they have only one colored mana symbol and it is the only card they are able to cast. Clicking on the card shows only the base mana value of the card, but doesn't show any modifiers such as the commander tax.
Recommendation: clicking on the card shows current mana cost to cast, or remove Jetmir's horns from his avatar.

カードの読み込みに時間がかかります。また、すべてのカードの上部が空白となり、マナコストが表示されなくなりました。2022年10月7日の更新ファイルを実行後に、このような不具合が出ています。

ドラフト開始の画面でフリーズ
団結ドミナリア・アルケミーのプレミアムドラフトで、ドラフト開始の画面のまま進行しなくなった。アプリを再起動したところ、不要なカードをピックが進んだ状態からのスタートとなった。サーバ応答不能時に自動再接続しないままだったり、再接続のアクションを起こすまでに時間がかかり過ぎて、再接続した時には既にピックや対戦がボロボロというケースが多い。再接続時にマッチング画面を出すのも時間を取られるだけなので出さないで欲しい。

I was only refunded for 1 of 2 Drafts affected by the 10/6 update
The 10/6 alchemy update mistakenly closed all open DMU premier and traditional drafts. I saw yesterday that a mass refund would be issued today for the error. Today I found my account with 1 Draft Token (presumably the refund), yet I had BOTH a premier and a traditional DMU draft open that were closed. I am owed a refund for 1 additional draft. Thank you

Deck cannot be changed with Midweek Magic Slow Start
In the previous Alchemy event, it was not possible to replace the deck with an Alchemy Card in the deck edit, but this time it is not possible to change the deck to another deck.

Always a cube draft
Cube drafting shouldn’t be something that’s a “treat”. There should always be at least one cube draft format available to play. Currently my friends and I basically don’t touch Arena unless there is a cube draft going, which we really enjoy but it’s stupid to have a game you like that you can’t play for months at a time.

Trying to Launch the game

freezing
sick to death of Arena freezing on me, having to ctrl alt del then the game restarting with me losing a turn. It is happening twice daily before I decide I have had enough and stop playing. You need to get your act together MTGA is ceasing to be an enjoyable play experience.

draft freeze
Draft freeze during pack selection, miss 5/6 picks, had to restart the client. Manage to get some good cards but was not cool, I was drafting like a god!
No connectivity issues. Please verify. Draft are expensive for this to happen. Thanks!5 votes -
Card Rewards
Card rewards, such as in the Mastery Pass or at the end of a season, should be somehow based on cards not yet in your collection, not based on specific sets. If someone spends $ to, say, collect all of SNC cards in Arena, they probably should not be later rewarded at the end of a season with a ton of SNC cards.

only one card from double rare pack
Double Rares Not Loading
Recently, I opened a pack with a doubled mythic rare: two Meathook Massacres. I was excited to build a new deck around them, then opened up my deckbuilder to find I only possessed one copy of the card. I spend mythic rares to get two more for the deck.
This morning, this same thing just happened with Minsc and Boo from a Baldur's Gate pack. Two Minsc and Boos were displayed, but only one is in my inventory.

new set colletion window/screen
The new set collection is nice but needs more. Should be able to toggle through Unique and Playset. You're also missing Mystical Archive and the Anthologies and the Arena base set (very viable in Alchemy)

BUG
First off, your support section, and how to receive support is one of the worst systems I have ever seen, I think the only worse website for support is the Department of Veterans Affairs.
This happens on PC and Android.
I am trying to make my deck, it says I have 2 Faceless Haven cards available, i add 2, and it gives me the message the deck has the following issues, deck contains cards not in your collection. you guys need to fix this.1 vote
