How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

- Enter your feedback
- Add any relevant screenshots/videos
Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

deck selection
During the Slow start weekly event, the Client selected a deck other than the option I clicked on and wont allow me to change it. Every time I click to select the appropriate deck instead it reverts to editing the original deck selection.

Gold missing
40k gold missing from my account and I haven't made any purchases lately... it was there yesterday and I logged in today and it's gone. Nothing to show where it went.

Match frozen
I was playing with my android cellphone the quick draft.
I was attacking and it simply started to run my clock, I was not able to do anything else and despite my time ran out I couldn't even quit the game by conceding. It was an important match to me that would make me win enough gems for the sealed.... 😭😭😭

Buying card sleeves in the store fails and disappears
I bought card sleeves at the store, but the Darvriel card sleeves don't seem to have been purchased successfully. It's not in the collection and it's not in the store, so I can't buy it any more.

My Jump In deck disappeared after 07/07 update
I ran the 07/07/2022 update, then logged in to play. However, my Jump In deck had disappeared. I liked that deck, but sonce they are random, I can’t get it back. Did this happen to anyone else?

Daily Rewards Didn't Give me my FULL reward
Completed 3 Daily Challenges at the same time...3 500 Gold Play Green Spells and it only gave me 1000Gold and 1500XP...XP part was accurate but the gold wasn't.

Where does the fifth copy goes? And mastery pass
Where does the fifth copy goes? It seems that it disapears as soon as I got it. Even rares. Maybe I don't know where it goes, I need some help

Suggestion: Proxies for unranked games - 1 proxy per current rank (mythic: 6)
It's painful to use wildcards for a deck you think would work great - but then it doesn't perform as you expected. So you've wasted that precious wildcard ... that's a bad user experience.
In paper magic, there is an easy solutions: Proxies. We put a piece of paper in our sleeves and write the name of the card on it. We test it and if it works we buy the cards.
Like in paper magic, proxies should not be allowed in competitions or ranked games.
For unranked games, to avoid the risk of taking away the fun of collecting…

Endless spawn glitch combo
Endless loop error:
card combo: Heliod suncrowned+peaceful innkeeper+scurry oak= infinite life, infinite token spawns, endless loop in game. See my ID’s game log for 20:10 PST today.

I've bought one card a week ago or so at the "dily offers", and the card never appears for me to choose.

Turn skipped because opponent took too many stepns on their turn
Playing Historic event - opponent has essentially an infinite trigger event, should have had his turn skipped, but because of the amount of triggers, he timed out, them arena didn't end his turn, but did start mine. I couldnt do anything, and when the triggers had resolved it skipped through each of my steps as if I had been the one to timeout. Opponent combo was a lunarch (ETB gain1 life), a 2 mana +1 counter creature, and a squirrel creating creature, and heliod. On PC

Alchemy Card that drafts the early legendary creatures
It might be an interesting idea to have two Alchemy cards like the following:
Cost: WUBRG (CMC=5)
Legendary Enchantment
Legendary creatures you control get +X/X where X is that creature's manavalue.
Whenever a creature with no ability enters the battlefield under your control put the following conters on it, a vigilance counter if it is white, a hexproof counter if it is blue, a lifelink counter if it is black, a trample counter if it is red and a reach counter if it is green.Cost: WUBRG (CMC=5)

Historic Refresh
Historic really needs some life breathed into it. With all the cards available I see so many of these three:
1) Kor Spiritdancer/Sram/Lurrus
2) Minion of the Mighty
3) Muxus, Goblin GrandeeDon't get me wrong, I love it when people find cool combos, but these are just done to death (like run the stats if you can). You could really reopen historic up by removing Kor and Minion (even if temporarily) so we get the brains churning again. These are historic unranked best of ones - my quick pick. Compensation packs
Many players (mostly mobile ones) are not receiving the compensatory packs for the bug in the alchemy challenges, can you at least avoid bugs when you compensate the players?
