2. Missing promo card at 45/90 Ixalan and Rivals of Ixalan packs bundle

   As soon as WotC add the opportunity to buy 45/90 packs bundle for gold, I plan to buy Ixalan and Rivals of Ixalan. But I noticed that unlike all other bundles, this bundle does not have a promo card in 45/ 90 packs bundle. Please, as you will be adding option to buy bundles for gold, also add promo cards for Ixalan block bandles, as in other bundles.

   TLDR: Ixalan and Rivals of Ixalan 45/90 packs bundle in store doesnt have promo card like all other 45/90 packs bundle. Please fix.

3. クラッシュ

   スタンダードイベント中に突然アプリが落ちました。
   その後、アプリが起動出来なくなりました。
   起動しようとしても真っ暗な画面のまま数秒で落ちます。
   起動するためにはアプリをインストールし直すしか方法がありません。
   スタンダードイベントもゴールドを使用して参加しているのに、強制的に負け扱いになるのは納得が行きません。

4. New Capenna Premier Draft Bug

   Draft blocked on the 5th pick, without the chance to continue.
   It shows 2 packs in the stack but it doesn't shows the cards.
   Can I ask for a refound as I lost my gems?

   i wanna report a bug.
   while I was playing the image froze and never came back. Then after fifteen minutes of waiting (as seen in the image) I had to exit the game and then enter and find out that the draft had ended and my deck chose itself.

8. I'm tired of getting insulted by this game's economy

   I'm a whale on this game. You can verify my purchase history.

   With this game it's always a feels-bad after I spend money to buy gems. With the economy stream I expected better treatment from you, but instead felt very insulted. After 3+ years of playing your game non-stop (you can verify my account's history), I finally took the decision on stopping and taking a huge break.

   Not only did you insulted us all with your plans to fix the economy, but you don't hear the message loud and clear from your players! WE WANT DUSTING! WE WANT BETTER REWARDS! WE WANT TO BE ABLE TO BUY WCs WITH GOLD OR GEMS! WE WANT WILDCARDS FOR BALANCE CHANGES!

   Then what do we get from your stream? "Here's a $50 bundle for 16 wildcards! We promise that's what you want! What you think you want is not what you want, believe us"

   I'm done with this and moving on with my life, and I think it's the best decision to make. I invite others who see this to take that decision for your own mental health!

9. Thoughts on how to fix the Arena economy

   Anyways, heard you made an economy stream, but I felt that many of the suggestions you made to improve the economy were a bit off the mark, so I wanted to provide my input to the matter.

   The Arena economy runs on a couple of metrics. First, there is cards earned, which given the current economy, can basically be reduced to rare/mythic cards earned. Next, there is cost above return, which is the cost of the event or pack, minus the currency you get from it(and you probably don't want players to generate more currency by playing more, since that means the economy is harder to control). Third, there is time played.

   Now let's look at all the ways you can play the game, as someone with a 50% win rate. The absolute most efficient rate of cards/currency is playing ranked, since it's free, and eventually you get cards from it. However, that format is absolutely miserable in terms of time invested per reward(since you only get rewards on ranking up), to the point that it's rewards really need to be buffed quite hard, because otherwise it isn't worth the time needed.

   Then we have the best of one constructed event, which is the next best return on investment. This is because it is so cheap, people can play through multiple times. This event is absurdly efficient at getting people cards, to the point that it is more efficient than quick draft(for anything other than time), and most people can continue to play it over and over again. Since it's the best mode, you probably shouldn't increase the rewards, unless you want to increase the rewards for everything else. The problem with this format is that everyone plays it, and you can't sideboard, so experienced people with strong one note decks fight against inexperienced people with weak decks, which isn't fun for new players, and everyone experiences the same decks all the time, which isn't fun even for experienced players.

   Then there's the Best of three constructed. This format has worse average rewards than the Best of one, and this is because you receive far fewer ICRs. However, it is a much better format to have experienced players in, as people can sideboard, and actually counter peoples decks without having their winrate plummet against others. In order to improve the rewards, I initially thought that having duplicate protected ICRs would be good for this format, as it means that experienced player with large collections would be incentivized to play this format, leaving less experienced players with best of one being the most rewarding format. However, duplicated protected ICRs are probably too much of a reward, and will cause people to complete their collection far too easily. As such, I'd say provide some rerolls of the ICRs in best of three, if they get a rare/mythic they already have(basically duplicate protection, but not guaranteed).

   After that, you have the limited events. Quick draft being the best for 50% players(being twice as good as packs, without duplicate protection), sealed being good for very bad players(because of high minimum values), and actual drafting against other people potentially being lucrative, but not as good on average(I think it's 1.6 times as good as packs).

   Remember, even if you improve the rewards of less efficient options, as long as you don't improve things to be above what was the most efficient thing to do, the economy will still be roughly the same, but with more variety, which is something to strive for.

