How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Gray merchant of asphodel
How incredibly unfair is that. Silly card ?
Not commmon so strong ?never seen any similar destructive not common and it consider black permanent even the lands they got .
When they spell this silly cards they can choose target to do that amount of damages and they earn the same life points ..
Simply unreal ..
Ban it ,I can’t lose at fifth turn for that card without any strategy ..u just need to put them in ur deck and the game is done …ridicolous

Exchange wildcard for wildcard
Would be nice if we can exchange 5 wildcard for 1 greater wildcard (5 common for 1 uncommon, 5 uncommon for 1 rare, 5 rare for 1 mythic).
And the opposite would be nice too! (1 mythic for 2 rare, 1 rare for 2 uncommon, 1 uncommon for 2 common).

Mythic card reward bug
Neither two mythic rewards from the mastery pass gave me mythic cards. Instead I got 2 uncommon cards. I checked my collection and there are no new mythic cards.

card changed
Premier Theros draft and I had selected a card but didn't fully click to add to draft deck. When timer ran out, the card in my pool was not in the pack to begin with. It literally gave me a different card. After building my deck and selecting finish build, gave me server error. after going back in to build deck, it gave me the original pick of the card.

Slow loading
Slow Load, stuck on "Loading Initial Scene". I'm on a 2021 Mac Mini, SSD, and yet it takes minutes to load. It really shouldn't be this slow.

Overhaul Matchmaking
So i understand you get a lot of complaints about matchmaking and I have a Suggestion that can fix this.
Matchmaking should create a pool of potential players using the following categories and then narrow the search in this order.
Play Time
Total Cards in Collection
Win Loss Percentile
MMR
Each category should give about a 5% up/down leeway similar to Dark Souls 1 matchmaking. This way players match with other more close to their level. If you don't find a match it increases the Leeway by an additional 5% every minute that passes23 votes -
Turn the earth - upkeep - empty library - death
Playing on my iPad against a mill deck I had Turn the Earth in my graveyard, zero cards in my library, and all lands tapped at the end of my opponents turn. I put a stop on my upkeep then the game untapped for my turn and I immediately died. Since Turn the Earth is an instant and I should have been able to play it by the flasback cost during upkeep and restocked my library to continue the game.

Freezing at Defeat screen
Your Epic software constantly freezes forcing a crash reset at the Defeat screen. It means that half the time one has to not only force quit but wait for a crashed software to rebuild itself before trying to resume. This has been going on for five months since the November update that screwed up the resolution and so many other things.

BOT replay
After the completion of a BOT game, permit a replay using the same decks. This will permit an opportunity to change tactics to better understand the workings of the deck.

Enable banning players that abuse rope
Some players abuse the roping system, clearly to annoy the opponent. It's extremely detrimental to the experience and to the community. Yes, you can report players but frankly no one know if anything happens at all after that.
There should be a feature that if a player ropes every single priority more than 10 times on a game it allows you to ban that player so you don't ever play against that player again.

Gearhulk Bug, Please Fix!
Tried to cast "Absorb Energy" from the graveyard by flashing in "Torrential Gearhulk" in responce to my opponents spell being on the stack and using gearhulks ETB ability. But when presented with the card i selected to play from my graveyard (Absorb Energy) it just said "you cannot cast this card". Why is this? It is a valid target being an instant spell in my graveyard. Please Fix! Luckily it didn't cost the game and I still won but it is an annoying bug so please fix it!

Bought Ancient dragon bundle and didn't receive it
bought the bundle from the store that contained 5 ancient dragons from the Alchemy Horizons: Baldur's Gate set and didn't get them but it took my gems

Bruenor doesn't work!
Bruenor doesn't work. He gives equipped creatures +2/+0 but doesn't make the first equip cost 0.

Jump In tri-colour packets not being offerred anymore
I did multiple Jump In entries after DMU release, and noticed that the tri-colour packets (from SNC) weren't being offerred at all. Four of them are fine for Standard 2023 and thus are fine to include, and Cabaretti only has one slot that needs to be updated (it currently uses AFR cards - Swarming Goblins and Elturgard Ranger. Possible replacements include: Keldon Strike Team, Rural Recruit, Searchlight Companion, Warm Welcome, Imperial Oath, Clarion Cathars, Captain's Call, Argivian Cavilier, or even Goblin Gang Leader.)
Also, on the subject of the tri-colour packs, I always felt the land distribution when paired with…

Threats Undetected
I encountered a bug in the 6th game of my arena open entry. After casting the card Threats Undetected one of the cards not put in my hand permanently appeared on the top of my library and I stopped drawing cards for the rest of the game.

Vertical scrolling of the card collection
Please make vertical scrolling of the card collection. I implore you to implement it. Current horizontal sliding is unusable.

Product Suggestion
Please fix the sound from fading and sound components (sfx, etc) from fading out shortly upon beginning play in a match.
