How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Quick Capenna Draft: loss for queue cancel
Went from 3-1 to 3-2 after cancelling a 9 minute queue. I don't know what qualifies as evidence, but I have 17lands active. Does that help? I just started two days ago and this is really frustrating with my poor gem stock :(

waiting for server
game loads and then stays stuck with a black screen saying "Waiting for server". Its been happening for the last two days. a friend has the same issue for a week now..
My internet and laptop are fine; this is an issue with arena..

highlight
I was playing premier draft kamigawa.
The opponent started frantically hovering on all cards and the game started lagging.
I managed to cast my spell but it got stuck on the stack and eventually I couldn't take any more game actions and lost.
I'm pretty sure the opponent was abusing the highlight animation to intentionally crash my game.
I strongly recommend the option of disabling these animations.
I'd like to have my entrance fee refunded please.5 votes -
Should be able to play other audio on iPad and still get in-game sound
(iPad) You should be able to play audio from Apple Music or YouTube etc. and still get the in-game sound. The sliders are a great start, but it’s kinda like, what’s the point of sliders if you force me to only listen to your audio? You know what I mean? This is another one of those things that every other app on the App Store has, except for yours, because your software isn’t optimized for iPads, even though you claim it is. I do get the feeling you’re listening to me though, just a little bit.

Emote limit and navigation
With the number of emotes now available, it is disappointing that players are limited to selecting only 10 for use at a time.
Would love to see this limit at least doubled and to help with navigation of the increased emotes, being able to use the mouse wheel to scroll through the emotes menu in game would be awesome.

Can't start ranked or Brawl games
I am unable to start Ranked or Brawl games for about a week now. Arena even allows me to select multiple formats as if they were multiple choice, but the PLAY button is always disabled.

draft froze then auto chose my cards
I was participating in a draft when suddenly the game froze on the message "Waiting on other players to pass a draft pack...". I was unsure how long to wait before restarting so I waited 20 minutes. I then tried to exit the game and was asked to sign in again. When I had entered the game again I found all my cards had been selected for me. I would like a refund on this draft. I have included images of the draft when it froze and the daft after I signed in again.

Card stuck in Limbo on screen for rest of game
I played: Tenacious Underdog on my turn.
Opponent played: Skyclave Apparition and exiled Tenacious Underdog, I immediately played Power Word Kill on Skyclave Apparition.
Skyclave Apparition was distroyed, but Tenacious Underdog went to their side of the board as if Skyclave Apparition didn't die. On my next turn, Tenacious Underdog was returned to my side of the board but was not really there. It never showed up in my graveyard and for the rest of the game it showed but didn't exist3 votes -
Draft pick became random
I started a quick draft of streets of new capenna and I picked a "Workshop Warchief" but I obtained "Raffine's Silencer". After that, I continued picking but many cards I have chosen became in other ones, even in cards that were not in the pack.
Because of that issue the picking process was totally random and I could not construct my deck properly.
I am writing to inform you and to request to play another draft in normal conditions.

MTG-Arena's Bot is utter ****
The bot on Arena is just utter ****. The digital format for Duel Masters, a tcg that branched off of mtg in Japan in the very early 2000's has a way much better bot for their digital format. Their bot let's you choose what deck it uses, you can even let it use a deck you made as an option. It even has a difficulty setting. Unlike Arena's bot which is utter trash tbh.

Mythic rare Wild card lost when switching platforms
I had 2 mythic rare wild cards. I created a deck on mac, finished the deck using one wild card on android. Went back to mac and opened deck. It showed that i still had 2 mythic rare wilds and that the card wasnt crafted.i tried to craft the card again. It then used my second wild card but didnt give me an extra of the card. Going back to android it shows i still have a mythic rare wild card but throws an error when i try to use it. Can i get my mythic rare wildcard back please?

Missing cards after purchase
After purchase of a card in the daily deal section, I purchased another card without clicking “claim”. Neither purchase found it’s way to my account, but the costs were incurred by my account. This has happened on 3 occasions.

Disable enemy card hovering
Do you approve of the annoyance caused by an opponent constantly swirling there mouse over cards and highlighting / flashing / whatever you call it?
The feature has no value in the game.
Please add a switch to DISABLE MOUSE OVER FUNCTION that causes card animation.33 votes -

Emotes unequipping
Every time Arena crashes (which is often because it's an unstable mess) it unequips all my emotes. Either fix this, or reimburse me the paid for emotes as they are essentially a faulty product.

BO3 rank point bugged
In Rank Constructed BO3.
The opponent disconnected in the first game and I won the match.
However, the rank point did not increase by two, only by one.20 votes -
iOS mute audio
In iOS, allow other apps to play audio while playing the game.
Allow an actual ‘mute’ (not just turn all volume down) and don’t pause/mute other apps when switching to the game.
For example, music or radio or podcasts won’t play while in-game.

Gray merchant of asphodel
How incredibly unfair is that. Silly card ?
Not commmon so strong ?never seen any similar destructive not common and it consider black permanent even the lands they got .
When they spell this silly cards they can choose target to do that amount of damages and they earn the same life points ..
Simply unreal ..
Ban it ,I can’t lose at fifth turn for that card without any strategy ..u just need to put them in ur deck and the game is done …ridicolous
