How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Cannot Complete NEO Mastery
I ran the numbers and it looks like I will fall short of completing the mastery pass by 8-10 levels, at least. I play 2-3 days a week, and always get my 15 weekly wins. It's pretty frustrating to play so much and fall so short. It would be great if Arena offered an event that awarded enough XP to account for the shortfall.

Gisa doesn’t work
So in the double feature decathlon sealed, I had a gisa out and they had dreadfeast demon and a few other creatures (non token). After sacrificing all their creatures, I got none back. This caused me to end up going through 11k coins and not even getting a token, which I would’ve if the game worked properly. They got exiled, but I never got any back.

Arena doesn't work anymore - stuck at "Loading initial Scene"
Since last Update Arena starts up, but stops at the "Loading initial scene" line and never enters the actuall game.

I play on iPad. Please consider displaying a “system is down for maintenance “ message instead of endlessly looping to the login screen.

Bug on Heron-Blessed Geist ability
I was playing Crinsom Vow quick draft and cannot able to activate my Heron-Blessed Geist ability (on the grave). Only able to activate this on my last turn alive.

Fix your useless timeout system!
I am so tired of finally taking a single second to think about my plays and having the game tell me I have no time and just ending my turn. I was ACTIVELY MAKING CHOICES FOR THE SPELL I WAS CASTING and the game just ended my turn, WHILE I STILL HAD TIME ON THE ROPE! My opponent spent minutes at a time in the same game doing nothing and didn't even hit rope, much less timeout. I stop to think about my actions and the game INSTANTLY STARTS TICKING DOWN like -I- am the offender in the match. There…

Luminarch aspirant and Hallowed priest
Luminarch aspirant and hallowed priest and several other +1/+1 when gaining life cards stop working once Katilda, Dawnheart Prime enters the playing field. you still get the hp but not the attack buff

loading initial scene
As of yesterday and into today, my Arena client is just hung up on Loading Initial Scene. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and it's still doing it. I can't even get the point of logging in. Help? TY in advance :)

Echoing Equation + Iymrith, Desert Doom + Faceless Haven - Bug
I played Echoing Equation on Iymrith, Desert Doom with Faceless Haven, that had already been activated to become a creature. Faceless Haven "became" Iymrith, but it's Power and Toughness remained 4/3, when it should have become 5/5.

DAILY REWARDS NOT REGISTERING WHILE PLAYING AN EVENT
While playing an Alchemy event the a new day started. I was using a blue white black deck. I played until about 40 minutes of the Alchemy after the new day ticked over. When returning to the home screen after finishing the event my new daily reward was for playing green and white spells. Despite playing many white spells in the 40 mins of the event in the new day my counter was at 0/15

Unpredictable Cyclone Problems
I cycle Shark Typhoon into Unpredictable Cyclone and it hits Kiora Bests the Sea Gods. However the first ability of the saga doesnt activate. May have simething to do with Shark Typhoon in play.
I cycle Negate into Unpredictable Cyclone, hit an instant and it doesnt appear to select onscreen. Only "Decline" is selectable.1 vote -
Historical Brawl Bug: Wash Away stops The Scarab God return from graveyard to hand trigger
I've had a bug occur on more than one occasion where I've had my The Scarab God countered by Wash Away in Historic Brawl Mode.
When the spell resolves it gives you the option to return The Scarab God to the Command Zone. If you refuse it goes to the graveyard however it also skips the trigger to choose to return the card to your hand.
I've repeated this a few times and on each occasion it has occurred when The Scarab God has been countered by this specific spell.

750 Xp from quest not giving 750XP ( PC )
Atm finished my daily quest for 750xp and not gave 750 xp , cause i'lll count on my daily win to lvl up my mastery and i was aproximatively at 200 xp before and after at 725xp, 200+750 is not 725.

No rewards for leveling up
I have noticed that I haven't received the uncommon card rewards from leveling up past level 80 the in last few days.
- level up.
- Using PC.
- Getting an uncommon card.
- Add screenshot of level add have the log if need.

Mastery Pass Grinding
Dear WOTC,
Im a relatively new player on MTGA and have been loving it thus far. The game is great but Im running into the same problem with your mastery that most game companies cant seem to figure out thus far. You have a decent xp system that rewards wins and playing specific decks and styles to earn daily and weekly xp, however, the opportunities to earn real xp quickly dry out as you complete your one daily quest awarding 500 xp and are left gaining an irrelevant 25 xp for your remaining win efforts. Not showing qualified for Qualifier Weekend in April
Hi, I finished around #345 in limited in March 2022 (I was keeping an eye on it), but I never got an email saying I was qualified for the qualifier weekend next week and my account doesn't mark that I am qualified. Can I verify my final standing and that I am qualified?

No gem rewards in Dominaria draft
Using MTG Arena on my iPad, I am no longer receiving gem rewards for winning matches in Premier Draft Dominaria. The gems are neither popping up after a win or added to my total. Please address this issue—gem rewards are one of the primary methods for minimizing draft play cost.

Game Froze After Playing Enchantment from Graveyard
I played an enchantment on a creature, triggering the effect of Cruel Witness. It only showed a card back, not a card to pick, then the game froze like it was waiting for the other player. I eventually exited the application and came back to find I had lost both games. Since this was part of the decathalon, I also lost my entry as it was my second loss.
