How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Alchemy Event (Bo1) not awarding Alchemy: Kamigawa ICRs
I've played 11 Alchemy Events (Bo1) since the Alchemy: Kamigawa patch update on 3/17/22 and only been awarded ICRs from Alchemy: Innistrad. I will continue playing the events and collect screenshots.

rem karolus
Rem Karolus is severely bugged, which caused an unexpected loss in a Double Feature draft. I had Rem Karolus on the battlefield, then my opponent cast "mirrorhall mimic" to make their own copy. After they cast their copy, they were able to destroy my creatures with direct damage spells, which should not be possible. The rules text is not written in a way that would prioritize the second instance of Rem, since it's a replacement effect rather than global. Between Gisa, Glorious Resurrector and Rem Karolus there are at least two high-impact rares in the format that do not follow…

Not Receiving Gems for Duplicate Rares
For at least a week, I've been playing standard events and when I recieved a duplicate rare individual rare card award I have not received any gems.

Kamigawa Mastery Time reduced?
Mastery pass end date appears to have been reduced all of a sudden by 7 days this week. I'm no longer on track to complete it. Please revert, provide additional experience codes to make up, or refund.

English Decklist import
As you know, the most common language of Magic player knowledge is English.
In other words, the most part of decklists on the web are in English, too.
Then, why don't you make it enable to import English decklist regardless to the client displaying language?

I just lost an entire turn and then the game to an exploit in your turn timer coding my opponent abused. He cast Soul Warden x2 then Scurry
I just lost a game because my opponent used an exploit to skip my turn.
He cast [[Heliod, Sun-Crowned]] on turn 3, then on turn 5 he cast two [[Soul Warden]]s followed by a [[Scurry Oak]] then he was able to queue up enough animations that I did not get to take my turn and the following turn he was able to attack freely

Pets and other cosmetics from previous mastery passes
I would like the ability to purchase pets and other cosmetics from previous set mastery passes. One of my favorite parts of playing MtGA is customizing each deck with an avatar, card sleeves and pets. I haven't been able to play during certain times of the year due to the demands of my job and have consequently missed some mastery passes from previous sets. I would like the ability to earn (preferably purchase) rotated mastery pass items such as card cosmetics, sleeves and most importantly, pets which don't seem to ever make their way back into the store for some…

Received card I already had 4 of as event reward
I was playing the Midweek Magic event for 6/28-6/30 and when I won my first match my reward rare was Voice of the Blessed. I know I already had four of this card because I played Orzhov Clerics during VOW standard, and VotB is a 4-of in that deck. So, I effectively received no reward; this doesn't seem right.

Give players board preference settings
I and several streamers and high level players I know have long wanted customizable board settings for MTG Arena.
Many of the current animated boards are bright and irritating to the eyes for streamers who play for long periods of time and take up a LOT of RAM.
I don't suggest you guys do away with the animated boards, I know you put a lot of work into them and they add flavor and immersion to the game, I'd simply suggest make the current random selection of boards the default setting for new players and give players the option to…

Availability in Philippines
Hey,
A lot of fans here in PH have been waiting for a long time for the game to be available on mobile. However, due to the ****** Tencent contract we are not able to install the game and thus, resulting players to opt for APK installs instead.
Again, China is not the whole asia region!!!

game froze out of nowhere. while it was the opponents turn i saw their timer running out. nothing happened. alt+f4 the game when i came back i was at 2 life and with little time on my clock. thx for nothing

Remove furigana from Japanese text
In Japanese writing, there is something called furigana. These are auxiliary characters used to explain difficult kanji readings. The Japanese version of MTG Arena also has this furigana attached to card names. However, when card names appear in plain text, these furigana make the text very difficult to read. For example, even for words consisting of multiple Kanji characters, furigana are added immediately after each Kanji character, which is a hindrance to understanding.
Ideal: 裕福（ゆうふく）な亭主（ていしゅ）
Actual: 裕（ゆう）福（ふく）な亭（てい）主（しゅ）
It is as if it were written "under[ʌndɚ]stand[st'ænd]."
Also, furigana are attached to simple kanji, which is also very disturbing.

Better Timer
Faster Game time mode, or fix your timer. Currently, I find in standard play frequently my games run past 15 minutes. That is 100% purely people not paying attention to the game and running the clock. Probably on purpose. There is 0 reason why someone with a single action that can be taken, should be allowed to sit for almost a full minute before extra time kicks in.
The current system is garbage and needs to be addressed. Either with a pure 30 second time mode, no bonus time, no nothing. Play fast or lose rest of your turn. Or…

Not able to add standard legal version of esika's chariot
I have been sitting here for 30 min trying to figure out how to add the standard legal version of esika's chariot that I crafted a playset of to my greasefang deck. No matter how I search it only shows the redesigned version available to me and makes my deck invalid. I can find the normal version in my collection but it won't let me put it in a deck. Please help getting frustrated as I spent all my wildcards building a deck I can't even build.
