How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Premier Draft not counting win
Greetings, Lords of Waterdeep!
I'm playing the game on a macOS device. Earlier today I started a Forgotten Realms Premier Draft and won my first game (opponent conceded). Afterwards, the progress bar thingy that counts wins did not progress to "1 win" and instead stayed at 0. I thought this might've merely been a display bug and closed the game at that point.
A few hours later I reopened the game and continued the draft, playing a second game. Beforehand I noticed the incorrect win count was still displayed. After luckily winning this game too, the count correctly advanced by…27 votes -
Direct Challenge and Friend Challenge bugged
The only way to challenge friends is via Direct Challenge and you both have to issue a challenge and know each other's name. Clicking on the Silhouette in the lower left hand corner and issuing a challenge don't work anymore and hasn't since the last two updates. I have tested this on both desktop computer and mobile phone.

Goblin Ringleader only reveals the Top 3 Cards
Goblin Ringleader reads that whenever it comes into play, it reveals the top 4 cards of the deck and keep all Goblins.
Every time I cast this card, it only reveals the top 3. Both the tooltip, and "Revealed Cards" box only shows 3 cards.
This happens every match.

Mobile Graphics Options
The graphics for the PC are great, but on the mobile devices, they seem to be a little too intense. It would be great too see options to lower the graphics of the game either in specific areas or in general on the mobile platform. My phone gets very hot running the game, and the lag makes it extremely frustrating. Lag is persistent, every game, and probably doubles the time of my turns. Please turn down our 6 create options for graphics!

Infinite Loop
Was about to win a match when my opponent used Marauding Blight-Priest + Exquisite Blood to exploit a loop where if I lose a life the opponent gains a life, but if the opponent gains life then I lose life and so on. Opponent was at 6 life and I had over 20 but I still lost because of the loop. Also, while the loop was in process I was unable to concede, so I had to just sit and watch as I lost life one at a time.

Wrong interaction with emergent ultimatum
When playing Emergent Ultimatum My cards were exiled and not played, which caused me to lose the match and ranking points

Unable to join Premier Draft
Put 1500 gems on premier draft and when trying to join queue i get "network error: unable to join event".
Please fix or refund or fix and refund!

Loss registered without a match played
During arena decathlon event 3 I hit cancel to stop queueing and the event registered a loss. As a result I did not get to play the full number of matches allotted to me. I would like a refund of the 2k gold entry fee.

Game randomly skips turn?
I was playing a game on PC. On one turn, I blocked one of their creatures then countered a spell during their main phase. Immediately after, the game skipped to the start of their next turn, allowing them to attack and win the game. None of my lands had untapped, so it seemingly completely skipped my entire turn. They had also not cast any spells allowing them a second turn. Does anyone know why this could happen?

Shield Counters are bugged iOS
In multiple games both my opponent and I have lost a shield counter on our creatures after attacking/blocking another creature which didn't have enough power to destroy it in the first place. PLEASE FIX THIS, I am paying gems to draft New Capenna and this bug keeps occuring!

Pc crashou quando jogando draft
Estava jogando draft tradicional por volta de 18:55 quando o jogo crashou meu notebook dell, tive que reiniciar o aparelho e quando tentei abrir o jogo ele apresentou falhas continuamente, só consegui abrir o jogo 20 minutos depois e perdi aquela rodada do draft

Android app blocked. I ve ti kill and restart and lose 3 turns (and game,)
At 11:40/45 italiano time of today 28/09/2022 i was playing my last historic event game.
During my First turn game freezer.
I have to kill app (on Android) and reopen It and loose 2 turns and the game, so event ended (i was 4-2) so i lose my possibilità to gain booster packs, gems and play in point.

Pre-release packs disappeared
I got packs from the pre-release and I couldn’t open them until July 7th, then an update for the game came out and ever since the update they have disappeared but I still have the dot in the packs tab. Please help.

Please add (and document it somewhere) possibility to have translations to other languages
I have created an app that allowed to translate the client prior to version 2021.9.0.3880.888241. Unfortunately that version has more rigorous checksum checks and Arena is rendered unusable in the process. Modified files are deleted but original ones are not being downloaded.
My project mtgpopolsku.pl was used by many players that don't know any of available languages. My voluntary (and completely free) work was beneficial to you and I even have permission to do so.
Please add a way to translate the interface and card database and to add new language to drop-down menu in settings.

Stifle should maintain priority
I just lost to my own pact of negation trigger while I had stifle in my hand and the mana to use it. This shouldn't happen; please program stifle to maintain full control priority when a trigger goes on the stack. Immediately after I cast pact of negation I pressed ctrl and shift but my opponent had clicked pass turn and in that moment the game did not process my full control and instead ended the game in defeat.

Black screen
Android mobile device. App opens only to black screen. Turned phone off and back on, didn't work. Uninstalled and reinstalled app, didn't work. Maintenance performed on 01/27/2022 and game hasn't worked since.
