How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Got 20 gems instead of a rare
I opened a Kal pack and I received 20 gems instead of a rare. I don’t have the entire Kal rare collection.

Neon Dynasty Preorder Bundles Not Showing
The preorder bundles for the wanderer and Kaito play are not showing in the store for preordering only the raccoon bundle is showing.

Can’t play
I log in to the game and I go to play any game. It does not matter what it is, as long as it isn’t the tutorial. I am not able to play anything. The play button to start searching is greyed out. I am on my IPhone.

Mythic card reward not obtainedˋ

First Daily/Weekly Win Skipped
(On PC)
I won twice in draft today and played the midweek magic event till I received all the rewards (3 wins needed). But looking at my daily wins specifically, it says I've only won 4 times today. Been noticing this over the past few days, and I'd like to know if it's happening to others3 votes -
draft freeze
During a premiere draft event my game would not pass me any packs during pick 10 of pack 2. After about 5 minutes I went to close and reload the game and it had auto picked the rest of my deck. Would it be possible to get my entry fee I paid back?

An unfavorable trigger warning.
In the spirit of helping new players and creating a quick, worry-free play experience, I want to suggest a warning of playing cards into unfavorable game state triggers.
Ex. Player A has a Vorinclex on the board. Player B wants to play Binding the Old Gods to remove it.Ex. Player A has Strict Proctor in play. Player B wants to play Apparition to remove it.
Before casting it, I suggest having an "are you sure" pop up like targeting creatures with Ward or targeting your own creatures with removal. This would prevent reflex plays that often lead to quick…

Include button ' Concede and play again '
Include an aditional button in match options to "Concede and Search another match", so we don't need to go to game menu to play again.

Jump in Second Packet choice
1 After selecting a single color packet, two color packets of different colors are displayed in the options.
Example: Pick Red → Black and white packets are displayed in the options
2 After selecting two-color packets, monochromatic packets not included in those two colors are displayed.

Bug
Hi. Im having issue with finishing collor challange,for some reason on white deck doesnt allow me to play last part. Everything else was fine and all other events works perfectly fine. Any help to pass it would be good. Thx

Incorrect description in "JUMP IN!" event
In "COMPLETE LIST OF JUMP IN! PACKETSS" there is some incorrect card probabilities:
"You Hear Something on Watch" in "LEGION"
"Bury in Books" in "SORCEROUS"

basic land
Players should have acsess to all basic lands in past standards, even ones from before they started playing.

Moraug Bug
the last sentence of the card’s description says “untap all creatures you control” and it simply doesn’t happen at the beginning of the second combat step.

Impact on in game economy
The latest release of Alchemy was the final straw for me, an avid MTG player since Scars of Mirrodin, and spender of on average around £100 a month on Arena.
The shear volume of rares being released, the lack of any in game mechanism for 'dusting', trading, or likewise, and understanding that cards can now be reduced in quality with zero refund opportunity having removed all consumer confidence in my purchases has just made me delete my payment details from the Arena client, and I'll no longer be a pay to play player.
