How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

    Japanese translation is missing the "other" wording, to indicate that it does not count when the card itself is modified.

  2. Error Updating Data

    The game is stuck on startup.
    It says : "Error Updating Data - Please check your connection and try again".

    Obviously my connection work just fine. I think this is a bug.

    団結のドミナリアは失敗作

    赤単か黒単しか見かけない。
    ニューカペナまで築き上げた、構築の多様性が失われた。
    スクイーとリリアナ、シェアルドレッドを早々に禁止して、環境の多様化を図ってほしい。

    そして、ここに辿り着くまでのルートのたらい回し感がすごい。

  6. Arena will relaunch to verify asset contents (loop)

    PLatform PC/Windows

    Dxdiag information added in logs as well as multiple logs leading to the same result.

    After the download of the Neon Dynasty update I get an error that says Arena will relaunch to verify asset contents. This keeps looping. I have looked online but the proposed fix of changing IP's does not work. Really bummed. Tried removing a lot of data. Everything gets downloaded then I get the same error again. Please help for a fix.

  8. Dracula Card Styles from Double Feature not awarded *after NEON update*

    Good morning,
    After the Dracula card styles were not awarded for the Double Feature event, we were told that the styles would be awarded two per event after the first following the Neon Dynasty update. I continued to play the events, playing the nine events needed to collect all the styles, but after updating for Neon Dynasty, I see that the Dracula card styles are available for purchase, but not awarded from the event. I have verified this using both my PC client and my iOS client.

  9. 3-5 player multiplayer

    I have many friends who play Arena, but a main issue is that we cannot all play together. I understand it is a huge undertaking, but adding in 3 -5 player multiplayer would really help many of us players who can't always travel to our friends' places far away to play Magic with them. Heck, adding 4 player multiplayer would be amazing, or even 3.

  10. Rigged

    I believe, strongly, that your game is rigged. If you don't stop with these greedy, malicious, unfair practices I'll take my business elsewhere. Just plain let a random generator generate the cards and stop toying with your players.

  11. SNC Quick Draft Pick Errors

    For each pack during quick draft, several of the cards I picked and confirmed were clearly not selected. It was usually the first 3-4 picks, but not always. Please see the attached video. I was playing via mobile on Android.

  12. Your servers area problem

    The servers here freeze and kick you out far too much for this game to remain enjoyable. As I read suggestions here, this is the most reoccurring problem. Leaving it unaddressed smacks of indolence.

    バグか判断が付かないため、こちらのフォームにて失礼いたします。
    以前もご連絡させて頂いたのですが、未だ直っていないようですので再度ご連絡いたします。

    『渦巻く霧の行進』日本アーティスト版のカードスタイルにて、日本人アーティスト名が未表記となっているようです。

    これはバグなのでしょうか、それとも意図的なものでしょうか。

    担当アーティストより直接確認を取るべきでしょうか。

  15. Draft

    After a friend sent a challenge, i started a game of ranked draft "Premier draft dominaria united". This friend then canceled his challenge while I was ingame. Then my screen turned black saying "waiting for server" and then came back to the launcher. I was winning but the game declared it as a defeat.

  16. 販売するスタイルの表示について　About displaying styles for sale

    9月3日の日替わりセールの選択が、カード名が表示されているだけでどのイラストの選択に対応しているか分からなかった。

    I didn't know which illustration Opt corresponds to the Opt of the daily sale on September 3rd, just by displaying the card name.

    以前にも成長のらせんとしか表示のないスタイル含むセットを購入したところ、ミスティカルアーカイブの成長のらせんしか対応しておらず、使えないということがありました。

    Previously, when I purchased a set that included a style that was only labeled as Growth Spiral, it was only compatible with Growth Spiral from Mystical Archive, and I couldn't use it.

    複数のイラストがあるスタイルは、販売時にどのイラストが対応しているのかを分かるようにしてください。

    For styles with multiple illustrations, please make it clear which illustration is compatible at the time of sale.

  17. ladder play no longer affects my rank

    Ladder play no longer affects my rank. It's been this way for weeks now. I remain stuck at Bronze Tier 1 no matter how many ladder games I win or lose.

  18. Timer stopped

    I was playing a game in ranked, and the opponents timer began to run out. It got to the end and simply stopped. The hourglasses didn't disappear and I was locked on the screen. I eventually had to log out of the account entirely. Any idea on what occurred?

  19. Timer not starting

    I am being held ******* in a game. The timer does not seem to activate and now I am waiting for my opponent to end their turn for several minutes now.

    Please open up a mode for free play limited.

    Here's the deal - I know I suck. I don't have time to play enough to practice, and thus there's really no way I could develop adequate skills. I have a job, and I have a family and they prioritize my time. When I do have an opportunity to play, I do like to play (in theory) virtually.
