How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

- Enter your feedback
- Add any relevant screenshots/videos

mastery pass reward missing
I just reached level 11 NEO mastery with the paid pass and did not receive any mythic card reward that it shows I should have gotten.
If you're going to screw us out of promised rewards, you could at least reduce the cost of the pass, or SOMETHING.

mtg arena Grapeshot bug - copies doesn't apply the permanent effects
When play Conductive Current, and then play grapeshot, the permanent effect (+2 damage) doesn't apply in the copies in the stack.
This happen after the update.

premier draft bug
the client stopped on the wheel "waiting for server" during the third game of a premier draft,forcing me to close the client.When i log in again the game i was playing was a loss.

limited rank not going up
My rank in limited is not moving... just says I must "play a game" after 2 sealed events.

Ban Tibalt Trickery
Turn two Ulamog, Ugin, Genesis Ultimatum, etc. Who thought this was a good idea? Love the idea of a red counter with a drawback, but the wording should have been an opponent's spell. Turned a good idea into a sigh worthy trend.

premier draft bug
the client stopped me at P3p7 of a premier draft.After restarting the client the drafting table was gone.

Infinite Loops need a Set number input
Infinite loops occur in MTG. It's a thing, and a very big part of certain formats. IRL and by legal rulings they may occur however many times the player desires and is usually handled by simply stating that you repeat the process X number of times. Please add a feature where it detects an infinite loops, or allows the player to submit X sequence of inputs X number of times. I've lost games because I couldn't feasibly bring my life total to the 9999999 it should've been brought to, just because this function is absent despite it being a part…

In a standard 2022 ranked match opponent used The Book of Exalted Deeds that it should be banned.

dice roll for play first produce unfair impossible stats
It is the first time that I arrived to mythic and I started when I was diamond to keep track of the games with arena tutor.
When I was under 1200 I saw that I had very bad dice rolls on who will play first. Something like 1 time I won 12 I lost. So I checked the last 7 days in mythic and I saw 78 loses on dice roll and 26 win on dice roll. Soulcipher Board - Can no longer select cards.
While playing in a Sealed Event, I triggered Soulcipher Board and was given two cards to choose between, one of which had to be dragged to the graveyard. I clicked "view battlefield", then when I toggled back, I could no longer select a card. The cards would enlarge when moused over, but they would not get an orange border and could not be selected at all.I tried to see if going back to View Battlefield, then selecting "view Browser" again would solve the bug, but that only made it worse: now, all my cards were invisible, and nothing could even…

Skipped through my turn on IOS
I clicked the end turn button, distinctly not the auto pass button, and it skipped through attacks and past my second main phase which caused me to lose the draft game.

MTGアリーナ（PC）でのニューカペナドラフト中に時間切れでの自動ピック後フリーズが2イベント連続で起きました。
フリーズの復帰は再起動でしかできず、その間自動ピックとなっておりました。

I played Gutmorn, Pactbound Servant in best of one alchemy, and received a Consider from my opponent. The alternate cost correctly showed in my hand as 1 generic mana. When I went to cast the spell, it wanted me to pay 1 blue mana instead.

Ominous Traveller Didn't Return to Hand
I played Ominous Traveller got a Champion of the Perished and passed the turn, the next turn I played Champion of the Perished and it didn't have the purple text and didn't bounce my champion of the perished. Maybe perpetually cards are broken after the last patch and instead are doing until end of turn?