   However, there's a type of event missing, which is something for new players, as well as people who are tired of playing overpowered cards and against overpowered cards. My thought would be have preconstructed decks that are balanced against each other, but are fairly weak overall. This is because more experienced players have a larger collection, so are advantaged against new players, which tends not to be the best experience for the new players. I'd have this provide the same rewards as the best of one constructed event, so new players can build up their collections, without having to struggle against the best cards to eek out a win.

   Another thing you should take note of is the daily wins. Wins are very hard to achieve for new players with bad collections, and since you need currency to improve your collection, this is very bad. I'd say change to completed games without you forfeiting, which provides an incentive to continue games, without needing to actually win them.

   Daily quest being able to reroll into higher gold ones means that the optimal play pattern is to not complete the lower gold quests, which seems like a poor play pattern to have.

   So another thing you should know, is that you are releasing far too many cards for how many you reward. In fact, I feel like even with great rewards, you are still releasing too many cards, as even if people are able to get these cards, it would be difficult to play with all of them. However, there isn't a good way to fix that, other than reduce the number of cards coming down the pipeline. However, in doing so, you are neglecting the cards that you have already released.

   In order to improve that situation, I'd recommend redoing old historic sets more often than you currently are, such as doing AKR, KLR, and the other historic drafts, Jumpstart(historic horizons or otherwise), and providing the first of those drafts free. I'd recommend a schedule of a week of event, and a week of no event(because of potential low demand), and leave it to you to determine which ones to do.

   Edit. Oh, and also give exclusive alchemy ICRs for Alchemy events, as it's too expensive to get into Alchemy with packs, and the amount of ICRs you can get with the constructed event rewards enables more people to get into it.

10. Game froze forcing reset

    Game froze after casting Invoke Justice. Timer ran out on opponent before resolution but they did not time out, could not even end match by conceeding, had to force quit and restart Arena.

11. Opponent froze

    Mid-match, my opponent stopped responding. The timer clicked down, but then it stopped as well. Rest of the program is NOT frozen; I can click around the screen, click on cards, open the menu, even concede. I can alt-tab away and return to the game, something I cannot do when the game crashes. But I cannot proceed.

14. Ban tibalt trickery in all format NOW

    Tibalt trickery has nothing to do with the game of magic yet i run into it almost three in five games when i am not playing on the ladder. Its is beyond idiotic, completely ruins the game and is simply an affront to everything Magic suppose to stand for.

    Either fix the match up system or ban the card. But this cannot go on. Honestly which idiot designed this card in the first place!

    Alrund´s Epiphany has the wrong casting cost when foretold sometimes. I saw it third time today, therefore I made a screenshot and downloaded the log file.

16. Game closing out randomly

    Since the last update on iPad, the game will frequently crash in the middle of a match. When I reopen, instead of taking me to the game in progress like it used to, it takes me to the starting screen and yet still counts it as a loss.

18. My mastery pass rewards seem to be delayed.

    When I rank to the next level of mastery pass, my exp is perfectly correct. But my rewards are delayed, they take about halfway between level to show up randomly. Not based on exp gains or wins.

19. Torment of Hailfire not letting me select any choices after sacrificing a nonland permanent?

    During a game of Historic Brawl, opponent was playing Tinybones, Trinket Thief vs my Rhys, the Redeemed deck (I have no idea if these are relevant to this bug, but I'm doing this as thoroughly as I can nonetheless.)

    After my first selection of discarding a card (Helm of the Host, and one other card underneath it, Gateway Plaza,) I selected the "Sacrifice a nonland permanent option" for Torment of Hailfire to sacrifice one of my 1/1 White Human Soldier tokens. For some reason, it would not sacrifice the token, as well as after I clicked on the token to sacrifice, it kept me in a suspended state, not sacrificing anything, keeping my timer ticking down. I figured this was a mistake with me clicking out of the browser, so I tried looking for the "Return to Browser" button that normally accompanies these things that allow you to check between the current board/game state, and your options. However, these options were not given to me, and the timer on my end was ticking down. The game forced me to use all three of my time-outs, before forcibly sacrificing my Leyline of Sanctity, Dawn of Hope, and Incubation Druid, which ultimately meant I could not win the match. I, and many other people, have had similar issues before, where Arena delays letting you choose game actions to take, but very rarely does it ever do it to this extreme.

    Please try to fix this before it causes many more to become frustrated, or lose games, due to a bug such as this, especially in a heavily played format such as Brawl/Historic Brawl, these sorts of things can, as explained, cost games, or at the very least time.

20. Momir tokens don’t copy mana cost

    I was playing the Momir event and had a Blight-Breath Catoblepas come in when I have 5 devotion to black. I targeted a 4/4 creature and it got -0/-0. Tokens that are copies of creatures are supposed to copy all values, including mana value
